I had a great experience here. The staff were all very friendly and honest. Alexa at the front was very kind as well as Spencer in teaching me a little trick with the oil level. When I first dropped off the car, Dan was willing to give me a lift home which saved a lot of time. Great experience! Would recommend to others :)

I went in hoping to get an issue diagnosed that I've been experiencing for around 2 months. I informed them that my car hasn't thrown a code and I couldn't find anything on Google about what could be the main cause of this problem. I get a call later in the day where Spencer told me that he was testing it mainly to see if my car throws a code or he experiences the issue. I thought it seemed fair.I get called in saying that because my car didn't throw a code or anything, that I was gonna have to take my car back and they weren't gonna bother checking anything over. Seems like the shop is heavily dependent on the car throwing a code rather than looking into an issue.I was able to do a deeper dive into my issue and thankfully quickly found my answer. My air intake hose had a large hole in it. I'm only giving two stars because they were quick to change the hose out. Spencer did seem to not believe that it could be the issue because it didn't throw a code.It's been a almost a month since I've visited and the air intake hose was in fact the issue. I don't suggest going here unless you already know what the issue is. The shop is not good for diagnosing what the issue is.

Went in to have a door Lock motor replaced. Not only was it cheaper than the dealership where we have an extended warranty but they also got to it quickly and resolved in 2 days compared to the 5 day minimum of the dealership. In addition to these points, when I picked up the car and the door was acting odd on its geared track, one of the techs saw the oddness and did 15 more minutes of basic maintenance and said if this issue is still occurring, to bring it back in. High caliber service.

Came from out of town to test drive a car and called to see if they would inspect it soo last minute. Spencer genuinely saved lives. He was so thorough and helpful, and did it all as a favor. I owe him and everyone there so big !

I called and they said they were booked a week out so I did an appointment a week out. I show up for my appointment right on time and they don t even pull my car in when I come back an hour later. So it was a lie and it seemed like they didn t even know I had an appt. This place used to be friendly and trustworthy. Not anymore. They don t value your time at all.

I have been going to cache valley Autocare for 5 or more years. I ve had anything from oil changes and major work preformed on my vehicles. Spencer and the crew are always very quick to get to the bottom of the problem. I ve had 6 major issues with my truck, all different issues. Two of those issues ended up not being the initial problem I figured. That being said, the techs and Spencer have always diagnosed the issues and taken the correct action. In turn, saving me and them money by not throwing parts at an issue to fix it. They go through the proper steps to make the correct repairs on time. I highly recommend CVA

Back home in California I took my car in to an auto shop for an oil change and they tried to sell me on a $1600 scheduled maintenance to replace a bunch of things on my truck. (My Tacoma only has 75k miles), I said no to them because I figured it would be a bit cheaper if I just had the work done in Logan where I go to College. So when I drove back to Utah for school I dropped the truck off at Cache Valley Autocare and from my surprise I was told my car was perfectly fine and did not need anything replaced. They didn t even charge me for anything related checking out the car. This really shows a business that is driven by integrity first before profits. I respect this business a lot and they just earned a loyal customer while I continue to go to school here.

I've been taking our cars to Cache Valley Auto for years, and I can't recommend them enough! They are always very proactive about educating me about what's going on with our cars. I've always felt more than comfortable asking all my questions, and they explain and talk through issues in a respectful, open way that someone who knows absolutely nothing about cars (like me) can understand. A special shout out for Spencer is in order. Thank you!There have been multiple different occasions where, once Catch Valley Auto's team learned more about our situation, they made recommendations and/or edits to their plan that saved me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. I have never had more trust for a car mechanic before in my life. They've shown me over and over again with their actions that they have integrity and will always give me wonderful service. Even after moving, I hope I'm still close enough to come back for all my car maintenance. I'm a forever customer!

I brought my car in on Friday to have a diagnosis done on it. It did not meet my expectations. It's frustrating to say the least with how I did not receive good customer service. I had called twice to get an update on my car because I never received one from the business. I had talked to Spencer and he told me i was going to call you and that never happened. I brought my car to a professional automotive shop and I expected to be treated that way. I had told the secretary I'm not leaving it over the weekend for a diagnosis and Spencer ask me too again and finding out from him later that it could not be figured out. It would have been for him to tell me from the get go that this is over there expertise. To be honest about it and instead of taking the whole day to figure that out. When I was there to pick up my car he proceeded to tell me to take it to another shop and go to murdock chevrolet and that is not good customer service. I believe that it was cva responsible to find the fix or get me solid answers and taking good care of me and I wasn't. I felt like I brought my car to a unprofessional shop. I felt Iike i was given excuses and telling me that my car is hard to figure out and to take somewhere else. I'm suggesting you that your shop needs more certified employees to get the job done right in a timely manner and with customers service. I watched your YouTube video about how you said you treat your customers and that was not case in my experience.

