I had an amazing experience purchasing my first Porsche 911 Carrera S Cabrio all thanks to the incredible team at the dealership. Braden went out of his way to provide detailed information and visuals via email, making it an easy decision for me. Upon visiting, Gina, the manager, made sure everything was perfect. The whole process was smooth, thanks to their professionalism and dedication. Big thanks to Braden and Gina for making this purchase a memorable one as well as John dedicated to financial department. All was perfect!! ill be their client so.. Can t wait for my next Porsche, a Turbo or GT3.Highly recommend this dealership!

Everyone there is awesome. I went to get my new key fob programmed. I ended up having a courtesy inspection done, topped off my fluids, and got my car hand washed. Top-notch service.It also gave me a chance to check out the inventory and new models!I want to thank everyone and a shout out to Finn, Brenden & Nicola! They went above and beyond the scope of work that I was expecting!Thanks again, guys!

I ve been to this location several times. Everyone is very welcoming and professional. However, if you have to go to the service department, if Xavier isn t there, you re up the creek without a paddle. Save your questions or concerns until you re able to speak with him.

We totaled our car so we went looking around for a replacement. We weren't really looking for a Porsche, but we found one we liked and ended up buying it. David Slay, our salesman, was very helpful and was genuine with low pressure, which was appreciated. Great service and experience overall!

Porsche Lehi made my purchase seamless. In particular, David Slay in sales is a quality salesperson whose persistence paid off. Having bought a 911 and Taycan at other Porsche dealers, David would call me every couple of weeks on a new car that Lehi had received. He is super knowledgeable and a fantastic person. He had my best interest at heart and so easy to work with. Highly recommend talking to David if interesting in buying a Porsche.

Welp, it's unfortunate that my experience has come to this, but my advice is boiled down to this:If you want to pay money for a Porsche, you will be accommodated. If you want to do anything else you will be met with unreliability, lackluster employees, misinformation, and general underperformance misaligned with the very brand you sought out in the first place.Here I am, over 6 months into a six figure vehicle purchase, and I can not drive it legally due to Porsche Lehi's inability to know how to register a car.I have no answers, no leadership, no ownership, and no path towards success. I am unable to get anything out of them that is useful. Time and time again I have received misinformation from their staff. And it's just surprising that a dealership associated with a premium brand like this can have such mediocre employees.I want to be clear about one positive thing: my sales experience with Sean. I went into this transaction with very low expectations and Sean over delivered. He was straightforward, didn't give me any nonsense, kept me informed all the way, and got the deal done. I would buy a vehicle from him again 10 times out of 10. Sean's legit a standout amongst this team. He's the only one that delivered.My review however, comes 6 months AFTER Sean's ability to affect the outcome. My vehicle can still not be registered and I have no reliable answers. Their titling and finance departments keep pointing fingers: "it's Porsche financial services.. they're the delay"; "it's the state DMV, they're the delay" -- sadly, I haven't disclosed that I navigate this process in my day-job for customers weekly, and don't encounter these issues they are experiencing. So I kinda know when they are giving me nonsense and making up excuses.Emails go unanswered for weeks about the status of things and questions I ask. I keep being told "oh someone will reach out soon and you will be on your way" -- only to be completely misinformed. "I'll get you an update by end of day" -- turns into me pinging them again a week later.It's just a let down. The vehicle is great. The salesman I worked with was great. But I can't drive it legally. Takes a whole team for success and ultimately Porsche Lehi failed.

Purchased a CPO Macan from this dealership that s been leaking oil from the beginning common enough issue with this model / year, but I could not get them to return a call after leaving 3 messages and calling the service department countless other times. Work has been performed by another dealer without issue. Not the level of service I would expect from this brand.

I m new to the state so I might be wrong, but isn t Ken Garff the dealer that plasters billboards with, We Hear You ?Ken Garff Porsche Lehi categorically does not Hear You - I phoned last week about a warranty repair on my one-year-old Porsche (less than 15k miles). Porsche Lehi said, We don t have anyone that can speak to you at the moment, but we ll have someone phone you back. - No one phoned back. So I called Porsche Lehi on Monday. It s amazingly complicated: Push 1 to be connected, then Push this for Service, then Push that if you don t speak English, then still one more Push that to speak to a real person. - Phone finally answered. She transfers me, and I get, This number has a mailbox that has not been set up. Good-bye. - Seriously? I call back. I hear from the person on the line, We work from home; that s why the calls get misrouted sometimes. - I managed to book a service appointment. Then, today, I received a text message with an appointment on a different day than what I booked.- So, I called Ken Garff Porsche Lehi ( We Hear You ) and this is what I got (after pushing all those buttons again):- Ken Garff: I need to see if I can contact the person who set up your appointment. - Me: Why can t you simply correct it for me? - Ken Garff: Cannot. I must get her on the phone. Do you mind if I place you on hold? Then, after a brief wait, I m told, I can t reach her. - Me: I m sorry, but why is it important to reach her? Can t you simply correct the appointment. - Ken Garff: No. - When all back & forth that comes to naught Ken Garff is UNABLE to correct my appointment since the calendar is full, I ask, Please connect me to a real person at Porsche Lehi because I will not be in town for the date your text message tells me. - Then . . . this is what I got from Ken Garff We Hear You You ve reached [some number is read out]. We can t take your call right now. Please leave a Voice Message. Ken Garff We Hear You is actually just common Orwellian propaganda that means: We Speak the Opposite of the Truth. As of right now, I have a rather new Porsche [doesn t that brand stand for something?] that has no viable appointment for a warranty repair.But thank goodness the Ken Garff customer service professional on the phone has been trained to ask me 15 times, Do you mind if I put you on hold. I heard that so many times I thought I was connected to a broken record. Ken Garff WE HEAR YOU merits One Star.

