The past two times I've gone to a Les Schwab were after an unexpected (and unfortunate) emergency - both times, they took care of me. At this location, I found the staff to be very helpful, attentive, and taking the work seriously for a gashed tire. They gave clear recommendations and put me at ease on the cost. Great experience!

I went in to have my tires rotated. They checked a few other things as well. The wait wasn't long at all. I was really happy with my experience and my daughter enjoyed a bag of popcorn.

I was very impressed with the whole experience! I'm not typically a person that leaves reviews, but the entire process was great. Scheduling an appointment online was extremely simple and my vehicle was done so fast. Paul was very friendly to greet me when I came back to pick up the vehicle and even opened the door for me. Then, everything was very clearly explained in a respectful manner. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Awesome customer service! Went in on a Saturday out of all days, and had them explain all my options and what they would recommend and answered all my questions politely and professional! They even replaced all four of my tires, at the end of the day which was a bonus for me! Would recommend them!

After years of using this location and spending thousands of dollars on multiple vehicles, I'm done using Les Schwab. It's pretty ridiculous when you pull in with a work trailer to get a leaky tire fixed and someone else's trailer that pulls in afterwards gets fixed before yours. For someone that needs their work trailer done quickly, this is not the place. 10 plus years of only using Les Schwab for tires. I'm officially looking for somewhere else from here on out. These guys don't care at all. Almost 2 hour wait when it was obviously not very busy. Most of the bays up front were empty the whole time.Edit: At the end of the day, the tire went flat again. I could hear it leaking out of the valve stem. Total incompetence from management down to techs. Never doing business at any Les Schwab again.

I've had good experiences with this tire center so I returned for a new set of tires on my explorer. Let them know I had painted rims and please be careful. The tires were mounted and upon inspection I found circumfrential scratches on the lip of all the rims, clearly the mounting process was contaminated with grit. I had before and after pictures that backed up my opinion that Les Schuab did the damage. Mike, the assistant manager, infected the damage and agreed they were at fault. Turns out a contaminated head on the mount machine was the culprit. A shop order was issued and all heads were changed with orders to monitor the heads. Mike offered to repair or replace all 4 rims, I chose to repair trusting his confidence in the company that they use for painting custom rims. He also agreed to put temporary set of mounted tires on my car, these were his own personal tires. They worked great, had lots of positive comments on the wheels and tires. Because of the Christmas season my rims took 3 weeks to repaire, Mike kept me up to date and I never felt abandoned. Mike deserves employee of the year and because of his unselfish efforts to fix my situation I will go back to that store, or where ever Mike goes for any future tire needs. GREAT JOB MIKE!!

After a frustrating morning where I couldn't find a tire shop to help with a nail in my tire (which I feel like is a pressing situation)... I found myself at Les Schwab where an associate met me outside in the parking lot right when I pulled up. I got great help from there. 10/10 customer service.

I was given a 3 to 4 hour wait time. I was coming in from out of state and did not have another ride so we walked about 20 minutes away to do some window shopping and returned to make it back around 3 and a half hours past when we were given the original 3-4 hrs wait time estimate. Our car was still in the parking lot when we returned and after waiting a total of 4 and a half hours we asked the front desk when our car will be in. They said our car was up next, so we waited, and waited until it was done SIX HOURS after we had gotten there. I asked if it usually takes that long and they said it was because of the winter rush, but this is too long of a wait I am beyond upset, and would rather go literally anywhere else than ever return here again.

I have had really bad expierenences with them takeing way longer then they say. I call ahead before coming it. Make an apointment then ..wait and wait and wait. They told be it would be and 1 hour tops for and oil change/ tire check. They didn t even take my car in until way later. I have been waiting 3 hours.

I was there for commercial service and after waiting for almost 1 hours for some help, I left. I asked twice when someone would help me and the answer both times was in just a few minutes. I expected prompt service, or close to it, and I did not get it.

Amazing customer service. Great tires for a great price. I won't go anywhere else. Best experience I've have for tire replacement. I'm a mechanic for consumer and heavy duty vehicles. This location is the best I've ever encountered.

Had a tire that kept losing air. Folks here couldn't find a problem. Put some bead sealer on it and sent me on my way. NO CHARGE and folks here were very nice.

I've been impressed by their professionalism and fast service the past few times I've used Les Schwab. When they told me I needed a part replaced but then did more investigation and found out it was a loose bolt, they tightened the bolt and didn't charge me anything. I feel like other places might've taken advantage and replaced the part anyway to get the service cost.

