Stopped in there over the Thanksgiving holiday week and they took me right in to do my brakes. All the guys there were really friendly and as I was sitting in the waiting room I heard them explaining all their services to their customers. They did a really nice job with that. I definitely go back there again. The worker seem very conscientious and above all they all seem very nice and friendly. My brakes work. That's very important.

I am absolutely amazed at the excellent service I had at this Grease Monkey. I had actually taken my car to a different t mechanic and told him there was a problem with the vent/filter. The mechanic told me there was nothing wrong with it. Tyler at Grease Monkey found the very obvious problem and fixed it, and didn t charge me extra. The first mechanic had obviously not even looked. Grease Monkey got me in as soon as I arrived, did an excellent quick job, friendly, professional, honest, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be going here next oil change. Would give 10 stars if Google let me

If you need an oil change please go ANYWHERE else. I m not sure if this issue is just for this location but please don t get your oil changes done here. One of my friends got his oil change gone here and it was leaking right after. So I tightened the oil filter just a bit and it was still leaking so we decided to do another oil change at home and it turns out the oil filter that is removable was cracked! We had to go to auto zone to buy a new one thanks to this place. Now onto my issue, I got an oil change there a few months back and I wanted to do the oil change myself because it costs an arm and a leg to get it done at this location. They put the screw on the oil drip pan way too tight I was unable to remove it and had to take it elsewhere to get the oil change. It feels like this location will do anything to make it difficult to do maintenance on your car later on, so you come back and start the cycle again.

These guys were awesome. I usually don t write reviews but I came in with new headlight bulbs after having a hard time installing them myself and they took the time to install them and even put new parts in that I was missing in my bumper. The cost was super low and other auto repair shops were trying to charge me over 200 bucks to replace the bulbs. Can t recommend grease monkey enough! :)

Went in to try to get an emissions test, they steered us to the Providence location due to no emissions techs being there that day. Providence got us in and out in 10 minutes. Grease Monkey has never steered us wrong! They have our loyalty.

There wasn t anyone in line in front of me and it took an hour and a half to do an oil change and 30 mins to do an emissions test. I asked them to bring in my air filter so I could say to do a new one or not and the guy at the counter said that the other guy lied to him about bringing it in. They cut corners I definitely wouldn t go to this one again.

Well, the service people are polite. The price is a bit steep. I'm a little annoyed with the guy who checked us out. He said everything looks great your head lights are great, our headlight has been out for a month. Obviously they didn't check our headlights, which I wouldn't have bought there anyway, but don't tell me something's great that you didn't check.

for car registration purposes, I was in need of copies of past service invoices for 2 of my cars. I worked with Brad both times and he was so willing to help and spent several minutes with me, unrushed, trying to get me what I needed. My review for grease monkey is going to be based on the complete honesty this place showed me. While waiting for my car to be maintained the technician came out and showed me the cabin filter. Which was a little dirty. I assumed he was going to go ahead and try to sell me a filter. But before he could do that he advised me that he didn t think it was dirty enough to need to be replaced at this time. He then told me the engine filter was also a little dirty but didn t need to be replaced at this time. I think him for his honesty and told me that and he told me it needs to be replaced I would ve just bought it not knowing any better. These places have a reputation for up selling customers all the time, but I can tell you That is not what happened here. They totally could ve done it to me and I would ve paid. My technician, Logan, was friendly, quick, and honest. Is there anything more you could want from this kind of establishment? I think not. Thank you Grease Monkey!

Line wasn't long, but the guy who helped me kept reiterating the same point with different questions. Really frustrating from a customer stand point, but we have had better experiences previously so we will be back eventually I think.Went to Jiffy Lube to get our oil changed and emissions test done. Great experience there!

I m very happy with this location! I just moved to the area and found that my oil was leaking as a result from a previous service at a different location. Sam and Brad were both very helpful and understanding of my situation and worked with the other location to fix the problem. I ve loved all of my experience at the many Grease Monkey locations I ve had the pleasure of frequenting. Logan continues to hold the standard!Service: Oil change

Staff was friendly and helpful but I was overcharged and the oil change took twice as long as I thought it would, even though they were not busy.Unfortunately I do not recommend this place.

Soda and popcorn while you wait. Staff very courteous. Bathroom was clean. Waiting area a little cramped. There were a lot of people in front of me and they said they were short staff so I walked to Arby's and had lunch. O reilleys had to bring a tpms senson over but they ended up bringing the wrong one. So they recommended I go to a dedicated tire place. They felt sorry for making me wait for nothing and didn't charge for the tire mounting and rotation.

