Owner or Manager is very rude.he also over charges. You will get a better price if you go to the Conoco down the street. Or go to the tire store in Bicknell. Orif you call Les Schwab in Richfield they drove up and took better care. Also all the locals I talked with wouldn t recommend this shop. For the same reason.

Solid, friendly, dependable service. They were ready and willing to help save my car from a blown out tire in the middle of nowhere. Gary and Lance are quality people

The team at Brian s was amazing! Broke down on the 70 during 4th of July weekend and they were responsive and helpful. Despite a full schedule they fit me in and quickly got me back on the road. Forever grateful to them!

Very, very impressed with this place. I went to pick up a vehicle for my daughter's friend that had broken down in the area a few weeks earlier. They were professional and kind--they even helped me load the vehicle onto a trailer. Highly recommend. If I lived closer to them (I'm almost 200 miles away...) I'd take my vehicles here to be cared for. Quality people!

Called for a tow, very prompt and professional. They worked me in that afternoon. Very professional and did not try to oversell. Was out the door that afternoon.

We had hit a large pothole and were concerned about possible front end damage to our motorhome, so we stopped at a small campground and they recommended Brian Auto Parts. The gentleman behind the counter came out and crawled under the motorhome and inspected the front end. He took the time to explain what we was seeing and what he would expect to see if there was any damage.Fortunately he didn't find any damage so we were able to continue our trip! If we are in the area again we will definitely do business with Brian Auto Parts!

Very good group at Brian s. We had an issue with the battery, their team had us on the road again within an hour. Also helped us with an additional issue after the battery was mixed.

Bryan, thank you so much for your advise. You're one of the best/honest people I ever met. We made it back to San Diego and it was just a sensor and not a turbo Thank God! I really appreciate your time and advice. Thank you again for the hat

Saved my bacon! Nice to see a NAPA AP facility/car repair shop on our way to Capitol Reef National Park. Ian was very helpful. Seems like a full-service place. Thank you!

We had a serpentine belt issue on our RV and we were very far away from home. We called at 8am and Gary said he could help us. We took it in and he got us back on the road to travel. They were very kind and reasonable. I highly recommend these guys.

We had a flat tire while in Capitol Reef. The ranger service suggested this shop and specifically Gary for help with tires.Gary took our call outside of work hours and was able to answer all our questions about our vehicle repair and offer personal recommendations on how to handle it.

Gary Brian, the owner, was extremely nice in dealing with is. We pulled into his shop with a busted hub on our Ford truck. He let us stay at his shop in our cab-over camper for the 36 hours it took to get our parts and repair the damage. Friendly and caring, his entire staff was wonderful.

Went here because my vehicle was overheating coming over the pass. Stopped because they're the only mechanic in town. Clearly based upon their service they're aware of this fact and have absolutely NO customer service skills whatsoever. I've never been treated so poorly in my life. On top of that I wasn't the only customer in the store who was being mistreated. Decided damage to my vehicle would be better than staying in their presence. Left and will not be back, if you have ANY option other than this place I suggest you take it. Nothing but unprofessional service agents at this location.

We stopped by here to have the diagnostic read as our check engine light came on about 30 minutes before we were in the area and we were told someone would be out in 10 minutes to check it. After waiting 30 minutes and going back inside twice we found that no one was there and when we asked the mechanic in the garage he said he could not do it, that only Gary could. He did not know where Gary was. We had to pick up our dogs within an hour from a boarding facility so we had to leave without any service. Disappointed. We wasted 30 minutes waiting in our truck with a 3 year old an hour before closing and now won t have enough time to make it somewhere else before they close.

When our car overheated during a trip to Capitol Reef, Gary came to our rescue! He towed the van to his shop 30 miles away, gave us a1-800 number to call because there was no cell service and payphones cost $5/min. He started late that night testing and diagnosing the car. He surprised us THE NEXT MORNING by showing up at our campsite before we even called to check the status of the car. The van was already FIXED! Gary showed honesty and thoughtfulness to our family that we are so thankful for. He really took care of us like we were his own. Thank you, Gary!

We got a screw in our tire while visiting Capital Reef National Park. The people at the visitors center put us in touch with Gary. We were able to drive to his shop and he and his workers were able to repair the tire and had us back on the road in a short period of time. Everyone at his shop was extremely nice to deal with.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Traveling through utah, we blew a tire. They towed us over a hundred miles and did not gouge us on the price of the tires highly recommended.

We had an electrical problem on our 2018 F 350. We were referred to Gary from someone in Hanksville. We made it to Loa and talked to Gary. Even though he was slammed with work, he took a few minutes to diagnose our problem, explain what was going on, and got us on our way. The service was prompt, friendly, and informative. If you are in the area, I would not go anywhere else.

Saved us from where we were stranded after hitting a cow 90 miles away. Allowed us to camp on property, and helped is make arrangements for our totaled car. Let us leave our vehicle until the insurance adjuster could come view it. These guys care, are willing to help and give fantastic service.

We broke down 60 miles from Loa. These guys could have taken advantage of us but didn't. They confirmed our suspicion of a bad alternator in the AM and had a new one installed by 1 PM. They picked us up at our hotel 12 miles away and gave us a 10% discount. Thank you for getting us back on the road so quickly and for being honest!

The transmission in our truck went out on Highway 12, mile post 113. Brian's Auto Repair and Towing rescued us. They towed our truck and RV to Fremont River RV Park. Took the truck to the shop to diagnose the problem. We needed a new transmission. They ordered the transmission and installed it within a week. They looked after us really well. Thank you Gary, Troy and Verlin.

Came in with a broken wheel lock key and 4 wheel locks. Without asking, a mechanic ran out with an impact gun, hammer, and some spare sockets and had them all off in 15 minutes. NAPA had the 4 (rare) lug nuts for my truck. This shop is the definition of small town customer service.

After our battery died at a local gas station, the shop owner at Nappa took time after hours to jump start our car, check for inventory, and gave us the fastest and safest route to our destination. Without him, we would have been stranded and we recommend him to anyone.

Our family was on vacation and the SUV started overheating. I was afraid the repairs would ruin our vacation. They found we just needed a new radiator cap. He also cleaned the engine for us.They also gave a good recommendation for local breakfast. Thanks for kind service & quick attention.

Gary Brian drove over 80 miles to pick us up within 90 minutes of our initial call to AAA, dropped my family at our motel, replaced the radiator and water pump, and delivered us with our bags to our waiting Mazda mini-van, with knowledge and experience that rescued our vacation from any substantial loss of time and undo worry about the outcome. Many thanks for great service,David TeetersAlameda, California
