We have tried several tire shops in the area but keep coming back to Big O. They are fast, friendly and honest. We love the overnight drop box. They do what s asked without adding on a lot of unnecessary extras. Great service. Great people.

My family loves the big o in ogden, so I trusted this one. I got good tires on sale and an oil change, and a scheduled alignment. For them to tell me they couldn't do the alignment as my ball joints were bad. My boy and I looked at it, and there was no play at all in the joint. So I went and got a second opinion, and the ball joints were fine, and I did not even need an alignment either! Plus, ball joints to buy were $71 total for two, and they wanted to charge $256 for each, not including labor! Unreal. Will not be going back to this location.Edit: The reason I am frustrated is not only the estimated cost, but that I was lied to and taken advantage of because they thought I'd just go ahead and schedule a service my car DOES NOT NEED.

Clay was extremely helpful over the phone. I called about my warranty information and he was prompt and friendly about getting it send over to me via email. I ve worked with this store in the past and I d highly recommend to anyone in the Logan area looking to get a new set of tires!

Just a few days ago I asked to get my car aligned and they said they could not do that because I need to replace my 2 front lower ball joints which would require the whole arm to be replaced as well. So my husband checked it out in our garage and found out it was totally fine. So we went to another shop to get a 2nd opinion, and guess what??? They said everything was fine and I just needed the alignment! This particular Big O s lies to us just to get more money from us.

Came in to get a new set of tires on a Friday. Over the weekend, one of my tires completely deflated three times due to a bad seal, so I had to come back to get it fixed. Additionally, there were scratches and damage around all of the lug nuts on my wheels and grease remaining on the exterior of the wheels. The attendant wasn't concerned in the slightest by my negative experience.Overall the work performed was rushed and sloppy, with no care taken to protect my wheels or to even wipe off excess grease. I wouldn't come back again or recommend this shop to anyone.

I honestly never write bad reviews but need to say something because I feel scammed by them. I wish I had read the reviews before because it seems like many people have had similar experiences. I went in to get washer fluid and air put into my tires. No sensors were on in car. After about 30 minutes they said there was something wrong with my tire which I knew was not true. After asking for my car back, I noticed the rear passenger sensor was on. I brought it to a different shop to make sure my tire was okay (bc they said it was not )and was told it was fine and that someone broke off the tire sensor or replaced it with a normal valve. Feel super scammed because now I need to pay $70 for a new one.

So grateful for this Big O team that calmed my paranoia. I was only in town for the day and I had heard a strange noise in my car sounding like metal scrapping or dragging. I was nervous about driving home 3 hrs away if there was something wrong with my car. This team took a look at my car, did a safety check, drove it around listening for any strange noises. They couldn't hear anything and reassured me my car was in good working order. They spent an hour on my car at no charge.

Daniel was super friendly and helpful! I'd never been to this location before but went in to get my tires checked. He wasn't pushy at all like a lot of car places are. He gave me multiple options and even added in a discount! He was very happy and nice! Seemed like the other guys there were awesome too but Daniel was the only one I dealt with.

I have had bad service during my last two visits.First, I tried to get an oil change at 3:30 in the afternoon and was told they could not do it because they were too busy. Honestly, I can understand that but; as I was leaving a person behind me asked the same question and they took them in.Next, I had my emissions inspection done here and the person entering in my information put in the wrong VIN number forcing a major headache with the DMV, and also forcing me to buy a temporary permit for my registration which cost me more money. I also had to take my car back in to redo the emissions even though it was within the original 15-days, forcing me to waste more of my time on this issue. On top of that now I have to wait 2 weeks to get my actual registration done and I have to physically go into the DMV with my car title to prove everything is legit. This situation is all due to the employees mistake and all I got was a okay sorry.The employees today did redo the emissions but their attitude was pure apathy, and a lack of concern for what this shop created. I can honestly say I am looking for a new auto shop not because of the mistake but the attitude and lack of want to rectify their service.

Last set of tires they tried upcharging me a few hundred bucks, and then proceeded to lie to me again about needing a part to perform an alignment check. A $1000 part. If it was anyone else with no car knowledge, they would have taken advantage of you. Dishonesty at its finest. And there s no chance they changed my valve stems or torqued my lug nuts, I could hardly get them off because they severely overtorqued them. Go somewhere else.

These guys are more than willing to help you out in a pinch. Their prices are great, ignore other businesses with the signs that say they can beat anyones price. (Big O was by far the least expensive)Very great experience with them always! Thanks guys!

Went in to have a screw removed from my tire. The screw didn't need to be plugged they said and they didn't charge me for the effort. They could have very easily charged me and did a fake job just to earn a buck they didn't that's awesome

The guy helping us decide which tires to buy was very knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. He was willing to work with us, offer options, take time and not be rushed. The prices & warranties are great! I am glad we went there today.Pro tip: Ask for a discount on the quoted price or at least ask what wiggle room might be available next priced. They have been great with knocking off a fair amount.

These guys are awesome to work with. Jon has always been great to work through any issues. Alex is always great to make sure I get the best deal and the best tire. I have used them for all my new tires. I have had issues with my tires and they are always willing to make sure that it is right and I'm back on the road quick.

Logan #44111 Always accommodating, greet me by first name and send text msg rather than phone/voice mail. Manager trustworthy, when I've inquired if time for new battery or tires, he has said "Not yet needed." This location deserves 10 stars out of 5 star rating!!

I went in close to closing with a flat tire that had to be replaced. They took care of me and I bought three more tires for the same vehicle because it needed them and took it in the next day to get the other three put on. Thank you.

Got me in on short notice. Confirmed the issue and got it fixed. Was actually a bit cheaper than their estimate. I always go to big o for any sort of tire need. Still relying on them for any tire issues years later. No problems.

I had a flat tire close by in the parking lot and they came and fixed it quick. The technician Stevie did a great job!! Jeremy got me great news this for my Nissan rogue. They are friendly and great to work with!
