I had an awesome experience purchasing a car from Markosian Auto with Djinn as my sales rep. He was very thorough and easy to talk to. He was also very honest and did not try to up sell me. We were able to find something within my budget and I am very happy so far.

We had a great experience shopping at Markosian. Djinn was super helpful and knowledgeable. Didn t feel pushed to buy and ended leaving with a car we love. Definitely would recommend checking them out if you re in the market for a car.

I have always made my payments on time. The one time I don't because they added a $47 insurance fee that they contacted me the day of payment didn't even give me time to get the information that doesn't expire tell February 22 of this month then they shut off my car within 4 daysAnd I'm a college student. Only work enough for car payment and insurance then they do this I can understand if I was always late on payment but the first time being late like this I'm very upset with them and it's very shady shutting it off within that many days

Very Fantastic Visit! We came in thinking we would just be browsing for cars, but we ended finding our dream car! The Sales person was awesome and very very thorough with us which we appreciated! Definitely recommend coming here!

Update from original review- These guys seem to know what they are doing up front and then they don t return your calls or message you back. Sold a car to them and they finally paid my bank. It took a bad review and texting multiple people over and over to get their attention to handle the situation. They finally communicated with me and took care of their end of the deal. Frustrating to sell a car and not have it paid off until a week and a half later. I appreciate the fast help after I was frustrated. Wish it would have been done right and been communicated clearly the first time but at least it s all done now. I do appreciate the good customer service, and friendly staff. That s hard to come by these days.

I m unsure how this company has 5 stars, they are clearly incentivizing customers to review before they ve had enough time to experience this horrendous company.Do not buy from them. Period. If you ever come into a mechanical problem, good luck trying to get ahold of anybody, and if you re like me and leased a vehicle, good luck getting your car fixed. It took 2 days for them to two my broke down leased vehicle, all after paying them $100 for towing??? On their own vehicle??? Your next question might be, okay what if my car breaks down what are my options? Well, your options are to figure it out on your own, unless it s an engine or transmission problem, because they won t provide a loner otherwise. Your next question might be, okay I do have engine failure, what now? Well, good luck getting that problem diagnosed, my car has been in the shop for 4 days now without a word from the service department.The whole company is as shady and fraudulent as it gets. Please, if you got this far, sell an organ and buy something off KSL before going here. I promise; you will regret buying from these people.

EDIT: This place was great, but after they made the sale, it all went downhill. When I picked up the car, the gas light was on and it had not been washed. I got multiple notices from my bank that they were not receiving the title, and had to call back and forth between Markosian Auto and my bank to try and get that sent over and taken care of. They took FOREVER to submit my registration so I didn t get plates until TWO MONTHS AFTER my temporary tags expired. They really didn t do a very good job of taking care of all of the things that should be taken care of AFTER a sale to wrap things up.ORIGINAL REVIEW: We just bought a car from from Markosian Auto and it was such a good experience. We worked with Mike at the Logan location and it was the best car buying experience we d ever had. He was not pushy, was very open and honest, and very kind and helpful! Definitely recommend this place!
