Extremely happy with my experience with Accurate Automotive. Went in with a challenging engine issue that was difficult to diagnose and fix, and they managed to solve the problem and get things running smoothly again. Definitely recommended!

I spent a significant amount of time and money trying to get some of my Plumbing service vehicles worked on and repaired properly. Sprinters are apparently hard to work on... After trying and getting burned at MULTIPLE sprinter specific service centers, dealers, and other mechanics, I finally found Accurate Automotive. They fixed ALL of my issues, addressed ones that I didn't even know I had, and they made it look easy. Are they cheap? No. I wasn't looking for cheap, I was looking for someone who could help me address the issues that I was having. Are they reasonably priced? absolutely. For the professional value that they are able to provide, I will use them every time. I have been fighting against my jeep for so long. After throwing money and parts at it, I finally decided to take it in to someone and see if another head could figure it out. I took it in and talking to a few of the guys in the office, I felt incredibly confident that these guys knew what they were doing. After a brief inspection, I left my jeep with them for a little over a day and couldn't be happier with the results. I finally have a rig that feels good to drive, sure it's not as smooth as other cars but it's a jeep. I am so grateful that these guys knew what to look for, I will gladly go back for anything else I may need.

My coolant was leaking really bad (SO bad that all my coolant was gone and I had to add more to drive it to the shop) so I took my car in to them. I explained in detail what was going on and when it started and how bad it was. I spent 10 mins with someone who told me they would need to do a pressure test on the system to find the leak. I left my car with them for 3 days. When I got my car back they told me they placed a clamp on it and I should be fine. Within 12 hours of having my car back it blew a gasket and destroyed my engine. After having it towed back to them they told me that it will cost $6,000 to replace my transmission and that it was not their fault!!!Would not recommend taking your car/truck here! Poor customer service and no ownership for faulty service!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Love these guys. They know what they're doing in this shop. I've been taking my trucks here for years now. What I personally appreciate, is when I take any vehicle in for an oil change, they do a comprehensive check to see if everything else is functioning as it should. They put the customer first, I appreciate that.

Accurate has serviced 3 out of my 4 vehicles. They tell me honestly what's wrong and explain it in a way I understand! They never try and pull anything at all, they're honestly the best in the valley in my opinion. The crew is so friendly as well, they make their lobby so inviting and it's such a comfortable atmosphere. As long as they're open they will get my vehicles!

Second time I have taken my Subaru WRX here. Absolute best people I know. GREAT work. I hit a rock and my front end was really messed up. A week or so later I pick it back up and my car looks better then it did before I hit a rock!! They matched paint perfectly. Gave me options, communicated through the whole process. Earlier this year they replaced my clutch, same experience. I could not be happier or more impressed with them. You guys are amazing to say the least!!

I was looking for a local shop and was referred by a friend to try Accurate. Had to work with them a little to get scheduled in since they were busy. They did an excellent job and bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied.. I was really impressed with their quality of work and how they kept me informed when the work was done. They were competitive on their pricing as well. Jarod took the time to show and explain the work they did and even about the warranty. Wasn't expecting that. Was fast getting the repair done as well. Would go back to them again.

Finding a good auto repair shop is always a tough choice and I felt like I had to go through several before I found Accurate. I ve taken several cars to them for a range of different repairs and always been happy with the speed, communication, and quality of work provided.If you re looking for a trustworthy, dependable auto repair shop, I d highly recommend Accurate. They are my go to shop for any repair to my vehicles and I recommend you give them a shot.

I have went in to Accurate Automotive many of times and always been very happy with the service. One year ago we had a Sea-doo Spark blow a ware-ring. Other local companies were 3-5 week out to have it fixed. I was in a bind and headed on vacation and Accurate got it threw the line in a timely manor and kept me updated!Than most Recently I needed a hitch added to a box truck. When I walked in I got the new guy! Reluctantly I went along. To my surprise he took care of me In a timely manor and gave me a quote and got the hitch ordered. I received updates and he always kept me in the loop! If he wouldn't of told me he was new I probably wouldn't have known! He got me out of the door and i was able to have it for my business trip.I plan on going to Accurate Automotive for all my car, truck and boat needs. Great Team, Highly Recommended.

Accurate went above and beyond to help me figure out my check engine light issues. When they had exhausted all attempts to try fix the issue, they were honest with me and didn't try to charge me for unnecessary repairs.

