Extremely helpful, gave me a better cost of repairs than other auto shops around, had my car fixed up and good to go in half the time they originally said, and did the repairs better than any other work I've had on my cars.As a woman it's hard for me to trust mechanics because I have been swindled in the past. But M & M Auto Care took the time to explain everything, showed me things I needed to look out for, told me what was urgent to fix and what could wait for another day.. They even recommended I wait on a certain repair to see how my suv ran after the other repairs they did because it might not last long enough for the repair to be worth it. They could have easily told me it was urgent but instead they were honest with me. I trust them and I will be taking my vehicles there exclusively from now on.

Great couple of guys running an old school auto shop. Very friendly, straightforward. After several times working with them they have my trust. My dad's a retired mechanic and I know car mechanics fairly well, and I do recommend these guys.

This is an honest repair shop. They give you an honest quote and will stick by it. If they can not do something, will give you the best place to go.

I called in a frantic that my truck had a bigger electrical shortage issue I couldn't handle myself. John was able to get my truck in the same day and perform the diagnostic/inspection and let me know what the actual issue was. He had the necessary parts replaced and ready for me to drive out of the lot within 3 days!!!!I will use M & M Auto Care again and I will recommend them to everyone.

We really appreciated John's assessment of our vehicle. We were worried about an engine problem, but he diagnosed it as a timing belt problem. He got that replaced super quick, and earlier than originally expected. He thought he wouldn't be able to get to our vehicle for a week, but we had it back within a couple days. Best of all, the awful noise was gone! We will for sure be repeat customers.

They are very professional and honest. They explained to me their findings in easy to understand terms. One thing that I genuinely appreciated was that they put me and my well being above making a few bucks. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

We have used M&M for as long as we can remember. John is always dependable and impeccably honest. If he says it needs to be done, it needs to be done. He s never tried to upsell or pressure us into more than we bargained for. His bids are the best value in the valley. We ve never had an issue with any repair he s done. Ive been coming here for years and the owner has always treated me well. They know their stuff and they never pad the bill. Best mechanic shop in the Logan area as far as im concerned. Update: I've been trying to get them to work on my car all month. The owner says he'll call me the next week because he's busy. He never called back. This happened twice. I guess ill take my business elsewhere:(

These guys are the best of the best. I've been using M&M auto for last couple of years and they've always given exceptional service, and have never tried to overcharge or sell anything that I don't need. In fact, it's the opposite. They are most concerned with getting my car working well and saving me money. They have discouraged me on multiple occasions from buying or replacing parts because it "just wouldn't be worth it." I would highly recommend for anyone looking for an honest mechanic not trying to dupe you into buying things.

M & M Auto Care is very honest and a great place to get your car worked on. I was very impressed with the quickness of the repair, the communication that occurred, and the honesty of the mechanics. They answered all my questions and took their time making sure all my questions were answered. They were also extremely accurate on the cost estimate.

The honesty and integrity of this shop is what I love most about John. I met him thru a referral a few years ago and have been a returning customer ever since. Fantastic work, never had a recurring problem, great rates, and he is always a pleasant person to work with.

My wife and I have been taking our cars here for the past 5 years and we couldn't be more pleased with the service we've received. They've been honest and fair in their pricing and very easy to work with. If you're looking for a mechanic to work on your car these guys are the ones you should visit!

I called the shop asking about a transmission repair which they couldn't fix. The employee gave me his recommendations, walked me through some options, and even gave me suggestions on what to say so other shops don't take advantage. It was only a 5 minute call but it made me sad they don't repair transmissions, they seem sincere, reliable, and trustworthy. I'll turn to them for future repair needs

Johns the man. Knows his stuff and is very quick about the work and even went as far as looking for recalls for my truck, which there was 2 for things I wanted him to do so he let me know and didn't do those things and saved me a few hundred dollars. This mechanic is great! We were in town only for a day and a half. They diagnosed the problem, did the repair, and had us back on the road in short order. It was Pioneer Day, they were only open half the day, they were busy, and they were still courteous, accurate and prompt! Thanks!

So the screws from license plate were rusted and couldn't get them to unscrew. Ended up breaking one of the top screw and didn't know what to do or how to fix it. I went to a couple auto shops didn't help or they didn't want to deal with it. Luckly I searched online checked some review and found M&M Auto Care. At first I thought they wouldn't be able to help as well. But they proved me wrong. They knew what they were doing, and service was great. I will for sure be returning if I need more mechanical help. I highly recommend them.

My car was having sporadic electrical issues and they got me in the hour I called to check it out. While they weren t able to locate the problem, they tried every test they could. My car is old and has had many, many owners and has been fickle about working in the past, so I was impressed they tried so hard. And, since there was nothing they could repair, I was not charged for the visit. Good communication and friendly people still made it a worth-while trip.

I've hopped around auto repair shops for a long time trying to find one that I liked, but the guys at M&M are flat out the best that I have ever found! They've always been honest with me, even when it was to their disadvantage (not making as much money), and have always provided me with quality work. I've finally found a shop with sticking with. Honesty was the most important thing to me, I'm sick of the shops that have the "something you don't know" look, or are constantly trying to sell an upgrade or service. M&M is the place to head if you have an automotive issue!

Never like having car problems, but have ALWAYS had a positive experience at M&M Autocare when I do.I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a straight forward mechanic who provides quality work and service at a competitive price.

Friendly and helpful. The guy even threw in some extra for christmas. And as a 22 year old with an attention span like mine, they did good enough to make me pull out my phone and take the time to write this review.
