Fast and efficient services. Manager was helpful in identifying issues. Oil change turned into $500+ in repairs identified by manger. I opted in as the work has made my car run smoother and manager helped with some great coupons. Thanks!

I was impressed with the kindness and professionalism of Hunter's team. They know their stuff and walked me through every bit of auto-care I was getting and did get that day. My options were clear, and when I passed on an offer, I was not cajoled into taking the offer. Again, very kind and professional, and although there weren't very many people there when I went, Hunter's team got my car in and out in the time they said it would take. Great service!

Very friendly service and the best Jiffy Lube location I've been to by far! They did a headlight cleaning in addition to some other work I had done, and the difference was incredible

Poor customer service and poor time management. Sat in their office for 1.5 hours just for an emissions test, which should have only take 5 min. There were only 2 other customers there. Both were getting fluids, rotors, and brakes done. Instead of taking 5 min to get mine done and on my way, they did the larger brakes, rotor replacement clients completely before asking what my name was. Won't be coming back.

I don t typically review things, but I was so impressed by the staff at this Jiffy Lube location. I had my very active one year old son with me and they were amazing with him. They got me in and out in great time and were genuinely just kind and thoughtful. Big thanks to Hunter and Jeremy for making our experience painless.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Did a great job on all services I purchased. They also did a great job keeping me updated as the work progressed, and I liked the convenience of getting to stay in my vehicle.

Needed an emission test to register my vehicle and Jiffy Lube did a great job. I drove to the "emission test lane" and Keyleigh came to the car, registered all my information and performed the test. It was great! $35 and I was on my way. Thanks!

Came in for oil change, brake pads, new brake fluid. Something else wasn t working right but these absolute legends stayed 2 HOURS after close on a FRIDAY to make sure it was fixed. Many thanks to them, they all went above and beyond. I only know 1/4 names, (Poulson was one s last name) but they all deserve raises or bonuses. They even told me I could come back tomorrow if it wasn t fixed and they would fix it free of charge. They also apologized and gave me a 50% off oil change coupon for keeping me there so long. Keeping me there? Thanks for fixing my car and not letting me ride off before it was fixed! If anyone should be sorry I m sorry my car was difficult and kept yall there 2 HOURS PAST CLOSE on a FRIDAY! Again thank you so much, will definitely be back :)

They where slammed and I had a lot of things I needed done. They got it done, and I expected a long wait so it was no big deal. The manager and employee where great and the headlight restoration is amazing!

Hunter was extremely good in taking care of my truck oil change along with transmission and transfer case flushes and rear differential. Then new brakes and pads. I always am satisfied with Jiffylube. Thanks Hunter!!!

Only a couple of cars ahead of me when I arrived, took 2 hours for an oil change. Car sat outside, done, for close to 30 min before they were ready to have me pay. Previous experiences have been good so overall I'll give a 3. This experience in particular was a 2.

Came and got my registration and stickers done! I have come here before but they couldn't help me with my tire valve.A bit crowded, maybe have more people working Fridays? It would probably make you money because we wouldn't have to wait so long to have a few things adjusted.

The technician was super fast and friendly but after the service he didn t actually say anything about what he did or confirm that I actually passed the emissions test or tell me my total when paying, I had to look at the computer screen to figure it out. All in all, the job got done so I can t be mad about that.

Another trip to jiffy lube another disappointment. Told around a hour wait. I was there for 2 hours. Half quart overfilled. Had them take some out. Was told my oil pan is stripped but it passed a pressure test. Came home oil leaking out on my driveway everywhere. Took my care back 3 hours later the put a eco plug on it. Was told to tell the next person changing my oil not to unscrew it. Well I'm not to sure that even if I take it to jiffy lube next they won't unscrew it and really screw up the threads again, and then I'll really need a new oil pan. They did nothing about the oil all on the driveway.

Jeremy, your amazing mechanic at the Logan Utah store noticed my son on the side of the road after hours and pulled over to see what was going on. It turned out that there needed to be more radiator fluid added as the car was overheating. He added the fluid and knew how to make it work by switching on the car. My son was able to get on his way and make it back to college, the car working better than ever. Thanks.

Not competent workers. I went in for emissions testing and they mixed up my car with someone else's so I ended up accidentally paying for someone else's registration. They also messed up my oil and coolant from the last time I went in and made me pay to get the cleaned out.

Incompetent is the first word that comes to mind when describing my experience with the clowns at this location.My sister went in for an emissions test and they mixed up her vehicle's work order with someone else's, they gave my sister the other customers vehicle registration and made my sister pay for it.When I called to find out what happened, the supervisor denied and lied about the interaction she had with my sister because she had confused and mixed up my sister's vehicle with someone else's.Just to be clear, this is for the North location on 1400N, not the South location in Providence. I have nothing but GOOD things to say about the South location.

My husband and I have been sitting here waiting for about an hour and a half. We brought in his car for a simple emissions test and was told it would be no problem. An hour and a half later we ask what the status is on the car and we were told in a passive aggressive way that it was first come first serve and that there was nothing they could do. I have been watching the workers out in the garage and have seen more goofing off and chatting between each other than actually working on the cars. As we ve been sitting here they have had to pull vehicles back in to get fixed because they didn t even do it right. This place is an absolute joke and even when we approached one of the employees simply asking how much longer the expected wait time was we were met with a bunch of attitude in a very passive aggressive way. Would not recommend. I feel bad for the people in the waiting room that have been waiting even longer than us. Choose a different facility or location.UPDATE: They finally started on our car and broke a piece off. They claimed to have fixed it and said it was a totally normal thing to have happen, but it has never happened to my husband before.

The problem for me was I had waited too long for an oil change even though I don t drive my car a lot. I figured the filters and windshield wipers needed replacement. The service was done efficiently and people I spoke with were friendly and efficient.

An overall great experience. The staff was very friendly and they got the service done very quickly. The waiting room is pretty small so I d recommend getting picked up if there is a long wait but besides that, it was great!

Great service here. I had my 3 year old son with me and they had a basket full of toys to keep him entertained and a sweet worker came and turned the TV to his favorite show. Made waiting for our service an enjoyable time.

Two different associates asked me if I wanted my air filter changed. They said it would take about 20 minutes and I was there for 50 minutes. Didn t put a new sticker on my window. I had to get out of my truck and ask them for one. They brought it out and it said next oil change was over 200,000 miles and I only have 101,000 miles on my vehicle. I had to go back in again and tell them the mileage sticker was wrong. They had to come back to my truck and ask for my mileage. Then they put next oil change only 3,000 miles, when I am using synthetic oil and it should be at least 6,000 miles. They wouldn t give me a receipt saying they would email to me. Shouldn t be more than 15 minutes. It is now over two hours and I still haven t received it.Service: Oil change