I ve used this Les Schwab for about 5 years since moving to Logan i ve needed to use them numerous times for roadside assistance to repairs and alignment problems. They explain everything and really care about doing what s right and giving a good deal. They ve always gone above in beyond in making sure my issues are taken care of and have even stayed after hours to make my vehicle safe to drive when i ve needed it. I couldn t express my appreciation enough. Definitely recommend.

I have always loved Les Schwab, until this last interaction. I have spent Thousands on tires here for work trucks in the past, and recently took one in for a couple front tires. They were great and friendly as usual but then mentioned I desperately needed tie rods. I was told that it was urgent. I went and got a 2nd opinion and was told they were 100% fine. How can I trust them now after this person was dishonest and trying to scam me out of an extra $700? I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Except I had to order and wait a week for 5 new tires it was a great visit. And it's understandable sometimes it's order and wait. Will edit after I have my install completed

The service here was impeccable! I went in due to one of my tires leaking pretty fast, though I couldn't find the cause of it. They checked me in immediately and found my account with them easily. They only charged $20 and were done within about 15 minutes.When the employee who checked me in came back into the waiting room to let me know they were done repairing the leak and return my keys, he informed me my oil change light was on. I explained it was an old computer issue I couldn't figure out how to solve and he offered to look at it free of charge! He solved the issue quickly and showed me how to do it myself if it ever happened again!Seriously some of the best service I've ever had! I would highly recommend coming here if you ever need any car help. :)

Got new tires for my car. Les Schwab is awesome at finding a great price and excellent quality still included. The staff is absolutely excellent! It honestly feels like I'm taking my car into friends because they seem like they actually care and provide service that a lot of places lack. And I want to shout out especially to this location because I've been going to them for years now and I trust them and I really appreciate all that they do. So if you're looking for new tires or needing to service your vehicle, Les Schwab, especially the North Logan location, is going to be the place to go! And I can also vouch for for a good number of my friends and family members who also go there!

The tire prices are competitive, but the service is what really rocks! If your tires wear out before the milage they credit it towards a new set. If you hit something in the road and pop a tire they credit that too. If you get a flat they fix it free. I have bought cheaper tires at walmart in the past the never get even close to mileage. I have never had that problem at Les Schwab. They carry good quality tires. I feel the brakes and some other services are overpriced but they are very skilled and know what they are doing. But as for tires it's the only place I go anymore.

Been going here as a college student for 3 years. Today I had my shocks and struts replaced and they said it d take 3 hours. 1 hour later they called me, had my car done, and I was on my way. So courteous, so helpful, so honest, and unbeatable services. I recommend this store to anyone, especially college kids! Their life time warranties are a necessity.

We walked in with low tire pressure, staff checked thoroughly fixed it and sent us on our way in less than 15 min. Free of charge. Apparently they don't charge for regular maintenance either. All they hope for in return is to think of them if/ when it is time to change tyres. That to me speaks miles more than I can say. I will definitely go to them for all things maintenance from now on. You should too. Experience the friendly nature and expertise yourself you won't regret it.

I got a flat driving down from Ogden. They were so nice. Greeted me before I walked in and got me all checked out. They didn't have my tire in stalk and got it from their sister store and still got me taken care of in a timely matter. Service and hospitality were on point! Thank you for taking care of me!!

I waited for 2 hours with my 1 year old when I had an appointment scheduled a week before. It took two hours just for a tire rotation, and then they didn t even balance the tires! I called that day noticing that the steering wheel was shaking super bad. The person on the phone said no need for an appointment just come in. I work until 6 every night so I got off an hour early at 5 a week later, I called on the way and they said I need to make any appointment for the next day. Not cool. I will take my business elsewhere from now. RKT is much easier to work in Logan.

I took my 2003 Trailblazer into Les Schwab a couple of weeks ago because my check engine light had come on. I asked them for a quote and left my car there. 6 hours later (even though I had an appointment) they gave me a call with $2000 dollars worth of repairs and pressured me to get it done that day. They quoted me $120 dollars in labor per wheel, $750 in labor for a small master cylinder repair, and $850 for labor on a brake booster switch. That was just for labor. They also proceeded to tell me that I needed to take better care of my vehicle.I went in and bought a new brake booster and master cylinder for a fraction of the cost and watched 2 YouTube videos. I did the full repair in 3 hours (they said it would take two days). I also check my brakes and rotors (which they told me needed to be replaced) and to my surprise, there was hardly any wear on the pads and my rotors were shiny and flat (they told me they were covered in rust and desperately needed to be replaced).So next time you are trying to decide on Les Schwab, just know that they may try to totally rip you off...especially if you are a college student that just got a stimulus check. Do not recommend.
