Took my Turbo S into these guys. I have had it at two other shops before this and didn t have great results. I dropped it off and told them what the issues were. Aiden took detailed notes upon me dropping it off and communicated with me while they had my machine. I picked up the machine today. They addressed every issue and made the needed repairs the cost was less than I anticipated and extremely fair. The machine pulls harder than it ever has. These fellas will do my work from now on.

Don't bring your Arctic Cat primary clutch here to be balanced!!!I called and was told that they could balance a new primary clutch I bought. They said it'd be done the next week, I called the week after that and they said they'd get it done, then at 3 weeks I called again and they told me they don't have the right tool to balance it.None of the employees I interacted with were very friendly and didn't seem to care of the inconvenience and that it took me 2 hours to drive there and get and back for nothing.

I asked my professional car mechanic who was the best person to work on my Polaris Ranger and he recommended Cycles and Sleds as the place to go, and they live up to that. I had a starting issue with my Polaris and took it in, and they diagnosed the issue and I was most impressed with their customer service afterwards. I trust these guys and will always take my gear to them.

Detestable experience, they had our 4-wheeler for over a month before we called them & hadn't even looked at it, then took another 3 weeks to tune up the carburetor. Cost more than the ENTIRE 4-wheeler is worth & we're not even sure it will work good.WAY more than they estimated it would cost... Not impressed with this company at all. Don't understand how they can feel good about taking advantage of people...

Best place for ATV/UTV/motorcycle/snowmobile accessories and service in cache valley. Friendly, honest staff. He's from a small building to their current, nice location for many years because of their superior service

The guys at cycles and sleds are great. They hooked me up with a deal on a new front tire for my street bike as mine was badly needing replaced. They were also able to replace it right then and there so I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Definitely recommend these guys for anyone in Cache Valley needing work done.

I am from out of town and I blew the back tire on my street bike, these amazing people not only had two in stock, but were willing to stay after hours to help and get my tire changed so I could get back on the road and home safely. They were kind and knowledgeable and I 100% recommend them for anything you need. Plus the new shop is amazing,Thank you!

Brought my bike in and they had it fixed in under a week (including a holiday). Communicated clearly what was wrong and they did. Great customer service, I will definitely be using them again!

They installed one of their clutch kits on my new Polaris 850 snowmobile and it was phenomenal! Huge difference in performance. Best bang for the buck performance upgrade I ve done on any of my snowmobiles!

Brought my sled in to diagnose a low rpm and no idling issue and also fix bolts for my crank seal cover due to them rubbing on my clutch. After 2 weeks of no contact from them I called and he told me it was done. He said they put a top end in it and reeds for 1800 dollars. Then his tech said it probably didn't need a top end to get through the season it only needed reeds. Went to pick it up and it had a loud knocking noise and the tech said to run it and keep a eye on it. Went to island park and made it 1.2 miles and my crank snapped off in my clutch due to the bolts not being fixed and the ev valve converter rubbing on my clutch cause they did not put it back in the bag and did not repair my bolts. Collin said he had no notes of me asking to fix any bolts. After a day of arguing with them I went back to get my sled and they took parts off my sled and never replaced them or told me about them. Only thing he did to take care of his customer was send me a ev valve converter. I highly recommend not going to these guys. More then likely you will be paying them to train and learn with poor results.Service: Engine repair

I have never been happier with a performance product like I am with my c n s tuned silber ski Doo expert. Collin and Luke are extremely good at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone.

Quick service at incredible price. Got 2 tires mounted (tires not attached to vehicle) within an hour and a half, and it cost less than $75! Friendly with a very clean shop

So I originally took my bike here to be rebuilt because the time they told me was so much shorter than Cache Honda Yamaha, and I didn't want to waste any more of the riding season. They ended up taking WAY longer than they told me they would. I would call, or drive by there nearly every day, to track the progress, and my bike didn't even move for months, then suddenly one day they called and said it was done. I had just driven by the evening before, and it still hadn't even been moved, yet somehow the labor was more than it could have been been for one day, and the price was WAY more than I was expecting... There were parts missing, and they just up and decided to take the purple lights I had installed, without saying a word to me about it. On top of that, they didn't clean a thing while rebuilding it, not help determine the leak that was causing black all over my bike. I rode it for 8 days, then it stopped running. It would start in neutral, but every time I put it in gear, it would die. I called them about it, and they said it would be about three weeks to get to it, which I knew really meant about 8 weeks. Now here I am a year later, still with a bike that doesn't run.. I've only had 8 days of riding in the past two seasons. I'd recommend going with Cache Honda Yamaha. Even if the timeframe is longer- it will be an accurate timeframe, and the work will be far superior?Service: Engine repair

Called cycles and sleds for snowmobile parts. It was a breath of fresh air to be treated very well by both the tech answering questions and the ladies building and filling the orders. Felt like customer service. I almost forgot what that was. Thanks for the great experience.

