While every other battery company has both increased the prices and decreased the warranty, I really appreciate how Interstate has kept their 5 and 6 year warranties while keeping their prices honest and fair. They have so many options for every price range and carry every type of battery you can think of. Their staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help any situation. I highly recommend them for all of your battery needs.

Cheapest place I could find a quality battery without breaking the bank. Plus, no one can break their vehicle battery warranty! Interstate is a very good quality battery! I went away from interstate battles for a few vehicles and honestly I regret going away. Glad to be back using interstate. The staff is awesome and very knowledgeable. Strongly recommend them.

I had a bad battery in my car that needed replaced. This was the closets place to me so came her and everything went fantastic! Joel helped me out and had the battery replaced for me in just a few minutes. He was very nice and helpful!! Thanks for the great service!! :))

My battered went out today sitting at Chili's. I called a tow truck, 90 min wait. Then called Murdock to let them know, that a tow truck would be dropping my car off. 10 minute wait for someone to answer, then I hung up, went into Interstate and Daniel was working. Daniel came out to my car, with his equipment, checked my battery, yes, that was the problem, sold me a battery, put the battery in my car, tested the alternator, it was fine. I was on the road again before the tow truck even arrived. Canceled tow truck. Daniel had the best customer service, was nice to my sister and I, made us feel confident in an uncomfortable situation. And it was also 100 degrees outside! Thank you Daniel for helping us and for your great customer service!!! I was so appreciated!

I'm going to give them one extra star for the benefit of the doubt on other services. But with as big a sales floor as the Logan UT store has, most of which is empty, they don't stock their own brands cheaper car batteries.No doubt in an attempt to get you to buy the more expensive varieties and save yourself the hassle, since well....you already came here, and how much time do you want to spend looking for something else? No, these words were not said to me directly, but as I said, an empty sales floor means you don't have space issues, and have no excuse as to why the less expensive Interstate brand battery that they have for every car battery online, is not even stocked, not out of stock mind you, just never stocked outside of special request, and then of course, waiting for it to get in........Disappointing attitude to have as a business, to use the subtle strong arm attempt of fewer options so that you spend money that you can't, or don't want too. My car has little life left in it, and a cheap battery is all its worth. So not having an option for that fair sized minority of people, is their loss. And makes me less likely to try the location or franchise in the future.This decision says nothing about the quality of individuals at the store, as I cannot be certain they have any choice in the matter of what stocked, I myself have worked at a battery store, and understand that corporate has certain sway over what you need to have to carry their name. But, at the price points of the more the expensive batteries, you can go anywhere, and find a like quality battery, at the same price. So, why choose them? Is my question. And if the management had any sense, they would never forget that particular question. I don't want freebies, but I damn sure want options. Cars and car batteries aren't going anywhere, so there is no reason to NOT stock all the varieties you claim to have, unless, you really don't want people buying them, but showing up like I did so that they can sell you something more expensive. I don't often leave reviews, but seeing them today was a waste of my time. Just food for thought, do with it what you will.

I stopped in after my car battery straight up died on me, and Tyler pointed me directly to the battery I needed, rang me up and even helped me install it! The prices were definitely the best I'd seen in the area, and the service was more than appreciated!

Amazing customer service and amazing products! My husband and I were overwhelmed and had no idea what we needed, but Daniel took the time to educate us. He was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He was super friendly and we will definitely be using this location again in the future. Thank you so much!!

Their customer service is GREAT! Every time I go in, they help me right away and know exactly how to find what I'm looking for. They more than meet my expectations. Every time I go in, they make me feel like I'm their most important/most valued customer. The prices are great and they've even bargained with me to get me an even better deal. I can't say enough good things about these guys!

Best battery store in Logan. I was selling my Polaris RZR and had a buyer on his way from Salt Lake, when I realized that the battery was completely dead. I couldn't get it to hold a charge and realized I needed a new battery. The buyer was about 10 minutes from my house and my only option was to buy a new battery. I called Interstate at 8:30 pm (I later found out they actually closed at 8, but answered my call anyway) and they happened to have just one of the exact battery that I needed in stock. They stayed open long enough for me to drive to the store from Providence and had the battery ready and waiting for me. They even gave me $10 off. I expected that they would be a little annoyed that I made them stay open late just so I could buy a battery, but the guy working was super nice and friendly. Best customer service around. They get the value of customer service. I'll be a lifelong customer now. They seriously saved me big time.

They charged up my battery I bought from them a few years ago and tested it out. Turns out it had just got really low and was fine. I'd recommend them for any battery needs.

Very poor customer service. I m new to this area. I tried to return a battery less tha a year old and they would not honor the warranty because I didn t have a receipt even though the date was clearly punched out on the battery. Apparently they are more interested in making a buck than taking care of the customer. I have 12 hot rods, 2 trucks, one with dual batteries, a tractor, 2 trailers with dual batteries, 2 trailers with single batteries, a boat, 2 lawn tractors, and a leaf vacuum. That s a lot of batteries they are not going to sell me. I guess they don t worry about customer retention. Think carefully before buying from these people. They don t care about you!

My Ford Escape needed a new battery on the coldest day of the year. Matt and the crew replaced my battery for me without complaining even though it is a big pain. Thanks guys!

