My truck got hit in an accident. Decided to go with Caliber collision. My truck is an older truck so it took them a while to get the parts. While I was waiting they made sure to update me about every 4-5 days on what was going on. Overall the truck ended up turning out very well and I am super happy about it! They do a great job and do good work

Highly recommend. My car was hit over Thanksgiving. I had my car back jn just about a week after I submitted.it with all.the repairs taken care of. Service was fast and the employees were very respectful and honest. I felt very taken care of.

It's nice to know that they guarantee the work they do on your vehicle and during the time they keep you updated on the progress of your car. They are all very friendly and are willing to help you in any way they can.

Caliber Collision was incredible! I will go nowhere else from now on. I had a 2023 Silverado 4x4 which was only months old when I was hit. The entire right/rear section of my truck bed and bumper were smashed. After Caliber Collision was was finished (and ahead of schedule by the way) my truck was nicer than it had been before the crash. These guys are amazing! They are partnered with GM and installed all GM parts and the paint & finish looked like factory finish. I mean wow! I'm still in awe.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Exceptional service at the Logan Utah shop. I had my vehicle in quickly, and a very professional service rep was assigned to me. I received personal updates every couple of days. Customer service was amazing. And the quality of the work done was just as good. I would highly recommend.

Caliber Collision was very proficient and they kept me informed during the whole process of them repairing my car and they had it done earlier than the expected date and when I went to pick my car up it looked brand new as I have had my car for 4-5 years and I for one is impressed with them and I'd for sure recommend them to others

If I could, I'd rate this body shop a zero. Recommended by my insurance, their service was disastrous. They constantly returned my car with new problems, including scratches they tried to blame on the car's cleanliness. Thankfully, I had pictures taken before the drop-off that proved my claims, forcing them to fix the damages they caused. The interior was left uncleaned with shoe marks. They mishandled my car's tailgate and poorly pinstriped the exterior. Worst of all, they asked me to pick up my car before it was fully repaired due to a back-ordered part. They promised to call when the part arrived (even noted on the receipt) but even 7 months later, I've heard nothing. This shop is far from professional.

It is really easy to tell where they tried to fix some paint spots on hood. And the car is having Manny issues after it was returned to me.

I will only go to Caliber Collision for my vehicle repairs from here on out. They exceeded all my expectations. I have worked with other body shops in the past and Caliber Collision's work and customer service blew all others out of the water.

Received my vehicle earlier than estimated and they went above and beyond cleaning the interior of my car. Would definitely recommend them if your vehicle has had damage done to it. Very efficient and detailed collision repair shop: our Sequoia was returned in very clean and top condition. In fact two of the rear sensors which were not working before were not operational. Very good customer service. Highly recommend.

Can't express my appreciation for this business. I am alone and elderly and felt so very helpless.... until they became involved. They took over and kept me informed along the way. I felt very comfortable with my car in their hands! Excellent work, too, car looks brand new!

Bailey did an incredible job helping me with my car. The insurance has been a nightmare to deal with but she made the process as smooth as she could and consistently communicated with me and kept me updated on what was going back. I would definitely use Caliber Collision again.

I had a deer run into my car on the way to the airport for a trip. Caliber Collision, got my car in the next day after returning home. They estimated 14 days on the repair and it was done in under a week, retuned to me looking brand new. So happy with the work quality!

caliber collision went above and beyond fixing my car. They even vacuumed and wiped down the inside. They have great customer service. I was regularly updated about my car. And they always made sure all of my questions were answered. I will be recommending caliber collision to all my friends and family.

I've gotten used to collision repair shops taking longer than they promise/estimate, and not communicating very well. But THIS Caliber Collision in Logan, UT is the exception. They called me twice a week (Thanks Darrel!) with an update and they got everything done exactly when they said they would. And the car looks great! I was very impressed. Will definitely trust them to do work in the future if needed.Service: Body & Trim

The customer service that the employees have is phenomenal! I was kept up to date with the status of my vehicle, never kept in the dark. Had my vehicle finished before promised date, and when I got my vehicle back it was cleaner than when I had dropped it off. Definitely give 5 stars, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for auto work!Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

My parked car was hit, and they person who hit me, their insurance paid for me to get my vehicle repaired. When I got my estimate done with Hayden it was great, he was polite and professional. He told me he ordered a new bumper for me before I dropped my vehicle off. On the day I dropped off my car he told me the service to fix everything would only take 4 days. It was over 2 weeks before I got my car back and there was very minimal communication on their end. I called almost every day to get an update on my car, and they only called me directly when I was told I could pick up my car. The car looks amazing and looks almost brand new and that s why I gave 4/5 stars. But the communication was really bad. The only reason I didn t get a rental was because I was told it would only be 4 days not over 2 weeks.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