I just had my rear tire replaced on my Goldwing GL 1500 and I was very pleased with the workmanship and the help I received when I walked in the store, planning on having my front tire done as well.Service: TiresService: Tires

Brought Cycles and Sleds my four wheeler to get it jetted and a new chain and sprockets. Told them to get an OEM Honda chain and sprockets. They told us 5 days. They kept it four weeks. Put on a chinese chain. "You'll like it" they said. Four wheeler ran horrible at all elevations. Chain stretched everytime we rode it. We spent $500 to fix the $500 they charged us. Terrible experience.Service: Engine repair

I took motorcycle to get diagnosed and they were not able to find issue after three hours labor (bike was there for three weeks). I paid them for their labor with no fuss (about $350). The problem ended up just being clogged fuel injectors, which I self diagnosed. Motorcycle was in pieces when I picked it up. I was told I would have to pay more to have it back together. I had several missing parts including a seat support I had recently ordered and installed, a coil cover, and part of my storage lock rendering it inoperable. I also discovered a broken part when putting my bike back together (13880-39G21), which will cost me north of $150. Needless to say, it was a rather rough experience as a first time customer.

Collin is a smart guy and knows his stuff, but beware that you will be charged for things that were never agreed upon. Took 2 sleds innthere for a preseason and walked out paying 2k to have the sled burn down.

I am pretty new to motorcycles and I was having an issue with my new bike. I came to cycles and sleds based on recommendation and I am very pleased. Collin was more than fair with me and explained everything that was done to the bike. I had a small issue when I picked it up and they fixed it fast and free of extra charge. I was not pressured into anything I didnt need and the employees were all friendly. I would highly recomend this shop.

This is the only place i trust in Cache Valley. The dealers here rip you off and jerk you around. These guys have the look and feel of your typical bike shop, but they are better. I called around and no one else would mount and balance a sport bike tire for under $30. The quality of their work has repeatably been better than any other place i have been. I live at the south end of the valley and drive to Hyde Park, past three other shops, because these are the only guys i trust. On multiple projects i have turned to them for advice and they have always been helpful, even when it wasn't making them any money. They are die hard riders themselves and know the importance of quality work. Don't waste your time and money anywhere else in the valley. These guys are great.

Collin helped me with a clutch issue on my snowmobile. I was headed on a trip to ride out of town and before leaving I found I had an issue. I called Collin and he had me up and going in less than 24 hours. He made sure I was able to go on vacation and have a great time! Go check out cycles and sleds if you need some work done!

Collin and the crew were awesome with the install of my turbo on my 2019 ac A1. I went with their custom clutching and a bov and boost T. The kit pulls super hard and runs great. I highly recommend these guys! Superior service! I haven t had this much fun on a snowmobile ever!

Spent $3400 this year on sled service and spent another 10k plus with these guys on turbo, upgrades, etc literally driving 2hrs each way and my sled still won t pull more than 7200rpms with their kit tuning and only 600 milles. they said they d take the sled out and ride/test it before I drove to pick it up, but i m not sure if that ever happened otherwise I can only assume it would run better.. Cannot afford to drive the distance spend heaps of money to support these guys and not have the results hoped for. Was hoping these guys would try to make it right but never heard back.

I had another dealer in NV where I purchased and installed a silber turbo on my 2020 alpha 1. From the first day I took the sled out I had nothing but problems and was really disheartened and I wanted to sell the sled. I stumbled upon cycles and sleds and I called them. Colin explained to me that he had installed many silber turbos and had great experience and not to give up. I purchased his kit and had a friend install the clutch kit and turbo bypass. Well I can say that everything Colin said was true and the sled is insane. I just wish I had found out about his business sooner.

Terrible service. We have done business with them twice and our order has been late both times. The first time they ordered the wrong part and it was late. This time they didn't even order the part until we came into the store to pick it up on the day that it was supposed to come in! We then came in the next week to pick up the part on the day it was supposed to be here, still not in. This isn't even a shipping issue, this is them not knowing how to order parts. Their solution was to give us a hat to try to make it up to us. We will definitely be doing business with someone else in the valley. They have disappointed us every time! Take your business elsewhere!

I was recommended this place but will never go back. They never called back then they said they would. After a month they couldn't fix the root cause. There only reason I'm giving 2 stars is that they identified that my battery appeared fine until load was applied. I'm off to try other places. I'll go to Salt Lake before going back.

Collin and his whole crew at Cycles & Sled did an amazing job on my Polaris snowmobile, making it so I did not have to ajust the turbo, allowing it to be a pull and go sled. They did such a great job I am having them put the turbo and a bunch of other extras on my 19 skidoo. I would not trust anyone else with my sled hence I am driving from Provo to Logan to get the turbo put on.