They are so busy it takes a while to get your vehicle in but it's worth the wait. They do not take advantage of their customers and do excellent work. I've known a couple of their mechanics for 20 years. They definitely know their stuff.

Very knowledgeable and personable. They were very conscientious of my budget, gave me rides to and from work, and kept me up to date on what they were working on and what I preferred. They have a great reputation and performance to back it up. Will be returning when I need other things done to my vehicle.

They are very knowledgeable and professional. They are trustworthy and a good company.My complaints would be the speed at which they were able to work on my car and the price. However, it's because cars are expensive sometimes and they are always busy with people lined up for them to work on their cars.

Accurate is hands down the best auto repair shop I have ever used. The counter staff know what they are talking about, and the communication into the shop is - well - accurate, so my vehicles always come back exactly as I'd expect them to. Very little turnover, so they know you and they know your cars. But you can't rush perfection, so don't expect to have it back in an hour. the wait is worth it.

Excellent repair shop. They are clean. Like where are all the cars they're fixing? They have several associates assigned to specific vehicles so nothing is lost or confused. They are fast! Like get it checked out & let you know the same day most of the time. They also do boats & not just as a side thought. They excell in boats. Can customize vehicles & give you a proper lift that won't ruin your truck. Excellent & fun. Not the cheapest in the valley, but definitely the best.

Listen people!!! There are many places in Cache Valley you can take your vehicle to for repair. I recently had my Audi A6 Quattro serviced here. Took me 2 weeks to get an appointment, which is fine. Services on these Audi vehicles can be expensive which is semi-expected. I really appreciate that there was always clear communication from Jordan, one of the service advisors. A fair price quoted before work was performed. And their Audi technician, Mike, is amazingly competent. I will always be willing to wait for an appointment with these guys!Thanks boys!!

I worked with Jeremy at Accurate. I was referred by a friend to Accurate. I was looking to buy a used truck and I am not in the area, so they did an inspection and compression test. There was some miscommunication between myself and the business on pricing - which came out to be higher than what I expected. I was a bit frustrated by that and expressed that to Accurate. A week or so after I made contact with them again, Jeremy called back offering to refund half the difference of the price discrepancy. I really appreciated their customer service. I feel that they are an honest repair shop and I would likely use them again.

Accurate is one of the most honest businesses in Cache Valley. Their priority is the customer, always. I have never felt like a number to them. They communicate early and often, and will make recommendations based on what's best for you, not their bottom line. I've been to a few other places, which I regret. Take your business to Accurate Automotive, and you'll find yourself going there indefinitely.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Accurate Automotive! Just took my van in last night to have them do a oil change and to grease the runner on the sliding door, not only did they do that but they went the extra mile put air in my tires and also cleaned up garbage in my van and vacuumed it out! Thank you Thank you! As a busy mom who can't always clean it out I appreciate it! They always go the extra mile with little things like cleaning the windshields or fixing a dent without charging you. I appreciate that they take the time to tell me what is wrong and explain it to me so I can understand it, they are honest about their prices! Thank you Accurate!

Awesome service and terrific staff! I wasnt able to catch the name of everyone who helped me with my oil change today, but JR was great with not only me, but every customer and call that addressed him. They also did a complimentary wash and maintenance check! Everybody here works really well together and i as a customer felt very taken care of. Thanks guys

Very greedy and unprofessional, asked for and received a quote for labor only as we already had the parts. At every point of contact, including drop off, let them know service was for labor only but not a single person notated that important fact; they used their own parts anyway and then charged to remove and replace despite not driving off their lot after seeing their mistake. Even after all that they still charged for the parts that they mistakenly put on making the cost double their quote, I wish I had driven somewhere else to have them removed just so I would not have given them more of my money.

I had an intermittent engine issue that I couldn t figure out. Another shop attempted but ended up really screwing everything up. Norm was super helpful and we found the root cause. Not a lot of shops really have the knowledge to dive into custom applications, but I trust Accurate!

They always get my car in right away and give me an honest answer to any questions. Having a mechanic you can trust is great, which is why I have been going to accurate for almost 10 years now. Carl has been fantastic, and everyone at the desk treats you nice, love going there!

These guys were so nice! The rigging on my power window broke on a Friday, at 5 pm and I had to drive to Ogden the next day (This was back in the winter too). They were so nice to stay late and rig it up so I could at least drive over the weekend, and then when I brought it in to be fixed they were wonderful. I would definitely recommend them!
