Although the employee was very nice and worked fast, the business model of the company is a bit of a scam. They file a claim with your insurance, and the insurance often waives the deductible - BUT if you're like me and you have a cash back reward with your insurance you'll find out that several hundred dollars that you get back annually from insurance will be eliminated until you build up enough time without a claim. I'd forgotten about that, and the insurance company didn't answer the phone and poorly explain this until after the work had been completed. So I'm stuck with paying $40 for two chips so I can keep my cash back reward with my insurance when I agreed to the work because I was told it wouldn't impact my insurance rates and that the deductible would be waived - "Free*" note the asterisk. For $40 I probably would have gone to a different autoglass company. Also, they don't have a card reader, so if you don't have cash you might end up having to go through with the insurance claim which could mean $100's of dollars not coming back to you for a couple of years.Service: Auto windshield repair

Did a good job fixing my windshield. All I had to do was show them my insurance card and verify who I was on the phone and I didn't have to pay anything for all my chips to be fixed.Service: Auto windshield repairService: Auto windshield repair

Peyton was very polite and for this company if your insurance is not on their list it's only $25 best price on fine so far other companies want you to pay over $100 and we didn't wait long he was done within 5 to 10 minutes it doesn't even look like we had a chip on windshield that's how good he did and it's nice that it comes with a warranty if we still have the same shield we come in and they take a look at it and see what they can do very impressed with this company
