These guys were great up until it was time to deliver. I was told they would call me in the morning but when they didn't call at the agreed upon time, I called them myself. When I called (2hours after open), they said they were just getting in and that they would call me back in a couple minutes. They didn't call and now they are closed for the weekend. We had to scramble to make something work for our trip.Update: I called them again after our trip to see if our tires were in yet and they said that they canceled the order because of my review (see above). I I see this as highly unprofessional and hope that improvements can be made for future customers.

They tried to sell me a tire that was super old and cracked first that one was a death trap and unusable then they sold me this better condition but still old and probably dangerous tire. If it's 6 YEARS OLD it should be recycled NOT RESOLD they clearly are not caring about thier customers. I looked at several of thier used cars in the lot almost all were cars that had been wrecked and poorly repaired buy with caution and get a pre purchase inspection with any used car.

Got two tires replaced earlier this week. They must not have put one of my hubcaps back on correctly because it fell off the very next day while I was on the freeway. I got used tires and they claimed they never sell anything with less than 50% tread, but one of the tires is just as bald as the the ones I had on before. They don't show you the tires before they install them and charge you. 2 stars because the employees were nice and the service was quick.

I got my tires mounted and balanced here. They only charged me about $16 a tire, whereas other tire places in the valley (specifically Les Schwab) charge $30 or more per tire. Employees were helpful, friendly, and respectful.

Bought my car and tires from Express Auto. Without a doubt they have the best customer service and prices available. Mauricio and Kevin and their team are extremely helpful and I highly recommend working with them.

Tire companies always try to get you to buy the best of everything and charge way too much.I made an appointment looking to replace a single tire for as cheap as possible. They had me on the scheduled the next day. I was in and out in 30 minutes and only payed $49 for a used but still very good tire. I ve been to plenty of great tire shops but this might just be the best one I ve been to so far. I ll definitely be back!Affordable. Quick. Easy to work with.

Who cares??? Not these guys. I should have known when they charge me $100 to detail my car. When have you ever bought a car that wasn't already detailed? And they did a horrible job at it. They presented themselves as offering me a great deal for a car because they were merging two dealerships. They neglected to give me my emissions test which cost me money and 2 trips to the DMV. On top of that I now have spent $1,000 for repairs to the vehicle after a month. I had to get the transmission pans and lines replaced and I had to get a new starter. To add insult to the situation when I tried to reach out to them to ask about the emissions test, they just ignored me. I'm attaching my texts to the gentleman who assured me that just changing the battery was going to take care of the starting problem and that they take good care of their customers. Neither was the case. I hope that one day I'll be able to buy a decent car from a decent person. Today is not that day.

We went in looking at a car they had they and took it for a test drive, it was super easy and convenient. I did not end up buying the car, but the salesmen did not pressure me the whole time into buying it. I would definitely recommend coming here if you are interested in a used car.

Really friendly staff! They were having a tire sale, really good price for the tires I bought. They had a good selection of new and used tires, and the used ones were in good shape. They were really busy, but during my wait I watched them work very hard to manage all the different customers. Great people to work with, they'll make sure you're taken care of! I would definately recommend them for tires.

I came in an hour before closing with a flat tire and they made it a priority to get my tire fixed within 30 minutes. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. They found a used, but excellent condition tire for a great price. I'll be happy to give them my business again.

Horrible customer service. Came here under recommendation from a family member after car troubles. I scheduled a diagnostic for an issue located under the gas tank, and dropped it off in the early morning. They told me at the time of scheduling the appointment that it would be done by noon at the latest, and they would call me when it was done. I never received one call from them the entire day, and I called them a few times throughout the day to figure out what was happening. They didn't get my car in to be looked at until about 2 hours before closing, and when I called them an hour before closing they told me that they wanted tomorrow too to finish the diagnostic. I was not expecting this, and had work the next day, so I told them that I wanted it done that day. They said that they would most likely get it done today, and they would call me for confirmation that it was finished for me to come pick it up. I never got a call that night, and assumed that they were just taking tomorrow to work on it regardless. I called them in the morning asking what was happening, and they told me that they had it ready the previous day for me to pick it up right before closing. I went and picked up my car, and asked about the details of the diagnostic. They said that they didn't even finish the diagnostic, and would need to have it rescheduled to finish it.

I purchased 4 new tires from Express. Some of the lowest prices that I have seen.The customer service was amazing.Gracie, the office manager, went above and beyond in filing a warranty claim on a manufacturing defect.Express takes care of you not just during your tire purchase, but you will become a life long customer because they take care of you after your purchase!

Stand up crew. From the sale of the car, to any maintenance needed. Full functional shop able to repair or replace any issues at all! Wheels, tires and alignment! Looking for a special or specific vehicle, they do their best!

This place is awesome! I got my car here after I got hit twice in one month. They are quick easy and will make sure you are satisfied beforing selling you anything. They work great with prices and will help you meet your needs. The staff is super friendly and understanding. If your gonna work with anyone there Gracie is your go to gal! She s super helpful and nice. Honestly an awesome place!

These guys are super cool, helpful, and friendly. And Mauricio is the best! If economy matters to you, consider you can buy 3 or 4 used tires that are in good condition for what a single new tire would cost. It makes sense to me :)

I love Express Auto and Tire in Logan, Utah. They have the best customer service ever. They are so quick to find what you need whether it be used or new. I have purchased both from them and have been very pleased. They are quick to get you in also and back on the road. I especially love them because of Gracie their office manager she is amazing to work with. I recommend you give Gracie a call and get a great deal plus best customer service. Thanks Gracie!!

I have a good experience every time I come to this shop. They are great for new and used tires. They usually can start working on my vehicle right away and they get the job done quickly and at a reasonable price. I plan on doing more business with these guys in the future.

Kevin always takes good care of us. I think I've bought 4-5 cars from him and lots of tires over the years. Bad reviews usually come from people who didn't keep up with payments. But, it's quite simple; He will treat you extremely fair if you are fair and honest with him. I've never known a better guy in the auto business to try and make sure you're satisfied. If you are struggling with credit. See them!

I sold a 28ft camp trailer to a close friend. It needed tires. I called around and no one could match the new tire price I got at Express Auto & Tire!! Kevin has a first rate staff and they treat you fantastically!Fast, efficient service and knowledgeable!! A top rate place to go for tires or a good used car!

Worst place in town to buy tires! I got two tires here. One of them blew out 200 miles down the road. It had severe sunrot in it and was made in 2005! I complained to the company and they told me there was nothing they could do. They refused to help me after selling me a tire that was bad and they admitted they knew it! They claim they did nothing legally wrong. Do not ever by tires at Express Auto if you value your life! My tire blew out and I could have rolled! This company should not be open! They will not help you if you have problems.

I purchased a 06 Jeep Wrangler with 86k. The Jeep was in pretty good condition overall, I put a new stereo in, but that was by choice. I've had my mechanic look over it and its been well taken care of, and pricewise I still feel like I got a great deal.I worked with Kevin, and he was flexible with my schedule, actually let me take my time and was not pushy. The thing that I liked the most was that they were willing to work with me on payment, my finances are not perfect. This is the main reason that I went to the dealership, and they proved me exactly what worked for my particular situation. I've even had a couple people offer to purchase the Jeep from me out right. My son is excited to start learning to drive on the Jeep.

We were visiting from Missouri and had an emergency with my tires on our van. They got us in immediately and out some very quality used tires on for me in 30 mins. They made sure I approved of the tires and everything. Great people and AMAZING service. Thank you!
