The crazy world again has given us another reason to visit to the best body shop in the Logan, Utah area.And again service was fantastic and quick! Great prices, and on budget!If the world picks on your car, try Miller's Auto body. You will love this great work!

Jeff and Jody were awesome to work with. My work van required some parts to be ordered in, and they were very good at letting me know timeframes. It looks brand new once they were done! I would highly recommend anyone who needs a vehicle worked on.

Recently bought a truck that was repaired by Miller. Allegedly it was backed into while moving down the road, damaging the bedside, and knocking the rear axle out on one side. Clearly the previous owner wasn't as observant as I am after the repairs, as he told me this is the way he got it back after the "accident". He was apparently told it had a new axle and new leaf springs under the rear end. The Miller's lifetime warranty folder was in the center console. Absolutely terrible repair done to this poor truck. Apparently the truck needed a bedside, suspension work and some minor work to the cab corner. It quite literally looks like a high school body shop did the work. They replaced the right leaf spring pack only....on a truck with 200k on it.....so now the right side sits higher than the left. The left side rear leaf pack is still compromised and twisted... Oh but better yet, the right side of the rear axle is 1/2" off square than what the left is. Thrust is way way off from where it should be. The paint doesn't match and is noticeable even to a child... I certainly would never, ever, take my vehicle to them and suggest the same for others. Do better Miller, every repair counts.

The front desk was very standoffish but that s not my concern. It s wild to me that I went in to get a paint restoration service done and came away with paint that looks worse than when it when in. The swirls that were left in my paint look like they just attacked it with a scouring pad. So much for knowing how to work with paint.

I had Miller autobody, replace and repaint my front bumper before I moved to Arizona, because the car wash had broken it. That was in the end of June 3 months later is started to peel now it looks like this and the paint just keeps coming off. I called them to ask what they would be willing to do since I am now live 700 miles away in Arizona and they advised me the only way they would do anything is if I brought it to them to fix it is if I bought back to Logan. I used Miller because of the reputation in Cache Valley. But the work looks like they did not prep the bumper and painted just keeps coming off.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They are nice and friendly but the quality of work is lacking. I had over spray issues all over my vehicle. They cleaned them up but created more issues and then over sprayed again. Huge hassle. I will go elsewhere next time.

Dishonest PracticesHad my car for almost two monthsI recently received services from Miller Autobody, about a week ago. Upon arrival I noticed my check engine light was on and windshield had sustained a large crack that had not been there before and was not present in any of the photos taken be me (at the scene of the accident), or by the autobody immediately upon the vehicles arrival at the shop. Once I confronted the shop about this, they attempted to tell me that there was nothing they could do about it, and told me it was simply a rock chip that I needed to get fixed myself, and tried to claim that their photos were not good enough to prove that it wasn t there before. However I had looked over their shoulder and seen the photos myself, and I saw absolutely nothing wrong with the quality of the photos, nor did I see the presence of a rock chip (I even watched him zoom in), so I decided to call the insurance.The insurance agent, his manager, and I looked over photos of my car together and did not even see the rock chip that these guys were claiming occurred (also worth mentioning that I had JUST got my windshield replaced right before the accident). The insurance then asked me to provide them with a photo of the current crack, so upon asking to take a photo (since my car was in the bay) they told me that they could provide me with photos of it and initially would not let me take a photo, the insurance agent was not okay with this and basically stated that no, it is your car, you take the photo, and I won t accept a photo unless you re the one that took it, so with that being said they finally let me in to take some photos. It very much felt like they had dropped something on it and were not willing to take responsibility until the insurance made them. On top of this I noticed a small amount of cash missing from my center console (not a big enough amount to make a stink over but worth mentioning). These guys aren t very honest, I will never take my car here again. On top of this they had my car for almost two months, it felt like there was zero sense of urgency.

Love the care they gave to my vehicle. I own a 2004 Ford F150. They treated it like a 2023. They answered all my questions and concerns. They even helped with a part that was outside of the intended repair. Butch is the man but everyone was super helpful. If it weren't for a broken part, they wefe sent, they would have finished the job when they said they would. Thank you so much for all your help!

The office staff and Butch were friendly & helpful. My car was rear ended & needed the bumper replaced & some repairs done. The work was scheduled & completed on time & as promised. Jeff and Curtis were amazing to work with. They made my vehicle repairs seamless and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They explained the process and kept me updated throughout the repairs. I will definitely use them in the future highly recommend Miller's.

Miller Autobody was awesome to work with. We had some cosmetic damage from being hit while our car was parked, and we're so happy with the finished result! They were fast, efficient, and friendly. Bonus, they gave our car back cleaner than when we dropped it off

I had a business done here a little bit ago, and the person I was with did not complain about it, so it is probably good.Washed my car here once, it was EXTREMELY muddy and it fixed it.

less than 11 days to repair major front damage to sienna van from hitting a large deer....looks brand new and all the extras with detailing interior and wheels etc....terrific experience start to finish!

My car was taken here after an accident... they lost my keys and my ins cannot finish inspection office staff especially the blonde with glasses is very very rude every time I have had to deal with her. very unprofessional how does an auto shop lose someone keys!!!

They fixed my car after an unfortunate run in with an animal. They did a great job and kept me informed all along the way. The replacement stripes took longer to get than they anticipated, so they got my car back to me for the couple of weeks that the stripes took, then scheduled a time to take it back for the day for them to be put on. All in all I'm very happy with the results! My car is as good as new. They also made the insurance process a breeze.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was in an accident and I thought it was totalled, but they assured me anything was fixable, within a few weeks my car looked like it had never been in an accident, they did a wonderful job on my car. I had a customer that purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. For some reason the Jeep started to leak. We took it over to Miller Autobody, and I am sure they were super annoyed every time they saw it come back. However, they were able to get it fixed right and now there are no leaks in the vehicle. If you have any autobody issues, Miller Autobody is the place to go! They are fantastic to work with, and have great customer service as well!Service: Body & Trim

They waited a week to tell me my car wouldn't be fixed there... tried to tow it somewhere else and I thought it was towed and now being repaired elsewhere. Turns out Miller told them it wasn't there (it is) never got towed. I thought it was being repaired and it's been a month. Now out of a job and a car.