After driving around town for quite some time looking for a place to complete the emissions test on my vehicle, only to be told at several other businesses that they were out or could not accommodate my need, I found this location. Right from my drive up experience, I was greeted by a friendly smile from Rob and treated professionally. They were quite busy, with several other vehicles, so I was super impressed how quickly the service was completed. This was extremely helpful, as I had small children waiting with me and I truly appreciate their efficient work. Due to this particular visit, I will definitely take my future business to this location! Thank you!

Went in for an emissions test, they wrote the VIN off of the door which was a junk yard door and I didn t know, so when I went to get it registered it had the wrong VIN on the emissions report, so I went back and they got my truck in super quick and finished the job relatively fast, as fast as an emissions test can be, they charged me a second time but Jon the manager gave me a call and said there was miscommunication and reimbursed me! I ve been here a few times they re always quick

Taylor and his team know how customer service is suppose to be. Fast, frendly, clean! After wondering around town looking for a transmission flush, finally landed @ Grease Monkey on North end of town. Visited 6 locations one being a dealership, all told me that they can t do my request a. Too busy (South Grease Monkeys excuse) b. Since I have a CVT transmission they would have issues with pulling my cap off.It all comes down to willingness an confidence! Taylor had all of those things! Appreciate you man! I came in and within half an hour I was out of there! They were very efficient and quick. They also noticed a filter that was getting pretty dirty and asked me if I would like them to replace it. I will definitely use them again!

I always get my inspections/emissions here now because the service is amazing! Everyone I have encountered there has been very professional and nice. They help me with what I need in a timely manner and make sure I understand everything before leaving.

I've been to this location a few times for oil changes and emissions checks. They have always been very friendly and prompt with their services. Even with a line in front of me, I've never been there more than 45 minutes (which I consider great).Their waiting room is clean. There signs and directions are clear.I will continue to visit this location!

First time experience and will be my last. I showed up and they took my car and told me to walk inside. After going over the prices and realizing it was way too expensive I told them I didn t want an oil change and that I d go somewhere else. They then told me they had already drained my oil. I told them that I didn t want the service and to put my dirty oil back in the car and I d leave. They said my oil has already been mixed up with other oil and that couldn t be done. They told me they could give me a non synthetic oil for 40ish dollars and I agreed but only because I couldn t have my old oil back.The whole experience felt like a trap to get as much money out of me as possible. They started working on my car before I even knew what the prices were and what to expect. Terrible experience and will never recommend anyone to go to Grease Monkey.

Today I needed a coolant flush and called before to check on the price. I was told $120. After the work is completed (90 minutes when they said it would be 45), they charged me $199.99. They would not honor the price they told me on the phone and instead pointed fingers. Finally got out of there and within 2 miles my car had overheated. They did not bleed the system correctly (if at all). When I called about it they said I could bring it back in or bleed it myself. Seeing how I couldn't drive it because it was overheating I was left to do half the work myself on a service I was already overcharged for.

I went there to get my yearly emissions test done. The manager, Roberto (Rob) is seriously the best! He educated me on all things tires!!! The customer service was amazing! He answered all my questions, remembered us from the last time, and helped me out with my break lights! He is why we go there anytime we need our cars serviced or any other issues with our vehicles.

I went in and received a full service oil change. The service was fast and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about my car. It was strange however, that they didn't carry the oil for my car. Luckily, there was a Walmart across the street that I was able to get the oil from. After they changed the oil and topped off all the fluids in my car they let me know everything they did and exactly what I was being charged for which was nice. If they carried the oil my car needs I would definitely come again. Btw I drive a mini Cooper countryman S.Service: Oil change

Took my truck in for an Emissions test and they took it in right away and had it done within minutes. A report was also sent to the state so when I went in to complete the truck registration online, the info was already there. They also offered to complete the truck registration for me but I elected to do it myself online.Nice service and friendly staff.

They were quick and friendly, the lobby was clean. They had an ad on the counter for $10 off mobile 1. I asked to use that promo and he grabbed the ad of the counter and said it expired 10 days ago. I work in retail and if we had left an expired ad up we would have honored the price. But also as someone that works in retail I wasn't going to make a big deal about it because I don't like when people do it to me. You would just think that in 10 days someone would have noticed that the only thing on their counter was an expired promo.Service: Oil change

Service is always great and they get the job done quick. They make sure to inform me of everything they find and everything they do to my car which I appreciate.
