Very disappointed, took my 2004 dodge 2500 in for recall work where it was inspected and determined it was needed I then waited for the parts to arrive and scheduled to bring it back for the work to be done. Because I was also needing ball joints done I opted to get them done here all in one trip. All was well until I picked my truck up. Upon pickup I was told everything went together smoothly and aligned great. But due to aftermarket parts they were unable to install the recall. This is a stock 2004 ram with a 2008 OEM dodge steering linkage to address the poor front end. You d think a dodge dealership would have the where with all and ability to say hmm this part doesn t match. No recall needed. But sadly no.I picked it up and a few days later loaded my family into the vehicle to drive down for Easter weekend. I drove from Logan to St. George, when I got to my family home I have severely worn front tires.I immediately consulted a local reputable shop for a second opinion where I was notified the alignment wasn t done correctly and the toe was out of spec. I put them on the back and at the St. George shops advice returned the vehicle to heritage for them to address. After over a week of back and forth I was told my front end needed an additional 6-700 dollars in parts and was damaged and unable to get a proper alignment. That this was the case when I left. I m sorry but this is information that you should be notified in writing and verbally if it was indeed true. Which I have receipts and reports from heritage showing this wasn t documented.Days of back and forth later and me disputing the fact that my front end was faulty they respond with our tech was unable to tighten this properly and that s why it shifted and cause the MIs alignment. So now I suddenly dont need these parts when I was fighting to make them replace at their cost.Icing on the cake after them trying to sell me a full set of tires at 352.00 a piece (same tire at Discount tire for 285.00, yes I match load rating as well.) we eventually negotiated a fair price on the tires and I paid my bill and was walking out. This is when I noticed that these skilled professionals, trained technician s, and experienced managers had installed a 116s tire and not the 125s. In their infinite wisdom they put a 6ply max 44psi tire on a 3/4 ton diesel truck. I don t know what school any of these people went to but at the very least you match and provide an equivalent spec tire. My truck came in with a 275/70r18 122/125 80psi 10ply tire and they said well it s the correct tire size . I then had to walk the SERVICE MANAGER out and explain to him how I knew it was an improper tire and how to read the load rating on the side wall. Are you kidding me? I m sorry this went from annoying to dangerous, I haul livestock with this vehicle and if I was not paying attention I would have left with a tire that the empty weight of my truck alone almost exceeded their load rating. Please please please go somewhere else to get your vehicle serviced may I recommend Moonlight diesel, west motors, jacks tire, shoot throw a dart and go there but keep driving past heritage.

I had such a great experience with Heritage of Brigham and Logan Utah. They worked with me and my fiance on getting just the right SUV. Travis Jensen in the Logan branch was so down to earth and worked so hard on making sure everything went just right and smooth. The whole team from Robert Alvary the finance team and also to Brandon Davis the Manager of the Heritage branch in Logan for a great team. I highly recommend them and look forward to coming back. Thank You!

Dealership provided excellent service when my vehicle broke down when I was out of town. Communication from the service department was timely and accurate and they treated me in a friendly and cordial manner. I definitely appreciated their working on my car in my emergency situation without an appointment.

My wife and I recently purchased a used vehicle here ( 2018 Jeep grand Cherokee ) unlike any other dealership in Logan, Utah they do seem willing to negotiate price. I had a salesmen named Trevor Bowen and he went above and beyond getting me the price that made my wife and I feel comfortable with an important purchase for our growing family. He really went to bat for us with the finance managers and I appreciated his honesty and transparency, it was a breath of fresh air. Personally I liked him because the dealership makes everyone say hi and welcome in a super rehearsed way and Trevor just treats you like a buddy. When we bought the used car it only had 13,000 miles on it but it needed an oil change and a small dent pulled and he had it done the next day. Chris Wiley is another salesmen I would recommend also keeps it s very honest and not forced. All in all best car sales lot experience in Logan, Utah. They will have my business in the future.

I was unimpressed with the service here. Took almost two weeks to get my car back for just a simple fix. Communication was less than professional. I was always the one having to call the dealership for updates on my car, I was never reached out to. When I went in to find out what was taking so long, they had a hard time finding my paper work and keys, and that s when they realized my car still hadn t been worked on. I expected a lot better service from these guys.

I personally have purchased 3 cars now from heritage. Every single time I have gone in, the staff is beyond friendly and helpful. There is a reason I have purchased my last 3 vehicles with these guys, they are amazing! My most recent purchase was with Kurtis, and he was amazing. Probably my favorite salesmen there actually! So knowledgeable about the vehicles, did not pressure me, made sure I was comfortable. Heritage is the way to go!

