Great dealership. Great prices. Great inventory. Best of all, they will go find what you're looking for & get it cheaper than others. They don't want to just sell you one car, they want to become your dealer.

Absolutely terrible. I bought a car here 2021 the day after I took it engine light came on they fixed it which was good. Only for it to have the exact same problem a week later. And they said they were trying to be nice but there was nothing they could do. Well after 5 trips to the shop the transmission had a hole in it and leaked all its fluid out. So after only having the car for 6 months I sold it as scrap. Basically lost $10000 because of this awful company. Do not buy a car here.

My husband and I were looking for a 4 wheel drive car and decided to give auto matrix a try. Saw a jeep we liked. We asked the salesman if it had any problems we should be concern with and he said no and that their mechanics does a thorough inspection before they sell a car. We test drove the car and we saw no problem and decided to buy it. About 4 days after we bought the car the engine light turned on! We took the car to a mechanic and they said it was a repair of $2000. We decided to get a second opinion and they told repairs will cost around $6000. The amount of repairs this car needs is ludicrous! We tried various times to get in contact with auto matrix owner (calling and going in person) to discuss the car problems and it took almost a week and half for the owner to talk to us. He told us to take to Big O Tires (their mechanic). We did exactly that and they even said the car needs repairs! After learning this, we tried to get in contact with the owner again, but with no luck. His sellers keep saying we don t know when he will be in the shop. What kind of dealership is this? That their sellers have no idea when their boss will be around! Auto matrix have ruined our first dealership purchased experience and we DO NOT recommend for you to purchase a car there. They sold us a faulty car which according to one mechanic is a hazard on the road! That does not make me feel safe! We truly tried to talk to them, but they dodge every try we made to come to a solution that would benefit everyone. We did not deserve this.

I had a car that I really needed to get out of, I went to Auto Matrix and they helped me through the process like pros! The sales manager worked directly with me and asked me my needs and wants. They helped me find a car that is absolutely perfect for me and what I need and it was in my price range! 5 months later I have had absolutely no problems with the car whatsoever! It runs as perfect as the day I bought it! I refer all of my friends and family there!

I bought a GMC and after a test drive I did not find any major issues. I asked them if this vehicle had any issues and they told me no. After buying it and driving it home it broke down at the first intersection that I stopped at. After contacting the business, I was told to take it to Big O Tires. After talking with them, they told me that the repairs could cost a couple thousand dollars. I called the manager of Auto Matrix and he said that s not what he was told. I said that I would like to return the vehicle per the 14 day return contract that was signed. He stated that he writes his contracts and there was nothing of that sort in there. (Then what did I sign?)They claimed to have repaired the issues however after a couple of months of light use the same issues occurred. I tried calling the business multiple times and I was told that the manager will get back with me but they never do. I contacted Big O Tires and they said that they have record of the GMC under my name but they have no record on what was worked on or even that they looked at my vehicle.After reading other reviews I am not the only one with this issue. This business does not conduct itself with integrity and I will will warn anyone against being scammed by them.In Response to owner:Nick,I did not know that I bought the vehicle to use for two months. If that was the case I would never have purchased it. I was lead to believe by the sales representative that I had 14 days to return it which is the entire reason why I felt confident in my purchase. You fixed the issue that I am not even finding a record of? And yet the vehicle has the very same issue? Show me the maintenance records. I have reached out and been ignored. This is the first time I ve heard from you in over a week of trying to contact you. Thank you for your prompt response on google reviews.

I recently purchased a used Volvo wagon, and overall the service was great. Auto Matrix fills a great niche in the valley in between the used car dealers that are selling practically brand new cars, and the other dealers selling junk. They have a great selection of cars at good prices. They even took care of a problem with the car that I noticed shortly after I bought it.

Unfortunately, we learned too late of the type of dirty business conducted at Auto Matrix Group. This is a lemon shop, not a car dealership. They will do what they can to deceive you on the quality of vehicle you're buying. When asked directly if there are any issues, they will lie as cunningly as a typical politician and tell you everything is fine then drag you through the dirt when you realize they sold you a lemon. They take no accountability for their tactics. You would be better off investing your money in FTX cryptocurrency.Edit: In response to Response from the owner a week agoThis review does not reflect anything that happened, as you have left out the facts and instead turned into trying to make a funny joke. Sorry you feel that way. Best Regards. You sold a car with a faulty transmission to a teenage girl after telling her nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Within the week the transmission failed and you refused to refund her since she bought it as is. It s cowardice and poor business on your part to trick a teenage girl and take her hard earned money.

