Update: The slide on our brand new 2022 forest river trailer stopped working last summer. While it did take some time to get the work done the final product is great. They took the time to find out why this was happening to get this resolved once and for all. We are very thankful to finally get our trailer back!

We completed our very first travel trailer purchase on March 15, 2024 after traveling 675 miles to get to Castle Country RV.We were looking for a very specific criteria Toy hauler that we could pull with our Escalade EXT (1/2 ton). After much research we found Forest Rivers Cherokee Wolf Pack 18RR was the model we wanted. Problem being we couldn't find anything local. The first one we found was in Central California which was 900 miles from home. I got a quote; which was better than anyone else's that I saw online. Then I found Castle Country RV. They had the 18RR and it was loaded with all of the Options that we were looking for and they had more than 1.So I made a call to Castle Country RV Logan and salesman Kodiak Ten Bears took my call. He listened to my story and then I asked if he could meet or beat the price quote I had in hand. I sent him the quote and I had my answer within an hour. Yes they could and did beat the other quote. And within the next hour we were in contact with financing and our deposit to hold the trailer we wanted was submitted.Throughout the transaction we felt everything was upfront and all expectations and agreements were kept. Kodiak kept in contact with us as we planned our tip and got us our LiFeP04 batteries. Which expect will work perfect for this trailer.Arrival day to pick up the trailer at Castle Country. Kodiak greeted us and gave us an overview of what steps were ahead us.They had quite a few units going out that day (nice to see this was a thriving business). But of course it also was slow things down a little (but we had planned for it and were at ease). Our walk thru of the functions and features was basic and we found a few things we needed corrected. Which were immediately being addressed and worked on to correct. We also received assistance in finalizing the installation of our load leveling/anti-sway bars (and yes, you will need one).Things went quickly in Finance (no surprises or pushy add-on pitches). Now it's time to hook it up and be on our way. Only to find that the tube of our Hitch Power Lift was damaged where the foot attaches to the bottom from using it without a foot on it. Without a word from us or hesitation of the service crew out comes a new Hitch Power Lift and switched it out.Inconclusion we felt this was very good purchase experience and would have given 5 Stars if they hadn't shot themselves in the foot by using the Power Lift without a foot on it.Castle Country RV - Logan will definitely be our first call if we are looking for another RV. They have earned our business.

I just purchased a new motor home from Castle Country RV located in Logan. The salesman I worked with was Mark Wallace. Mark was excellent and so was Castle Country. Mark was very knowledgeable and was truly concerned about finding what are needs were and worked hard to meet those needs. We love our new motor home and we loved the entire experience working with Mark and Castle Country RV. I would recommend them to everyone.

Bought a brand new trailer in October and the state of Idaho has been waiting for the title since. That s just the start. The trailers quality is trash that goes for all new trailers I highly recommend buying pre 2017 if you re going to buy a trailer do some research if you don t believe me. There is no quality control the stealership is supposed to do it and they definitely do not. Quality is a thing of the past. Buy something made in it I promise you will be much happier. Brand new trailers are trash and castle country loves selling trash and not helping you.

My best friend bought a timber wolf from here. She has had multiple issues the slide cover broke issues with wiring I can go on. When contacting them they give the run around she has been trying since the day of delivery to get things fixed they either don't answer and ignore you. They don't return phone calls and if you do get someone on the phone they give you the run around. They don't stand behind their work or help in any way. We will never recommend anyone to buy from here.

We enjoyed working with Mark Wallace as a salesman. He spent time showing us options and helping us find the right RV for us; all without any pressure sales techniques. His honesty, follow-up and help after the purchase has been stellar. Would highly recommend.