I tried reaching out privately about this matter with Heritage Dodge of Logan and was ignored. I would like to give a fair warning to others who don t want their rims and brakes chipped and scratched up like this. Also, look at the wheel nuts. My husband took my car in a few months back and had its first oil change and tire rotation. This is a new Dodge Durango rt plus with tow n go, red brembo brakes, blacked out wheels etc. I use automatic touch less car washes and never thought I would need to inspect the car for damage from a certified tech immediatel. When I hand washed, that s when I saw the messed up damage. Wheel dust doesn t exactly come off with automatic washes which is why I never saw the damage till now. You all need to check your vehicles every single time you leave this service department, because I ve never seen such carelessness by any service department employee in my life! Three of the rims are pretty scratched and chipped along with the brakes. Every wheel is affected. I have not let a single person but this dodge dealership touch my wheels. It s pretty sad when you trust your expensive car that you pay full price for just to have one bad tech who clearly doesn t understand what he s doing mess them up! This happened at 5,000 miles on the odometer. I have the receipt with the guys name that did the wheel change and tourqed by. I hope this dealership will make this right and I hope this review helps all of you to make an informed decision on where to take your vehicle for service.

I ve purchased a lot of vehicles in my years and this was for sure one of the best experiences we have had. Dave Bennett was great to deal with for many reasons. Knowledge, professionalism, friendliness, very respectful and fair. Also a shout out to Trevor. He started the process and did a great job answering my initial questions and setting up our first appointment. Thanks to everyone that helped us. JeepOn OlllllllO

We bought a new car here last year and had a great experience. We also have a Jeep that we ve had for quite some time that we bought elsewhere. The service department has been great for both vehicles. Friendly staff, clean waiting area, and thorough explanation of services necessary. I especially like the email/text communication so I don t forget.

I wish I could do lower. Last May my trucks air suspension got destroyed by debris or whatever it was. Since then I ve been calling my insurance to help me get m truck paid for and all they been asking for is for the service people to take pics and send it to them.I told them this many times and every time I called to check in on my truck I either got we are working on it I can t get a hold of your insurance that person quit so we have to start from scratch how many times am I going to hear the same excuse? Apparently 10 months.I called my insurance and all they had to do was follow along a 30 min step by step of taking pics so my insurance was waiting also?? Finally someone says they did but as of right now I ve been paying for insurance and my truck noted for 10 months and haven t even seen the truck. If you want someone to give you excuses come here. You ll love it.

I had a great experience the first time I had my truck serviced at heritage. But it was like night and day this time. My 2013 Ram 2500 needed an oil change, tire rotation, and a few minor things need to be fixed. I told the rep that the drivers side interior pull handle was broken and if it was just a connector, or something simple, I d like them to fix it, . The water in the fuel light is on, and the tire pressure system warnings are on, saying to perform service. The check engine light is on because of a turbo code, but it drives and pulls fine, and the first time I was there, they told me that it goes into safe mode if the turbo goes out so just keep driving it because it is possibly just an electrical problem. So I explained all this to the rep. The next day I went in to pick up the truck and they charged me $433 to change my oil, rotate my tires, and tell me the things are wrong that I told them were wrong to begin with. Then they quoted me an additional $5000 to fix it. The same warning lights are still on, the door handle is still broken, and when I asked the manager why I was being charged $75 to tell me the door panel is broken, he justified the cost because they decided to take the panel off and put it back on again, even though the damage is apparent from the outside!. After 5 minutes of research online I could tell it isn t just a connector. I was charged $150 for the oil change $30 for the tire rotation, $150 for them to check the tire pressure system, and $15 to drain the water from the fuel, but the same warning light is still on. I have never felt so defrauded, abd I m never going back.

Very low pressure. Trevor was prompt to respond to my questions and willing to put forth effort towards a possible sale that was not sure. The team at Heritage are good. I have worked with all the departments and they provide good services.

I thought my Ram pickup was not very long out of warranty. The driver s sun visor broke. It shouldn t have broken, but I thought I was out of luck anyway. Called Heritage just to make sure, and yes it was out of warranty. Unexpectedly, they offered to fix it for just a small fee rather than the full cost, which would have been significantly more. I brought it in, they were quick, kind and competent. They didn t have to do that, and I appreciate it very much! Usually I don t go to the dealer for service but next time I will give them a shot when I need a repair. Thanks Heritage!!

They were very quick! I went in for a recall and it was fixed in the spot. I am leaving one star off because my tires just had low air icon in my dash and most places do that complementary but this shop ignored it and didn t check it.

The first snowfall this season, I ended up in an accident. We had such a great experience with the purchase here, we decided to use the service department for the accident. Bad idea. The guy we've been in contact with has been scatterbrained, busy (I'll give him that one), and uncommunicative. Every step of the way I have had to walk him through the insurance process, and I'm not a car or insurance person! He seems knowledgeable about repairs, but having him communicate with insurance is the worst decision I've ever made. 3-star for his knowledge. 0-1 for not communicating with insurance.Update: Kyle was great to work with. The issues I saw originally were not his fault, but rather the insurance company dropping the ball. (It seems like there are still some insurance issues to resolve.)

Kinda shameful that they don't allow the public to use the EV chargers. I would have happily paid good money to use them. I was considering buying a car from you guys but now I'm not so sure. There aren't many working public fast chargers in Logan.