Its really nice how Interstate batteries also helps you with battery removal and installation. I go to any other parts store and I dont this FREE help like I do at Interstate batteries. I know that they aren't proffesional mechanics but I know they do what they can to help and are very friendly. I've used Interstate and Die hard batteries for the last ten years on all the cars I service and own and they do great. I'll continue to come here as the service has been great.

Best and only place to go for battery needs. kind, passionate, and knowledgeable. There slogan for this company hanging in the store says it all. Plus it's great to see in our world today. bought a micro start for jumping vehicles, charging electronics, and other things. works amazing and is the size of a cell phone. jumped a car seamlessly and charged a cell phone when the power was out. The owner is a great guy and Chad the sales representative is awesome!

Joe was very helpful! Dropped off a battery for my sons Power Wheel to see if they had this style of battery (and if they could switch over the wiring harness, etc). Not only did they have it, but for way better price than the Power Wheel brand battery, and they had me ready quite quickly. Thanks, will recommend to others!

After working here and being around the owner and his staff, I couldn't recommend a better store to shop at for batteries, cell phone accessories, and phone repair. The owner is a good and honest man. His staff are kind and willing to go the extra mile to serve and assist. 5 stars wouldn't be enough most of the time.

Emedeatly upon entering the store a young lady came out and welcomed me very warmly with a beautiful smile! I told her about my problem and she went rite to work to get me what i needed. The man in charge of the store came out and once again i received a worm smile. The same young lady keep working on my problem. Another lady came out and i think it is a requirement to work there to have a great simile and put customer satisfaction first! They checked and opend boxes to make sure i was going to take home the correct battery. They brought out one that looked like it would be the correct one. Most palaces im sure would have sent me home with that one. Thr young lady knew what she was doing and noticed the thr negative and positive terminals were on the wrong side. They found the corect buttery for my Harley. I have been surching for the best battery for the money. I will come back to the reviews in 5 years to report how well it lasted. You can find cheeper for sure. I am looking for the best quality though and i understand that these guys are the one i want. Between the quality of the batterys and the Fantastic customer service i would highly recomend this store! I will be back also if this battery is as good as everybody tells me it is and post an update to how well it is lasting.Thank You lady's!

This is a honestly ran business! In today's world where everyone seems to be looking out for themselves it's refreshing to work with companies such as this one who is out to help others before themselves. I purchased two motorhome batteries because I thought two of mine were dead, it turned out that I didn't have my motorhome fully in park was all. I was up at Bear Lake and didn't want to drive back to Logan that day to return the batteries. So I called and spoke with Grant an employee there, explained that I didn't need the batteries after all. They don't typically return batteries in fear of people using them before returning them. But he said that they would have no problem doing it this time for me. I couldn't get to Logan until late Saturday night after they were closed and so Grant offered to meet me at his apartment and take them in for me Monday morning. They also require the credit card for refunding purposes but since I live in Lehi they were willing to send me a check in the mail. Absolutely amazing customer service! Thank you so much for being different than most automotive companies I've worked with.

great store! Interstate batteries are very comparable in price to other auto parts stores... I have found walmart to have cheaper priced batteries but i would never settle for price on a car battery!!! I usually get double and sometimes triple the life out of an interstate battery then other car batteries on the market! Also, if you do find a similar battery for a cheaper price the sales reps here in logan are helpful in getting you a 10% discount which makes it a no brainer at that point! good battery good price very happy with my purchase.

Warning buyer ! Dont buy from this store or interstate batteries for that fact. I tried to have a battery replaced under warranty and they would not replace it I had proof that battery was bad and they still wouldn't take it as proof or listen to me I had the gm dealer and two auto stores and two independent mechanics say battery is bad they would not replace it for me this store need to upgrade there equipment from analog to a digital battery tester they couldn't they want money more than helping a customer I wont be doing business with them anymore. Also there tx corporate was very rude and hung up on me just telling them about my issue This was posted 12-03-2020 7:06pm in utah 84306. Dont do business with them if you want a warranty

Worked with manager. He was very helpful, easy to talk with. Answered all my questions. The install was very fast and easy. Definitely going to get future batteries here!

Worst service ever. I have a Chrysler 200. Has a battery underneath the front tire. They couldn't even take the tire off. I had to do the whole job. And there battery that I got two years ago died already. If I could take this company it would be negative 10

I cannot say enough good things about these guys! For all your information they don't just do batteries... My husband works for a concrete pumping business and needed some soldering work done on the remote to his pump truck and these guys were the only place in town that would do it and they gave us a killer deal to and had it done within the hour!!

We have been using interstate batteries since we opened our shop 15 years ago, and have had little to no problems with the interstate batteries compared to other brands. Joe is helpful and easy to work with.

Called asking for a battery replacement for my blackweb 160v party speaker ... that was all the info I had to give the person who answered the phone but they checked and said they dont sell those... so I get home open the speaker up and find it's a simple 12 volt 7 something skooter type battery... so my question is ... are you guys in the battery business or what. I bet if I called and ask for batteries for my bushnell flashlight they would look that up and tell me nope we dont sell that... guess they would also need to be informed that I'm looking for AA batteries... just sayin know your business.. I'm no battery expert that's why I called interstate.. I guess they dont sell batteries.