wow! I just read the last review! sorry for your experience they are the worst!! DONT BUY OR TAKE YOUR STUFF THERE!! This is the second time we have had a bad experience with them. Gave them a second chance, waited months for my appointment for warranty work, and the day of my appointment( me there with my motorhome and my car I dropped of early this morning so I would have a ride home) they informed me that my motorhome needed winterized. This could have been a simple phone call or text and we would have had it ready. But also they make an extra 200 or so by springing it on you that day. On the way there I stopped to make sure Propane was full to keep it heated while getting worked on but the person at Castle RV said they will need to keep it for 3 to 4 weeks because they are so backed up. (Just a side note when I was getting my Propane filled the person filling my propane warned me about Castle RV and gave me two examples of problems they had personally with repairs and Castle RV servicing their RV. ) My main issue is they ALWAYS have an excuse for their bad service and in no way have they ever offered to actually make it right. With this experience or my last bad experience they simply are just like sorry we are short staffed. Especially since I bought the very expensive package to get a warranty that now 2 times I have not been able to use because of long wait times or this new experience. I cant even take my motorhome to another dealership in Logan because it has to be done by this one because of the warranty. So beware if you do buy from them do not get the warranty from them too!!Let me be clear on their response. I did not have a problem with their policy. I had a problem with how they informed me of their policy. There WAS NO information giving to me. I simply had to see a note that was on a computer that I had to ask about the day of my appointment. Which then left me with only one option which was to eat the extra 200 or cancel my appointment. Again this company seems to only blame or try to gaslight in order to make it seem like it is the clients issue and not theirs.

UPDATE BELOW INITIAL REVIEW:My Wolf Pup has broken twice and we've used it once. Picked it up brand new and the slide out didn't work. They fixed it and we took it out once. On our second planned trip the slide out broke again. They refused to even schedule a repair. They said they're too busy to fix it and said they'll have it for months. I can't take it to another RV company, because castle country "fixed" the same issue the first time according to the manufacturers warranty.DO NOT BUY A RV WITH THE LIPPERT SLIDE OUT SYSTEM. TRASH.I've contacted the manufacturer and Castle country SEVERAL times. Constantly getting the runaround.UPDATE:Our Wolf Pup has been fixed. These employees really went out of their way and took care of us. I'm impressed with how they handled this issue once we decided what our options were.At the time they were understaffed and were doing what they could. The customer service IS there and I can attest to that.Thank you Castle Country Crew!

Went trailer shopping and had a great experience at many trailer places but this one was the best. No pressure and answered all our questions. Will definitely go back again. (We will need to since we put money down on a bumper pull trailer )Update. Trailer came in a week early. They got everything set up and we drove it home. Thanks for everything.Update June 1 2021. The after the sale service call that I always dread. We had some battery issues and when we dropped in to get them fixed. Castle Country was awesome. Took care of the issues and made helpful suggestions on other questions I asked. Can I give another 5 Stars for service

Every RV listing I was interested in had a big red button on their website that says "CLICK FOR BEST PRICE". I clicked and provided info for 3 different listings. Then got a run around for over 2 hours via email to finally be told that the website has the best price. ...Wait...What? Total bait and switch to get your info. Waste of my time. I suppose all the 1 star reviews speak for themselves. I Won't be doing business with this business.

Got a great deal on a new Keystone Avalanche 5th wheel delivered to us over 800 miles away, in March. Delivery was fast!Stopped by their lot for a few warranty repairs on August 7. Colton, the service guy, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed everything in about an hour! We expected to wait 2-3 hours. Ben, the sales manager, and Tim, our salesperson, were also top shelf. We have been buying and selling RVs for over 25 years, and generally shy away from dealers. We highly recommend Castle Country RV in Logan, UT, to anyone looking for an RV.

Picked up a lot of random parts for a motorhome and an enclosed trailer. Everything from tire covers to a new faucet. Jennie Duke was super helpful and they have a crazy deal going on now in their parts department.

Ordered the trailer completely over the phone and VIA email due to being out of state. Paperwork was expedited to the house with next day prepaid envelope for return. Neil was extremely helpful and made sure the process was completed and trailer was ready for pickup on the day we requested. Installed the hitch and showed my family how to adjust it to my truck once my family delivered it to us. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about buying from them.

Mark is the best... helped me through the whole process.. he even stayed late to wait for me to get the down payment to them. When I say late, like 2 hours late and still helped me get trailer attached before I left.. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone

This was my first time buying a camper and working with Castle Country RV was a dream!! Magnus was my salesman and was super helpful and patient and made sure all of my questions were answered. All of the staff was really friendly. Not to mention they sent me cookies and Magnus answered my questions AFTER I'd purchased. Without a doubt I'd buy from them again!!