I have bought 3 trucks here. The sales department is good. Trevor helps me and he is very good at his job. But when it comes to the service department the 3 times my trucks have had issues it has taken them from 2 weeks for a very small issue to 3.5 months for a transmission issue. It is really unacceptable and that has been the case for the last 3 years and when I bring up the issue to them they always say that they are either restructuring their service department or in the process of improving it. I will change my review until they provide decent service

Service manager, and service team, took care of the needs of my truck. After pick up, there was a panel that wasn't fully installed, service team told me to come back at my convenience. Once I returned, they quickly rushed my vehicle back to address the vehicle with no issues. Very professional and fully accepted the error with quick repair.

My family and I had a great experience with Heritage! We visited several dealers while search for a new vehicle and Hertiage was definitely the best! They are knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. Dave and Deacon were awesome to work with and we would recommend them to anyone.

I m definitely always a tough sell. They will need to communicate somewhere come up with the best deal they can possibly come up with. The greatest part about heritage is they are already competitive with their prices so there s no reason to really negotiate a deal. They re very honest car salesman, Trevor Bowen is top of the line when it comes to getting you what you want in the very best customer service!

Update: I recently traded in my wrangler for a Gladiator. Sales team was awesome. Finance team was awesome. Service team continues to be awesome. They've done a lift and some other work on my gladiator and it's been a great experience overall.Kyle the service leader has a great demeanor and is excellent at solving problems. I will admit that I initially had a problem with my service advisor who shall remain unnamed. Kyle was instrumental in resolving the issue and I greatly appreciate it when people take issues seriously and fix the problem. I will continue to go here for my Jeep needs and would recommend them to others.

First and last time of going to this dealership. The truck was not ready when they said it would be and they tried charging me for warranty services and said it was due to neglect on my part. After they explained everything to me, I called a different dealership where I purchased the truck that had done the service prior and let them know what I was being told. I ended taking the truck to them and have them look at my truck and review the so called "issues and neglect". There wasn't any, nor was I charged, plus I had my truck back within 4 hours. I went here originally our of convivence to save me 40 minutes of taking the truck to the purchasing dealers. In the end it cost me 2 days time, 2X the fuel and a complete run around.

Had some recall work done on my Ram truck, the service department people were friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer my questions. The waiting area was nice and stocked with drinks and treats. They had me in on time per my appointment, and got me out within the amount of time they told me it would take.

I arrived 30 minutes early to my appointment expecting to wait. In stead they took me right in and got the job done and I left at the time my appointment was scheduled. They are very responsive to the customer and I appreciate it.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Heritage CDJR. Dave Bennett was incredibly kind, honest, and genuine when helping me out. It took us three days to make a deal due to a trade in I had, and he stayed with me the entire way as a point of contact. Despite not being a CDJR brand, he set me up nicely with a Mazda CX-5 that I LOVE. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you Dave and the rest of the Heritage team for being great, kind, and courteous!

I am not giving a good review because of the service, and customer service I have received throughout. In December 26th I had to have my car towed into Heritage, given it was around Christmas I understand but once there, it took over a week to be diagnosed, of a fuel pump, then it took 2 weeks for the part to be ordered and installed which I could have picked up from Napa in a day at a fraction of the cost. I picked up my car Jan 12th and noticed they had not reset a warning light for a different issue but thought then, why waste my time! And I will add, it said on the reciept had been done!! Now after being in my possession for a month and a half, I had to get it towed back into Heritage for a fuel issue and again it has been there a week and they haven't had the time to diagnose it. I am told each time that I call we have other cars ahead of you. I do not appreciate being swept under the carpet! I will never purchase or take my car into that place ever again!

Fair Warning, after they sell you a broken car... they will NEVER get back to you. Let me explain, I bought a 2016 e-golf from them. They said it went through inspection and had a range of 120+ miles. First off, at best on Eco Plus I got 70 miles max. Second, they sold me an e-car with a BROKEN charging port. When I brought it to a VW dealer, the dealer said "there is no way they did not know, they had to reset the engine light". After multiple phone calls the responds I got every time was "Everyone was in a meeting and let me take your number". I never once received a phone call. I bought this car for my child to go to school. I am a business owner and a member of the US Air Force. I contacted my attorney that is on retainer for my business over this for litigation because they clearly want the court fees. The only reason I brought up Air Force is the fact I am going to head to the legal office and let them know that this company is scamming people and see if I can get it added to the "exclusion" list. This will mean that anyone in the Department of Defense will be barred from purchasing anything from this company. All you had to do was return my call... process has already started.

I talked to a man in the "parts" department earlier this year about a replacement part for a Chrysler 2000 Town and Country van. He searched around some to find the part that I needed. He sent me pictures of the part (from Athens, Tennessee) so I could ensure it was the correct one. After purchase, it arrived efficiently and I was able to replace this (seat anchor) part and salvage a full seat in my van. I appreciate the accuracy and effort. This was great customer service!

Bought a brand new 2023 ram 1500 from heritage. They brought one in from a holding lot that fit the build I wanted and when it arrived it had some minor damage from transit. Front bumper scuffed and front door dented. They said they would get it fixed no problem. Well it s been 5 months and still nothing. Can t get any reasonable response or update on or if they are going to get it fixed. Been in there in person and they say they will but nothing ever happens. Feel like I bought a used truck for a new price.
