Leavitt Automotive was very Professional both with their Customer Service, and the Automove Services they provided! I placed my confidence and trust in them as they worked on my vehicle! As not to inconvenience my wait, they provided a Loaner Vehicle to maintain my daily/regular actives! They also provided excellent Customer Relations in keeping me informed as to the status and update of the working being provided!I m very satisfied with the results completed, and the 5 Year, 50,000 Mile Warranty on parts and services! - - I m a HAPPY CAMPER, and a Satisfied Customer! THANK YOU!!!

They did great, took care of my oil change at a price lower than every other place I've been to in the past. Also did the emissions check and got my vehicle registered all at the same time. Very convenient, and even had an email and print out of any issues of what they found. Really appreciated it, and on top of all of that they have snacks and drinks in the waiting room. Great customer service. Will come again.

Thorough and thoughtful inspections followed up with repair costs that are highway robbery.We were told that we needed 2 belts replaced and were quoted over $600 for the repair. The cost of parts from the local part store? Less than $16 for both belts. Must be a pretty involved job then, right? Wrong. 45 minutes to repair.Get another quote or buy a buddy some beer.

Leavitts is great to work with! They explain everything they feel you need and show you the things necessary before they do the service. Great work ethics and amazing customer service! They are there to make sure your vehicles are running in a way to keep you safe on the road.

I was trying out Leavitt to see if I want to bring all of my vehicles here for service. People were nice, helpful, and good to talk with, but I feel their pricing is pretty off and not very honest. They looked at my rear differential and it cost me $387 just to open it up. They claimed the parts cost were $186+tax and I don't have enough knowledge to question labor but the total seems like a lot. I'm not sure how a gasket, cleaner, silicon, additive, and gear oil could get more than $100. They also recommended to change my Wiper Blades for $113 and Air Filter for $95...... those must be the best wiper blades and stock air filter ever made to cost that much. It just left me with an uneasy feeling about trusting them with my vehicles. I'll be looking elsewhere for future work.

I recently brought in two of my old cars to have multiple issues looked at and fixed. Jim was wonderful to work with, helping me figure out what needed to be done and what could be worked on later. I fully appreciate their service and would definitely take another vehicle back in

We brought our car here. It had a p0420 error code. We paid them 3600 and were promised that the engine light would be off and the car would be fixed. When we got the car back the engine light was still on and never got fixed . They replaced and fixed parts that didn t need to be fixed. I paid for them to fix the leaking and when I got the car back it was still leaking . When we talked to management about the problem the only solution they gave was to pay them more money to have the car looked at again. We were totally scammed. They are very dishonest and will take advantage of you. Never do any business with them!

Only recently started using leavitt for services in my truck and really have been happy. Their prices are reasonable and they make sure to send photos of everything they are checking. They have been very transparent and good to work with.

Great place to take your vehicle too for repairs. My car started having all kinds of problems and the mechanics here were able to get everything fixed for me so I didn't have to take it to several specialty shops around town. The staff is Awesome, they are so helpful and Jim is great to always let me know about any updates and costs so I know what is going on and if I needed a ride anywhere after I dropped of my car they provided some excellent service for that.

I have been taking my vehicles to this shop for years now. First with an older model Hyundai Elantra, and then with a Chrysler minivan and a newer model Elantra, and now with my mid 2010s Volkswagen.Every service I have had has been transparent and the mechanics and representatives forthright. This shop does tend to be slightly more expensive than other shops in the region. But it isn't a lot more expensive. And, in exchange, service is always prompt and fair... With honest guidance for potential future repairs and any additional issues uncovered by their (imo) industry leading checks performed during any service.There is no other shop in the Logan area or in cache valley that I would trust my vehicle with more than Leavitt Automotive. They are simply the best.

I ve had oil changes and repairs done & I ve had a stellar experience every time. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful and great to work with. They re upfront about issues with your car and will take time explaining everything to you. I appreciate that they ve never been pushy about services or any other things. 10/10 experience.

I love having my car serviced at Leavitt Auto! Their building is clean and the employees are professional and make sure my car is running smoothly. I also love how they send detailed reports of what s going on with my car and how urgent it is to be fixed and an option to decline or accept the services right from my phone!

Leavitt Automotive was great to deal with. They let me know what was going on and explained why it was happening with my vehicle. They were very honest and didn t make me feel like they were trying to overcharge me or get away with anything! Highly recommend them.