Went to the RV show planning to buy a camper. We loved the Wolf Pup 17JG. Sat down with a sales person to work up the papers and was told it would be $25,995. So I showed them the flyer handed to me that day at the door that had it advertised for $22,995 and their website advertising it for $22,995. Told them if they would honor the price they have it listed for I d take it. They stated they only had 3 for the RV show at that price and had already sold those 3. The price after those 3 sold was more. (Flyer didn t state there would only be 3 at that price or price could change during the 3 days the show was open) Had $25,995 been the advertised price on the flyer and the website I would have purchased but the fact it wasn t and they wouldn t honor the advertised price we walked away. Complete bait and switch. Beyond disappointed. Ended up buy from another company who does honor their advertised prices.

Beat deal around. I literally was about to sign on a new 5th wheel at a dealer in SLC. I just thought let s just check the googles first. I found the exact same unit at Castle Country for no kidding $8,000 cheaper. And $3,000 less in fees that s 11k less!!! For the same thing. So glad I made the trip to Logan. Our salesman Neil was great to work with. The finance manager & parts department was great as well.

As always Castle Country comes through. They have 95% of the parts on hand and can secure the others within a few days. Megan and Jennie are great to work with and bring excellent knowledge to the solutions.

If you want to be treated like a king, come to Castle Country RV! Everyone here is absolutely amazing! Our salesman Neil was extremely kind and listened to all of our wants and concerns. The technicians Weston and Jeremy answered all of our questions and explained in detail how everything works. To top it all off, our finance manager Tawny was extremely kind and helpful! After this experience my wife and I will never go anywhere else! Thank you Castle Country RV for making us feel like royalty!

We had been looking for an RV for a while and found the 32 foot Forest River we wanted at Castle Country. We live in Idaho, but thought it was worth the drive to get this particular one. As first time RV owners, we were clueless and had no idea what to look for during our walk through and assumed everything had been checked before it was handed over to us. We got it home and the first day we couldn't get the fridge to work. We tried everything and nothing worked. We finally called Castle Country and their solution was to bring it back. Bringing it back meant driving 600 miles round trip so bringing it back wasn't an option. Unfortunately, that was their only solution. They offered nothing else. They could have ordered a new fridge under the warranty and had it sent to us, they could have worked with Camping World on our behalf to make sure it got fixed, but they chose to do nothing. Fortunately we have a warranty, but spent all last summer camping without a usable fridge in our BRAND NEW, $35,000 Castle Country RV and have had it into Camping World 5 times since last summer due to the fridge that Castle Country was too incompetent to make sure worked before selling it. We were getting it ready for this year and the fridge still isn't working and we have to take it in yet again. All of this could have been avoided if Castle Country had done a thorough check of the RV or they had decent customer service, but unfortunately Castle Country customer service sucks and, no matter the cost, I would not recommend anyone shop here.

These guys are amazing. First off Maleia (finance) called me with the rate about a week before I picked up the camper .. she went over my options, and told me the rate she found. I was naturally suspicious because I saw lower rates in the previous month. Turns out with current rates, she saved me .5-1%.When I inspected the camper a couple things were missing from what I saw at the show (back up camera and sound system hub). This was news to me and the dealership. We were both aware of the 2022 model at the show, but they sold them out and delivered me a 2023. With the changes I was upset and they said, we won t be the dealership that shows you one thing and gives you something else . They gave me a better camera system than the 2022 model and would have put anything in my camper for audio/ visual that I wanted. I just asked for a sound bar to make it right. Before I left they told me they have a new door coming soon for my spare bathroom. I laughed and asked what it was about. They pointed out a paint defect from the masking tape. They told me they don t like that, and already filed a warranty claim.Basically these guys are amazing and they look out for things you don t even notice. They will take care of you for sure.I won t ever buy a camper from anyone else.