Don't buy from them.We bought a car being told it was in excellent condition and trusted them, only to drive home in a blizzard in Dec of 2021 with broken windshield fluid pumps, making visibility almost nil, and the calipers and breaks were faulty. Then we smelt burning oil and took it to our mechanic who said that all the gaskets on the engine were leaking. Not to mention all the things inside it that were broken--between plastic in the dash, lights and vents that were falling out, sunroof that didn't function and water damage... it was and is a mess. This is not excellent condition at all.Whomever had taken pictures of it did it in such a way to mask all the visible problems with it. When we asked if there were any mechanical problems or if the recalls had been handled, they said everything was fine and it was in excellent condition. When in actuality, they guessed and didn't know for sure if the car was even in good condition.When corresponding with the owner, he told us he wasn't trying to screw us over, but we already had been. Our calls and emails were often ignored and when we did get a response and he promised he'd call us back or even that he'd come get the car (because it was unsafe to drive) he rarely did. In almost every instance we had to call him first.We were patient for 7 weeks of me being without a car. No money back and none of his promises upheld. Even if there were more complications with paperwork, we had no idea what was going on because he didn't communicate with us. "You probably dont care" was often his assumption, when we did car because we spend nearly $8000 on a car I *can't drive.*It has been an anxiety ridden 7 weeks in waiting for corrispondance of any sort. It has been horrible.

Auto Matrix Group was nothing but wonderful for my wife and I. My wife felt very included in the hard decision making processes of the car deal which I really appreciate. Even though the decision making processes weren t actually that hard thanks to the wonderful salesman who is very upfront and honest with us. If I could remember his name I would be sharing it right now. I ve already sent my close family friends to buy a car here, and their experience was awesome as well

WARNING! Do not buy a vehicle from these frauds, me and my wife bought a car a few months ago. A few days after driving off the lot the check engine light came on, we took it to a mechanic and were told the cost of repairs would be more than what we paid for it, obviously rather unhappy we went back to try to resolve the issue. The auto matrix guys were very dismissive and rude but insisted that we take it to their mechanic which we did and their mechanic told us oh no it s just a small fix! Nothing to big well upon hearing this auto matrix became almost impossible to get in contact with so finally we just decided to let them do the small fix. Well about a week after that the check engine light has come back on.. don t trust these hacks. And if you don t want to listen to me at least have your lawyer on stand by if you decide to risk going to auto matrix

Soo I bought a truck from this place about two months ago, buying process was really smooth and everyone was super friendly clean truck. I bought a 2015 dodge ram 1500, if you know vehicles you know that Chrysler has transmission issues, well low and behold less than a month after I bought the truck it started throwing transmission codes after much talk and deliberation (I bought said truck w/ no warranty) the owner ended up paying for the repairs! Very friendly and treat you like family can't thank these people for really stepping up and helping a fellow human out. Car issues happen so I don't feel it fair to put it all on them for the problem itself. Things get past inspection, humans are humans. These kind souls want to be your dealership!! I'd say 10/5 stars for customer service but I have to dock for inspection choices

Update: the dealership worked with me to resolve the issues and get them taken care of. They really went the extra mile even though they didn t need to!Original:Bought a car. I was told it had been looked over by a mechanic and deemed okay to the best of their knowledge. Turns out, it s nothing but problems. And not hard things to figure out if a mechanic is looking actually looking at it. In addition to a long list of other issues, the car overheats due coolant fan not working. Cant even drive it more than 20 minutes.

We highly recommend Auto Matrix Group to buy your car. They were very helpful, kind, and had high quality cars. They knocked themselves out to make sure we were happy. They even filled the car before we left. We had gone to many dealerships and was so glad we came here. We even have our eye on another vehicle on their lot. Please give them a look.

Landon at auto matrix group worked with me to help me find exactly what I wanted. Not only did he meet me an hour away from his dealership everytime we met up but he also worked out several side deals to really make my purchase worth it. I'm extremely happy with my car they helped me find and I can absolutely say that when you're buying from these guys you really are buying different.

The owner Nate is a good dude. He was very upfront and helpful, gave us a great deal on the vehicle and worked with our budget, his employees are great and they have a non pressured environment. Highly recommend this dealership over all.
