I have trust issues when it comes to mechanics it s nice to have found someone that lives up to my standards. The staff is very knowledgeable and keeps you informed along the way. They even went out of their way to shop around and find the best price possible on the parts I needed.

Import Auto was able to track down an elusive battery drain problem that other repair shops could/did not. I was contacted when questions came up and was kept informed throughout the process in a professional and courteous manner. It is so enjoyable to have a reliable vehicle again - thanks to the whole crew.

Great communication throughout diagnosis and issue resolution. Pricing seemed fair to me and never felt like I was getting taken advantage of. Took our 2003 Audi A4 there and they knew their stuff!

My car was having trouble starting and I had them take a look at it to see what was wrong. They did an entire inspection of the vehicle, including aspects of it that have nothing to do with the vehicle starting (checking the lights, windshield wipers, etc.). That total came to $180 just for the inspection when all I needed them to do was see why it was not starting. I had them fix the bare minimum to get the car running again. Of the items they said that were urgent, one of them was the front left tie rod which they said had excessive movement. After picking up my vehicle I looked at the tie rod to see how lose it was but it was firmly in place. To cover my end, I took it to another auto store and they said that it was completely fine. I would not recommend going to Import Auto. It seems like they are a money grab and just want to screw you over. I will not be coming back.

They were very great with communication and figuring out what was wrong with my car. They updated me frequently on what was needing to be done and when it would be ready for pick up. I will be taking my car back here!

Great service.I had a sticky diagnostic issue with one of my vehicles. They thoroughly went through my vehicle s issues, found the cause, recommended a course of action and found a cost effective solution, proactively communicated with me, and stuck to their schedule. Took my Subaru Outback here for service, on the recommendation of a friend. Gabby, at the front desk, was knowledgeable about the problem and the potential fix needed. I took it in for the scheduled appointment. The service was done in a timely way and I'm happy with the repair.

Pros: Service was good everyone was really friendly.Cons: I had my car tuned ecu only no other mods and was charged 65$ for shop materials I have no idea what shop materials could have been used considering this is done on a computer and 15 dollars for haz mat? So 80$ in bogus fees I didn't realize until I went over the receipt more thoroughly. Don't know if I'd ever return because of this.

I took me vintage BMW in to have them take a look and do an inspection. They were professional and so easy to work with. I appreciated their love for my car and the care they took with it. They were wonderful with their communication and the report I got on my car was amazing. I will be returning for any needs I may have with this car for sure! I went in with a persistent check engine light on and Import was able to identify and fix the issue. Gabby was always very helpful and kept me in the loop. I did have to schedule my appointments a week out, but for such great service I was happy to wait. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Import Auto, Gabby and the rest of the team took such good care of me. They were especially helpful with finding a solution when I needed a part repaired that they didn't have in stock but I needed for a road trip the next day. They were so helpful and I would highly recommend them!

This is my favorite shop. I bring my 82 vanagon here for all it's work. She spent a lot of time here at first because the last owner sat the van for over 10 years. After a lot of blood, sweat, and tears she runs great and I haven't had problems. Brian and his crew will treat you well and do everything they can to get you back on the road.

They knew exactly what to check for and were friendly and straightforward about their findings. I also liked that they sent a link to me of their findings, including photos, so I could see the details. I ll be going back next time I need a good shop.

Had a difficult repair and difficulty with getting the part because of supply chain issues. They kept me apprised on the time lines and what was going on. Courteous and always willing to answer questions. After the repair, stayed late so I could pick up the car and showed me what was done with the old parts and pictures and notes of everything! Very detailed and precise! I would take my car back anytime, but hope I don't have to! Jake was my contact and did a great job!

Normally I am not one to write reviews, but import auto is amazing! The staff are very honest and professional, and they did a wonderful job. When I mentioned that my key fob was out of batteries, they even went out of their way to replace the batteries for me which was very kind of them. Great service and even better business! I personally work in the automotive industry and I tip my hat to these guys. I took my Toyota in for a routine timing belt replacement and the process was simple, stress free, and easy to follow. After the service there was a small ground cable that got left out of a small bolt, honest mistake and every shop makes small mistakes but how the shop handles those mistakes speaks volumes about them and the ownership. When I contacted the shop they where happy to help and speedy to make sure I was taken care of that is why my review is still 5 stars. I want this to be an informative and honest review for other customers. So please know that if you go to Import auto you will walk away happy with with your service and will have the peace of mind that the good guys are taking care of you!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

There is a reason that this shop has the high rating it does. I've only taken my Lexus in twice for a simple EVAP issue, but the way they found, and addressed the issue is what sets them apart! The first time I took my car in, they ran a smoke test and found a vacuum hose that wasn't on tight. A couple months later the code showed back up. Instead of suggesting replacing unnecessary valves, sensors, hoses, or even a whole new charcoal canister, they determined that it was the same hose that initially caused the code before. They were honest and determined the hose was brittle and needed replacing. Gabby was a huge help! She was able to track down the specific hose that needed replacing....which wasn't easy. The level of communication and information that they gave me is the reason I'm taking the time to write this. I even received a link to a page detailing the diagnostics, pictures, and even video of the technician explaining the issues they found. I can honestly say I've found a shop I truly trust with my car!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

This shop was recommended to me by various friends, especially for Subaru specific services. I took in our 04' Forester expecting an entire engine rebuild. Jake and Bryan were very thorough and transparent with their diagnosis and found out that we would not have to rebuild, but rather solve the actual underlying problem (saving me at least $1,000). They were quick to get the car in and had a great turn around time. They didn't charge or do any work without having a verbal confirmation from me. I didn't compare quotes with a ton of other shops, but I felt they charged quite high for labor. That being said, it was premium service and solution! The Forester is running better than ever! They are now my auto shop of choice in Cache Valley.

Great experience! They are very knowledgeable and kind. I went in to get some information about a code that I had and came out with quite a bit of information on what to do. This time around I was lucky enough to able to get the OEM parts through a friend much faster than what Volvo could provide the shop (not import autos fault).