I need my emissions checked, but I recently switched out my battery to a newer one this resetting on the car computer leaving no data for emissions to be tested. Spencer suggested that I drive it out to Franklin and back. This past Monday I did just that ; I drove out to Franklin and I was the annoying customer that arrived at 5:45pm right before they closed. Spencer didn't even bat an eye. He happily greeted me and went straight to work, testing my cars emissions. It passed without any issues. My highlight and shout out is for Spencer because he is a man for the customer. He gave me specific instructions, he educated me on the history of tire pressure sensors, my car passed emissions and over all my experience was a 10 out of 10. It's the way he treated me will be the reason why I will continue to go back to Cache Valley Auto. Thank you guys for taking care of me!

I was traveling through the area and got help after my check engine light came on. They couldn't do the daignostic right after I called, but did get it done the same day and provided very reasonable advice and assurance that I was able to continue with my road trip.

These guys are THE BEST!!If you own a car you re bound to being in a shop at some point which is the worst, so you might as well do yourself a big favor & go to a shop that takes care of its customers to the nines. Spencer went above & beyond in taking care of us & has done so on multiple occasions. I don t have enough good things to save about CVA. Stop looking this is the place!!!

This place is Great! Got free help from Spencer! Went in afraid I might get taken advantage of for not knowing much about cars, but I was helped really fast and since my problem was so much smaller than expected Spencer fixed the issue in about 5 minutes and let me go free of charge.

Always great experiences at CVA, and my recent visit was no different. Had the exhaust system checked and repaired. They have repaired my brakes in the past. I will take my car(s) there when they need new pads in the future.

The staff at CVA are awesome. I brought a car in that I was looking at purchasing from a third party and they did a very thorough inspection for me. It was clear they were experienced, and they explained things very clearly. Super down-to-earth people, I highly recommend them!

I came to the shop with annoying noise from the rear right while It sounds like an issue with the brake pads or rotors. Before trying to get an appointment, the shop was full, but they gave me the option: I can drop the car, and the guys will take a look at it when they have time. A few hours later, they received the call, they checked the car, and didn t find anything. Something could be stuck in the wheel, causing the noise. Since the problem wasn t identified, I m asked about possible issues that could lead to this noise. And there were some issues that didn t influence the particular noice, and the guys told me they do not need to repair it now as it is part of normal usage. Long story short, they didn t charge anything honestly, and they didn t pretend they found something and charge money for what some other services would do. Thanks, Spencer, and Cache Valley Automotive.

These guys are the best. My son and I brought a car in for a new car check out. He had bought the vehicle from Rich's so we wanted to make sure it was all good to go for him.. THANK YOU!!!My college daughter dropped in today with a hood that wouldn t open. Not only did they help her get it open but they topped off the brake fluid for her.I asked her what was charged, she said nothing. WOW what great kindness. Again thank you from a father that s three hours away.

The best shop experience I ve ever had. They explained everything that was going on with my car, expected prices, what repairs could wait, and what needed attention now. They gave me an incredible deal, and got it done super fast so I could get back to work. I live out of town and my daughter is a student at USU. She had some issues with her car and as a dad, not being able to look at it myself, I was skeptical that a mechanic would treat her honestly. I was wrong to be skeptical with Cache Valley Auto. Spencer and the guys at Cache Valley Auto earned my trust. If there is a dad out there that needs his kids car looked at while they are in Logan- Don t hesitate. Take it to CVA.

Took my vechile in for grinding noise when turning and they were able to identify it was a rack and pinion issue and despite it being needed to be programmed with the dealership they gave recommendations on places that could do it for me and didn't charge me for the inspection they're a honest business would recommend.

We've used these guys a lot. They're kind and have told us when something doesn't look like it needs to be fixed, so it never feels like a money grab. Would recommend it, and we'll keep going back!
