The fuel pump in my truck went out last week and Ethan was recommended to me by several people. Had great service even before I took my truck in. He gave me a few things to try to troubleshoot the issue.After taking my truck in it was done within a day. He was upfront and honest about price and what was needed to fix everything. I would highly recommend going to Ethan for any car service needed.

If it was possible to give more than 5 stars, I would. Their customer service is amazing; I'm usually fairly intimidated bringing my car into shops but they were friendly and explained everything to me in a non-condescending way so that was a great first impression. (Female that doesn't know anything about cars over here!)They said they would try to get it in a few days from when I brought it in, but turns out they took it aside to troubleshoot it and found an easy fix that they did then and there. Thought I would be out of a car the whole week, but it was just the one day.Then to top it all off, when I came in to pay, they explained exactly what the problem was and exactly why they were charging me what they did. I should also say that it was an extremely fair price- it ended up being under $100, and I've never payed so little for car service. I get the feeling that sometimes places will add more to my total just because I don't know any better, but they were the most honest and upfront with me. I may have payed less this time around, but they have gained a very loyal customer.Can't recommend enough. Thanks guys!!!

My car started making an awful noise and smoking late at night and they got me in the next day and it was fixed 2 days later! They made sure to get me the best deal and explained everything to me before they did it and gave me options. Customer service was top notch and Ethan even topped off my oil for free and gave me some great car maintenance advice. As someone who knows nothing about cars they made me feel informed and taken care of! This is by far the best experience I have had with auto shop and I will be returning! I cannot recommend it enough!

Ethan and his team are the absolute best! I have taken my cars into him for a variety of different reasons over the years and he has always been fair and upfront with everything and does a phenomenal job with all the repairs I have needed. I would recommend him and his team to anyone!

My SUV broke down in Logan over the weekend while I was visiting from out of town. Even though I had to stay in town another day until the shop opened, my experience with this shop was the best I could ever imagine. They fixed the problem quickly, at the price promised, and I was on the road long before I thought possible. Thank you Ethan and crew, A++++ shop! I will definitely be recommending your services to our family in Logan.

A friend recommended Ethan s and I am so grateful I found them! I was so impressed. They have great customer service and live up to their name of being honest. Ethan has been a great mechanic for me, and my family! Honest Ethans is the only place I trust to bring my vehicles to anymore! He has helped me diagnose problems on my jeep for free, helped me with advice for diy stuff, done great work for a great price always, and is always upfront with you about stuff. Ethan is a great guy and his staff are wonderful! Ethan is my only recommendation for mechanic work in the valley! If you want great work at a great price, this is the spot!

Ethan and Taylor were excellent to work with! I was impressed by how kind and helpful they were, and that their main focus and concern was making sure I was satisfied and happy as their customer. Ethan even took time to talk on a more personal level, about family etc. You don t find that much anymore! He really cares about his customers and can be trusted to do the best by the customer.

Honestly, they are pretty honest here. For someone to trust your vehicle with, I would highly recommend them. I have had terrible experiences all over the valley and nearly gave up hope on repair shops here until I was recommended these guys. They looked into my Jeep and helped me discover one of the things wrong with it, throughly communicating with me along the way, and being open to look into things further or in the future when needed.

These guys truly live up to their name. It's so nice to find a shop that are strait shooters and aren't trying to rip you off. I even more appreciate that I can send my daughter here, and she's treated the same way.I'm so for spring local business, ESPECIALLY when it's a place like this. Give them a try. Tell them him sent you . J/K... they won't know who you're talking about.But seriously, you're missing out if you don't give them a try next time your ride gets a hiccup.

I highly recommend Ethan's Honest Automotive! Ron Stagg works for him! My latest experience was incredible! Estimated a steering rack replacement at about $1,200. It wasn't what they thought, cost $640 -problem fixed. Thanks for being HONEST !!

Ethan is the best! He is always prompt, up front about needed repairs, and honesty really is his policy! He has been great to sneak us in, which has been a saver for us!We will never need another mechanic!

I can say I'm happy to have finally found my "car guy(s)". I had been having car issues for a while and had been a few other places without much resolution to the long term problem. Ethan and his crew took the time to dig into what was going on and resolve the issues until I was running properly again. What I had come to accept as just the car really didn't need to be. Honest and good work from this shop. Glad I know where to go to get things taken care of.

Alternator on my daughter's car went out on a Sunday afternoon. Have never needed an auto shop in Logan so we had no idea who to go to. We chose Ethan's based on the excellent google reviews. Towed the car to the Ethan's parking lot that afternoon. About 8:30am Monday, he called and said he had the alternator in stock and would have the car repaired by 4pm. He met that time and even gave us a military discount! We are very pleased!

Son s alternator went bad and I reached out to these guys and they were able to get it in and fixed it the same day! Price seemed very fair. Definitely will be using these guys again if we are in need of any other work!

I ve brought my car here twice, and both times I ve been very impressed by the kindness and transparency of Ethan and his staff. I ve found them to be fast, fairly priced, and very knowledgeable. Both times I have been listened to and not talked down to; which is a breath of fresh air from other mechanics. This is the first shop I ve been to where I fully believe the folks here won t screw me over. As long as I m living in Cache Valley they ll have a very loyal customer.

I was super satisfied with pretty much everything. My only feedback was that I had just gotten an oil change done prior to coming to his shop (the same week), and Ethan's Honest gave me an oil change and filter change during some of my other repairs. I never cleared this to take place. This was even after I had told them that I just got my oil changed and did not need new oil. I didn't notice this extra $55 charge until I got home, which was super disappointing. I would like a refund for this part of the service since I had a brand new oil filter and new oil in the car but they still changed it out. Having said that, I'll still be coming to Ethan's in the future, I just really wish they had taken more detailed notes in the initial consultation.Services: Auto maintenance, Vehicle maintenance

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism Ethan and his crew had. He went the extra mile trying to diagnose a difficult intermittent problem my car was having. I walked away feeling I had been dealt with in a fair manner. That is something I haven't felt very often with other mechanics. Highly recommend! I will be back.

I feel like they have fair pricing and aren t trying to find anything and everything that needs to be fixed on my vehicle just to get more money out of their customers. I ll definitely keep coming back.

Friendly atmosphere. They called me to let me know that some pricing might be more and I appreciated that before they moved forward with the job. Right now they are in the middle of moving so there are two addresses. Be sure to ask for location before driving to it. Thanks for doing a great job.

A family owned business that will do you right. Ethan was so generous, and gave us an excellent discount for four new brake pads on my mom's car. We were so grateful. He also got us in the day we came even though the shop was definitely booked that day.