Mostly good experience. I was buying my travel trailer from out of state, so I had to rely on photos and video and phone. I think that they could ve done a much better job with regard to ensuring that all damage or modifications were documented since this was new-used to me. I had it delivered, and when it arrived, it was quite dirty even though there was a checklist sign off on all of the cleaning that was done. I would say maybe 20% of the checklist items that were checked off we re actually done. Not a good work ethic. There were various items missing such as trim rings for speakers, secondary mattress cushion for the upper bunk, door closure latch, etc.; and no further consideration was offered, nor discussed. I think the general attitude is You bought it as-is, so go ahead and enjoy, goodbye. Also if note, there were three different go-rounds on the numbers on the contracts, which was odd, because it just seemed like there were miscalculations, which is not what you expect from the finance department selling vehicles that cost thousands of dollars. It all resolved in the end, and I do love my new-to-me trailer, however, I would not give them five stars for any type of special effort. I had a good full day, doing all the cleaning that they stated was done, and then several other days, gluing, broken things and going around trying to purchase missing parts.

Ageism is *still* alive and well here. At least this time a sales person was actually willing to show us the camper we were interested in. That was not the case the last time we came. The problems actually began when they tried searching for financing for us. They wouldn't even begin to talk numbers until we "had skin in the game." (Meaning put down a $500 deposit.) We were finally able to get our deposit back almost 2 weeks later. I think if you're over the age of 45 maybe go here, but I would not recommend to my fellow young RVers.

We have been looking for a specific trailer for a few years now, but hadn't seen one for sale anywhere near us until recently we saw that Castle Country RV had it. We went and saw it in person, and fell in love with it even more. Over the winter months, the price did drop so we went ahead and bought it. During the process however, I didn't have a great experience with Castle Country RV. They were over the top pushy and sales pitchy. UGH. They weren't that good at it. Honestly, it became frustrating and annoying. I didn't feel like they actually cared about me as a person, only if they got a sale or not. Even as we were purchasing the RV, they were trying to sell us more, but instead of informing us of what packages we could have, and we declined, they continued 3 more times to sell it to us. I felt like our wants and needs were not being heard. The reason we bought the trailer from them, is because the only other people selling the same trailer was in Florida(for the same price). I knew what I wanted as far as a trailer, so that's what we got. But if I could have chosen who to buy it from, I would probably not choose to have had the experience with Castle Country RV. Trailer and Price we would give 4 or 5 stars/5 stars, sales experience 2 stars.

Would give zero stars if i could. We had a very negative experience with Castle Country and would never buy from them again. The sales person was patient and helpful but just about everything after that went down hill. They were supposed to prep the trailer before we picked it up, which we paid $800 for. The walk through of the trailer was very rushed and we weren't given time to try out anything. Get home and after hours of troubleshooting most things on the trailer, came to find ZERO prep had been done. The generator didn't run properly, water heater bypass was still closed, shower leaked, door lock broke immediately, a bunch of the outlets didn't work, there was no instructions for the back up camera given to us (found out later there was a separate screen they never gave us), etc. My husband talked with the service department who was nice but basically said he'd have to talk to the store manager to be refunded for the prep that was not done and get a resolution to our problems with the generator, etc. So we're now 3 weeks after buying the trailer and haven't been able to use it because of all the issues, had to make a special appointment to walk through with the store manager, and he's incredibly rude, unprofessional and calling names, swearing and yelling during this conversation and refusing to help, saying that it will be another almost 2 months before anyone could even look at the generator and refused to agree to refund us for the prep that was clearly not done. Meanwhile, there's a line of several other unhappy customers there who've had very similar problems. We had to call the regional manager to get anywhere with being refunded for the prep and the store gave us an external generator to use (which we also had to spend hours troubleshooting) and ended up having to fix 99% of the problems ourselves due to an unresponsive/unwilling dealer. I would never buy from them again and will definitely never use the logan service department again. Absolutely horrible customer service and a ridiculous process of spending many hours troubleshooting/fixing our brand new trailer due to lack of caring on the dealer's part or willingness to make it right.

So I bought the easy care from country. From country castle sold my trailer back to in February. They're waiting for the Rebate check. I've called easy care. They've already paid them out. But I'm still waiting for a check, and it's July now. Just wondering if they're stealing it.
