I usually shop here and the employees are (typically) fantastic! However I had a bad experience here and wanted to share. I wrote out a big review before but I think this gets to the bone:The cashier I talked to here was really rude. He recommended the wrong parts. He seemed drunk. Every time a customer left he loudly talked trash about them and their car (especially women).Unrelated to this worker, but I noticed that this location puts incorrect items in front of the SAVE $XX.XX, NOW $X markers consistently. I spent a lot of time checking the SKUs, but still found I got rang up for a $17 spray can that was advertised as $4. I asked for that to be removed from the bill, and I understand how that mistake can happen, but it wasn t a good experience.There were other issues, but I m concerned the other employees here might suffer from this review. Everyone else here has been great, but experiences like this make me second-guess recommending this store over another location/company. Overall I just suggest avoiding this spot.

WONDERFUL PEOPLE HERE!!! Went in with a battery issue and Jerry and Chris were so knowledgeable and kind. They helped me get it all tested and sorted, had me come back to test again just to be sure everything was working properly, and overall we're so nice and accommodating. I'll be continuing to go back!

Horrible customer service. Called Grady and asked him if he had a torque wrench in stock to rent. He said yep, it s an 80-400lbs one So I drove down and guess what? They didn t have it in stock. And his reply was Uh, I didn t check if we had it in stock . Then when we complained about the hassle of coming in to get it based on what Grady said on the phone, and they should do better the manager suggested we shop at O Reillys next time. Left the store and decided to go back in to scan the QR code to leave a Google review and when I walked in the manager and Grady were making fun of the fact we had to drive down and basically were blaming us, for their lousy customer service AND we re doing so in front of another customer! FYI I always shop at O Reillys, but called them first and they said they didn t have what I needed. Learned my lesson. Never call or go into Autozone.

Great service and helped me get a good deal! Saved me some money on waht I was already planning to buy! And when I had a radiator hose explode, I was nearby and they had my part in stock! I was back on the road in less than an hour, very friendly people there.1/24 didn't find what I needed.

I prefer this location over the north store but everytime i needed a part they got it for me no hassle. they are always happy to help.

They are super helpful and affordable. They have always helped me to understand my options, not just "this is the only way and it's gonna cost a lot". They have also helped me understand how to do minor repairs myself like changing spark plugs and batteries. In a lot of ways, they are like a DIY mechanic store with helpful advisors.

I only needed a bit of oil, but Jerry (I think that was his name) made sure that I was helped and got what I needed. He helped me get the right funnel as well. Very friendly and helpful!

Employees don't even like working here just trying to check out and was told to use self checkout. I don't work there I don't want to use self checkout. Employee was super upset wanted to argue. Then the manager came over and said oh great and walked away. North store was met with better service. I used to work at AutoZone so I know what is expected.

I've got a guy at each location and most of them are fairly knowledgeable and as re able to get me parts quickly like same day if i go in the morning. Very useful as I don't like wasting time I'd rather get the job done and move forward and AutoZone allows me to do that.

The guys at this AutoZone are very helpful, knowledgeable of their product, their system and customer service. I had an issue with a battery I purchased at the north store and they refused to help me(because my phone number had changed and I didn t remember the old one and told me there is no other way to look it up ), I called this location and they were AMAZING. They confirmed my battery was still under warranty (which I knew) had one ready for me when I got there and took great care of me!

Had to pop in and get an oil fill cap for my daughter's Subaru after the idiots at Discount Tire left it off after an oil change. They were very helpful, and had exactly what we needed.

While driving up Sardine Canyon, our truck started acting up. We managed to make it to AutoZone and we're lucky enough to have Porter help us. Between diagnosing the truck, showing us exactly what part, and then climbing up to help us change out the old part right there in the parking lot, he was happy to help! Grateful for his help, to get us back on the road for our camping trip. Give the man a raise!

Had an unfortunate time at auto zone the first time i went to this location was given the wrong size drain plug washer, but i called and explained my situation to Jared who was beyond helpful over the phone said he found the right size and that he could discount, for my trouble of having to come back. Jared is by far the best guy I ve had to work with on a tough situation like this, he put in 110% effort to make sure i got What i needed. I used To go to oreally s but I ll be going to this location from here on out, even with my prior bad experience, Jared made up for it!

I came here looking for a specialty lug nut tool for my aftermarket tire rims. The guys asked me if they could help me find anything right when I came in, and pointed me in the direction I needed to go. When I still couldn't find what I was looking for, they were very friendly and came to help me look. After looking at my car, he told me that unfortunately AutoZone doesn't carry that specific specialty tool, but recommended a similar tool that he was pretty sure would get the job done. The tool was out of stock at this location, but he found several other places close to my house that would have what I needed, and even helped me to find the best price. I always know I'll be taken care of at AutoZone.

We recently went in after having a horrible experience with Oriely s. We were looking for a part that wasn t in stock. the employee helped us out by ordering it .after we picked it up one of the plastic part broke off. we took it back and we were able to return it for a new one with no problem. they were so nice and professional. Thank you to the amazing employees who helped us out.

Always provide great service, but this time they went above and beyond. I was looking for an obscure part on the intake filter box for a 2003 Ford Focus, that I couldn t find anywhere, and they took time to try and find it for me in their system. We didn t find it, like I said obscure part, but I never felt like they wanted to hurry me out the door. The person helping me went through multiple lookup searches, trying different categories and assembly s, which I appreciated. Great customer service. I wish I remembered the persons name that helped me, the receipt only says CSR #02 on REG #01 Store TRANS #250940 on 12/11/2020 15:07. This is why I go back to them and try and purchase parts locally instead of only shopping online.

I can always rely on these employees to assist me and get me the right parts. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Sometimes the lines are log but they move through them quickly.
