I have worked with them for years for my nail desks at my salon over 15 of them made and I called over 3 weeks ago I call 3 times a week different answer every time no communication and I m mind boggled by it: I went to Gordon s glass and they had it made cut and delivered within less then 48 hours . I know one glass isn t much money for a business compared to bigger jobs, but even the smallest job can lead to the biggest jobs with word of mouth and unfortunately I will no longer recommend this glass company..

I had an emergency with some windows in my home and Cache Valley Glass was amazing to help me out quickly. They did an amazing job with the repair and in record time.

One of your drivers pulled out in front of me making a left hand turn. He then honked and flipped me off. To be clear...I had the right away. Maybe you should check the attitude and common curiosity of your drivers before they are allowed to drive a vehicle with a company name on it.

Do not waste your time with this business. They are disorganized and completely incompetent. They scammed us by refusing to replace an incorrect window that they installed which was the wrong color and not triple pane. Gave them MONTHS to make it right, contacting them several times and they lied stating they had the correct window to replace. This was all after waiting for a months and months for them to get out and complete our job. They lost our paperwork among mountains of disorganized papers. They were rude and acted like we were bothering them just trying to get our job completed.

I had these guys install new windows in my whole house and they are great!! They were able to save me a ton of money compared to other window places and I am very pleased with both their service and quality. They were very clean and respectful. Similar experience. Slow, slow, slow to respond. I figured they just have so much business they didn't want mine...ended up going to another local provider that was excellent. I won't mention names, but they are close by.

I don't know where the positive reviews are from because I had the opposite experience. I had a very simple, one piece of glass in a shower job. The estimator didn't communicate well saying that it would be 2-3 weeks before installation; at the end of week 4, I had to contact them to find out the status. Eventually, I got the installation arranged. The measurements were wrong (did not account for a base tile) and the crew said it would cost me more to do the installation correctly. I resisted and they were surly and seemed to blame me for the problem. It was already too expensive and I did not appreciate the bait and switch on cost or the impolite attitudes of the installers. To be fully honest, I was satisfied with the final result of the installation, but I'd definitely use another company in Cache Valley in the future.Service: Glass installation

Cache Valley Glass has a really horrible scheduling system. They are run by very kind people, but their organization as a company leaves customers falling through the cracks. I've used them for 5 different window jobs. The installers are very friendly and kind. The person who answers the phone tells you "I'll make a note" and then nothing happens. The most recent job I hired them for, they came out and took measurements. After not hearing any updates from them, I called and asked for an update. I was told the part had been ordered and they had it. They said they'd "make a note for installation." After POLITELY calling once a week, for the past 6 weeks, for an update and to remind THEM to put me on the schedule, and being told that they'd "make a note to get me on the schedule" I finally actually demanded a specific date and time to be on the calendar. I was told I should find someone else for the job. I'll happily remove this post if the company reaches out to me to actually get me on their schedule. I have used CVG on several occasions over the years. They do quality work and are very efficient. Workmen are pleasant and leave area clean. Rob is the bomb.com he was beyond helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty! He came out to fix my sliding door and also fixed the screen door on top of it. He made my sliding glass door work better then it ever has!! It feels brand new! I ordered some tempered glass. When I returned to pick it up, they had no record of the order. He said it would take another two weeks to get it in. Which put was beyond my deadline, but I went ahead and ordered it again. A short time later, I found someone else in town who could do it in three days, so I called back to cancel the order. He was very unprofessional with me and told me never to use him again.