Leavitt was killer! I was having Some problems with the warranty that I bought with my truck and Jim stood in my corner the whole time. He advocated for only what was best for me to the dealership and warranty company! They problem solved and got my cv axles and front driveshaft replaced and I didn t pay a dime. Come to find out my cv axle boots had torn immediately after I got my truck back and leavitt took it back in, found some new axles, got them replaced and sent me on my way all for free because they weren t satisfied that they hadn t solved the problem completely from the beginning. Stand up shop and stand up guys! If you ever go to leavitt press one and get connected with Jim Fitzen!!

My 1 ton pickup developed a severe coolant leak on Saturday on I-15 N adjacent to Logan, UT. AAA towed me to Leavitt Automotive, which isn't open on weekends. Monday morning I was here at 7:30. They open at 8:00. Within minutes, Jim was walking out the side door with the envelope and key I had put in the key box on Saturday. Everything just fell into place after that. They not only diagnosed my problem but also completed a vehicle inspection with pictures of other area's that may become problems later. If I lived here, this would be my shop for all my vehicle's maintenance. My pickup will be complete this afternoon (Monday), not only the heater hoses that brought me here but a couple of other things from the inspection.This business scores 5+ in the following areas:- Customer Service (might be an 8 out of 5)- Thoroughness- Explaination of diagnostics before starting work- Extremely clean restroom (entire facility appears spotless)- Complimentary snacks and beverages- Skill and ability to get a stranded motorist back on the road as quickly as possible.My hat's off to this business.

I have never been so happy after trying a new garage. I bought a used vehicle and took it to Leavitt for a laundry list of maintenance, both preventative and repairs. Jim recommended a couple extra maintenance items and even offered an extra discount on them. This included a service involving the radiator. Shortly before picking up my vehicle at the end of the day, I called to check on the progress. They were on time, but Jim told me the radiator had unexpectedly failed during the test drive after all the services were complete. This required them to replace the radiator, and he politely asked if I would split the cost of parts and labor. Since this was already a large bill for me, and the radiator had not been flagged in either of two recent vehicle inspections, I told him I could not split the cost. He promptly accepted my answer without any negotiation and removed the cost of radiator from my bill entirely. I have never been to a garage with such professionalism and transparency, and I will be taking my car there for maintenance as long as I'm in the area. It was genuinely the best experience I've had with any auto mechanic.

Leavitt has done our oil changes twice now. They do thorough inspections of your car along with the oil change and send you pictures and reports of what other things that need to be done on your car. Of course, they do that to hopefully get more money out of ya. But they do it in a good way that is respectful and honest. These guys are great, and I highly recommend them for your oil changing needs! Free complimentary refreshments as well in the very nice waiting area!

I want to give a shoutout to the folks at Leavitt Automotive. I took my Ford f350 into the shop yesterday because my 4x4 was not engaging. Dropped it off, and even though they were super busy, they got me in, diagnosed the problem, called me for update, and proceeded with the repair. I was able to pick up my truck that night. Jim and the mechanics at Leavitt have always treated my wife and I well with Jim having an open door policy, always polite and courteous. Customer quality and service is#1 with these folks. Never taking any of my cars here again. I had an appointment for 10:30(my car was there before the appointment time) and didn't get any calls or anything so I called them close to 5pm and the girl that answered told me they were barely getting the diagnostic done and I was saying why it was taking so long and she said she didn't know but she will call me in an hour or so for an update. Never got a call back that day, next day they continued the diagnostic and ask to charge me additional 170 for labor and I agreed cause I wanted to know what was wrong with my car. They told me it was gonna be 4grand to fix my car for a problem they THINK is wrong. I declined and rather go to someone else. When I got to the shop to get my car out of there it was gonna be 402, that is insane , 402 for looking at my car. I had asked them. How long does a normally take for a diagnostic to run? They said 2 hours and I asked them, Why did it take you guys almost a day plus And they said that their mechanic called out and I said well I had an appointment, Why do I have to pay the extra when it's your guys fault hat you guys weren't prepared and I'm being charged extra. Dude at the counter just kept saying idk. So I paid the amount and had my car towed home. Never freaking again will I come here. I want some of my money back that's for sure.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

The service was great. Fast and professional done. The wait was short. The waiting room was comfortable and well stocked with drinks. A great place to have your emissions test done. I have taken my last two vehicles there.

Spoke with Jim about an issue with my 2019 Ram truck. How Heritage Auto Ram refused to fix it while under warranty. Jim could have taken on the repairs, and made a ton of money, but he honestly sent me to another Ram dealer in Ogden. They are fixing it for free under my warranty as it should be done. Jim is as honest as they come and I highly recommend his facility for all your needs.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Super fast service, had an appointment and they took less than 15 minutes!Super helpful with renewing registration and the receptionist was just so kind!While you wait they have couches and stool next to tables you can sit at. Free wifi and free refreshments (soda cans and water bottles).Will definitely be coming back here next time I need something done
