Brent Allen Auto had a very nice staff that was friendly and comfortably pleasant the whole time. They acted professional and had a great waiting room while my car was being looked at. But they never fixed my problem they promised they would.I called in the week before and asked upfront if they could fix the alignment on my 2014 Mini. They assured me they could. I had already taken my car in to fix the alignment at two other mechanics, and they were NOT able to fix my alignment. I informed the employee I was setting my appointment with that this was the case, and they assured me AGAIN that they could fix it. My car was probably up on their lift for less than 15 minutes before they brought it back down and informed me that they could not, in fact, fix the alignment. What s more is they couldn t give me a definitive answer to why. They had multiple guesses but told me they weren t sure. Everything looks and is running the way that it should. Then they charged me 100 bucks anyways for lifting it, looking at it, and telling me they didn t know what was wrong.I m sure that for a normal issue unlike mine these guys are great, but when I specifically ask you for something, you promise you can do it, and then NOT DO IT and still charge me the same amount for doing the job? Needless to say I don t want to ever take my car here again.I didn t even want to leave a review but they sent me three text messages.

Brent Allen Auto was exceptional! We had to register a vehicle and Brian took great care of us. The process was very efficient and easy. The waiting area was stocked with candy and drinks and was very comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone. So grateful we didn't have to go to jiffy lube! This was an exponentially, better experience than we have ever had registering before.

Great honest service. They were able to diagnose the two issues I was having and found a third issue I didn't know about. The price was fair and the work was completed quickly. I will use them again when I need work done on my Jeep. I recommend them to anyone who needs vehicle repairs.

The team at Brent Allen Automotive had a challenging repair of a tailgate on an 2004 Envoy xuv as well as replacement of the spare tire hoist. The faulty latches couldn t be replaced (problem with GMC not the shop) . The team was able to open the tailgate and set up the car so the rear could still be accessed via the window and by moving the roof fwd if needed.They were also able to install the hoist using a plan B that avoided the tailgate They went the extra mile to get the car fixed. Thanks!!

Brent Allen is one of the best Auto repair places I ve used. They are friendly, professional, and most importantly they are really good at their job, and honest. I can't say enough about the entire team at Brent Allen Automotive! I've taken my vehicle here every time I've had issues and always get a fair quote and honest and detailed evaluation of my car before they do any work. Amberlee is such a sweetheart and a treat to converse with and Brian, Mike, the whole team are awesome people. I always feel in control and well-informed when it comes to my car and they're so nice and welcoming when me and my family go in! The kids love the vintage arcade-style games in the waiting room. My cousin recommended Brent Allen Automotive when I first moved to Cache Valley and I've been coming here ever since for nearly two years! They've done everything from front end work to the catalytic converter on my car and when my power steering went out it was under their warranty so there was zero issue getting that fixed (it was a manufacturer error) at no cost to me. Fast, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable! Went in for a/c fix, condenser put in and returned. Happy with a/c repair, not sure what to think over all, 3 days later radiator drain spout blew, over heats now. I ordered and bought a new radiator that wasn't the $330 one they ordered, I was told it was wrong and no way it could work. I proceeded by going and picking up the car. Within 10 minutes of having it home the radiator I had ordered was installed in the car and working perfectly. Still driving it to this day no issues. I will never go back to Brent Allen automotive for any services.Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

This place is awesome. Not only do they do good work, they explain very simply, and clearly what they are going to do and most importantly why. Also, they take pictures of your car to show you exactly what the issue is so you know they re not going some other car in poor condition to try to get you to buy their service.And if that s not enough, they are very friendly and helpful.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Said it would be 1600 to fix my front wheel bearings went to my guy and he charged me 500 i don t doubt that they would have fixed it and I do not know there overhead hence the extra star

I called them up to do my brakes and asked how much it would be. They said it'd be around $300-500. When they started working they said it would be $1000. If you are given a price range on the phone it really should match.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

It s not even ok how fast and cheap that emissions + registration was. Most of my bathroom trips take longer, that was an amazing experience. Amberli (forgot the spelling I apologize) was lightning fast and super helpful!

Brent Allen Automotive replaced a fuel pump, and gets five stars from me for great communication, highly skilled and intuitive, going the extra mile to repair anything that needed repairing. Also courteous and respectful. My vehicle is a 2011 Chevy Express G3500, Class B Pleasure Way Camper van. I ll be going back for oil changes and if anything else comes up for repair on the Chevy engine.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

Willingness to help derive at a solution for repair. Daughter is going to school at USU, we live 500 miles away. Head gasket started leaking and had engine code for random misfire on cylinders 3 and 4.BA was willing to look at the most effective solution to install a new engine.After the new engine was installed, they had my daughter back on the road again. A used part from the old engine gave a check engine light thatbwas quickly resolved in a timely fashion.BA is very easy to work with.Service: Engine repair

While on a family vacation to beat the Texas heat, my daughter s AC went out two days before she had to drive back to Texas in her 2008 Honda CRV. BA not only got me in on a moment s notice but also recommended that I could save money if I did the repairs myself. Because time was of the essence, they also couldn t guarantee completion by the time she had to drive back to Texas. They evacuated the system for me and I was able to purchase the parts at NAPA that day and complete the repairs myself. We saved about $1500.On a separate note, I went to BA 30 yrs ago for a clutch replacement. They were honest and up front then and they haven t lost any of that. Brent Allen Automotive is class A company.

High integrity shop! They put new tires on the 20 yr old kids car. I had asked for an alignment, but they declined to do it as the suspension is a bit worn and they recognized that this car still tracks straight and is not worthy of a substantial investment in suspension. This car will probably not outlast this set of tires, even without the alignment. They could have done it just because I asked Thanks for being practical and treating me as you would like to be treated!!!Services: Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

Brought car in for turn signal and hollogen light replacement because doing it on a mustang is no fun. While they were fixing the lights, noticed an electrical wire chewed through and some droppings suggesting an animal was the problem. They brought this to my attention saying the hollogen light should still be good, just replace the wire and gave me a new quote on price beforehand. They fix it up and I get a text with detailed pictures on everything else they looked at just to make sure it's all good. They pointed out a leaking seal that could be replaced later. I made the appointment for that a few days later. Second time I come in, they say it will be 4-5 hours to change the seal and gave me a loner car for the day free of charge as long as I refill the gas. Called me that afternoon saying it was done. Great people, updated me on everything with costs before doing anything. Did not try to add anything in like replacing the light when it was just a wire issue. The service at Brent Allen's is always great! Jason and his team do a fantastic job of diagnosis, communication, and repairs. They are very honest and will tell you if there is a real problem or not. I trust them with reliability on all our vehicles.

Usually these guys are great. Overfilled the crankcase during a routine oil change. I discovered the problem about 1000 miles later. Had to bring it back for them to remove some oil. That's all good, other than the time suck, but then they must have made a bit of a mess of it and I ended up with a sizable oil patch on the garage floor.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I started going to Brent Allen Automotive about 1 year ago and I could not be more happy with their service. They are very knowledgeable and talented and they get my vehicles running great without any runaround (I've never had to take my vehicles in twice for the same problem). The prices are reasonable and they are considerate if the cost ends up being more than expected. The front desk is always good to talk to me about the problems and give good recommendations. I also like that they do a full diagnosis of the vehicle and prioritize was issues I should be concerned about. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They fixed my front brake that had problems. However it turns out my rear brakes were also in need of a change and I had to do it. I wish they would have checked them and test drove it a little afterward. You could hear it pretty loud. Great service job on what they did but I wish they were more thorough.Added note- They responded quickly and have great customer service! We will use them in the future.