The service on my 911 took a couple of days longer than anticipated because some parts needed to be ordered, which is understandable. I will give the mechanics the benefit of the doubt that the work they did was top notch. The folks at the service desk were professional and helpful.Unfortunately, while my car was in the shop, I was never able to connect over the phone with the service desk for a status on my car. All of my calls went to voicemail. None of the calls were returned.I finally got a call only when my car was finished.

We worked with Tanner Thompson and John Nguyen. They were both very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Made for a good experience, which is not always the case when purchasing a car.

Wish I could give you guys 6 stars! I have made several purchases here and it's always been great. From sales to parts. Everyone answers the phone quickly, people are knowledgeable. You feel like you're being given information, not being sold something when you deal with these folks. They've been incredible - and Finn/Chris in the parts dept have been a live saver to me in servicing cars.Keep up the great work guys/gals!

Fantastic team! I recently purchased a 2019 Cayenne when a warranty issue came up. Porsche Lehi handled it with ease, offering me a loaner vehicle and kept me update on my vehicle's status. I'd give them a higher rating if I could!

The whole buying experience so enjoyable for my wife s new Porsche Carrera 4 S.I had initially went to another dealership and had a terrible experience, so I walked away. Shortly after, I went online and found a car of interest on their website and the live chat person was extremely helpful and got the dealership Sr. manager on the chat with me. Within minutes we had a conversation on the phone and I knew this was a person I wanted to do business with. The next day, I came down to look at the car and see if we could make a deal and within minutes I knew we would be driving out in my wife s new car.It was great working directly with Brett and and Travis to make this all happen and drive away feeling great about our new purchase. It amazes me that this is not the common place in the auto industry.. I will surely purchase my next Porsche from Ken Garff .

It was easy to schedule an appointment by calling the dealership directly. Once I arrived for my appointment Xavier and the entire service depart took the time to understand my service needs and communicated clearly about what was found and the available options to resolve the issues. I will definitely use Xavier and the entire Porsche Lehi for my next service!

My wife & I worked with Braden and he was awesome. He was very intelligent and was very accommodating to what we needed and wanted. He was willing to show us multiple different vehicles and go out of his way to help. He wasn t pushy and he made the sell very enjoyable. I will definitely be back to buy another car from him, would highly suggest asking for him when you go in!

To be honest, quite disappointed with the experience. I had 2 recalls which were brought up by the service technician and I scheduled the appointment to get those taking care. When I brought my Porshe Cayenne for the recalls I was told that by 4:00 pm I was going to get it ready. No update call during the day so I went to pick up my car after 4:00 pm. When I went to pick up the car none of the recalls were done and I had to schedule again other day to have them done because some of stickers needed to be ordered. After a week I had call back to see if they got what was missing and reschedule service. 2nd time recalls were done. When I had to schedule for the first time recalls they know ahead of time what is needed so when I bring my car those are taking care, not to have to bring 2 times to get the job done.

Top rate Porsche dealer. Stunning vehicles. Tanner is fantastic to work with. Don't expect to purchase anything when you arrive. Most, if not all, of the cars are months or more out. But the order process is fantastic. Service is excellent. Visiting the showroom is like having a Porsche car show.

The service guy Xavier was awesome! They got my car in and fixed the check engine and oil light. Very pleased. My air suspension on driver side blow out! He definitely took care of the the labor and parts. So happy I went there instead of other shops. I would recommend going over there and ask for my Xavier..

The car is great but service at this dealership was not up to par and way below the standard I would expect from Porsche. Simple questions were answered incorrectly, no one bothered to tell me I need to have one of their techs turn on my Porsche Connect system. Management can t give me a status on my plates and registration which are about to expire. My advice would be to choose another dealer.

I m 60 years old, and I ve owned a lot of high-end cars over the years. I ve seen service all over the map. Recently my Porsche Panamera battery died. I tried to charge it, and my charger said the battery was bad. So, I bought a new battery and put it in. Nothing. No crank. I called the dealership in Lehi. It was extremely difficult to speak to anyone with expertise. Finally, they said it needed to be towed in and tested with the towing at their expense. What service! Great. It was towed and tested. They said a relay on the battery box went bad. There is only one relay. I picked up the car and was charged $600 for my trouble!!!!! They charged two hours to run a diagnostic (takes just a few minutes) and to replace the relay (it takes seconds)!!!!! I was ripped off!!! They should have had the courtesy to tell me there are a few relays to check, and then when they didn t provide that service, they overcharged me at their place. My strong advice if you have a Porsche is to go to Porsche Salt Lake City. Better people, more accessible/knowledgeable, and I ve never been so ridiculously overcharged.

In April of 2015 I contacted a Porsche dealership in Colorado with hopes of acquiring the sought after 2016 Porsche Cayman GT4. After months of holding my breath I was told it wasn't going to occur. As soon as I was told I wasn't able to allocate the vehicle I contacted Strong Porsche of SLC. I was told I had a better chance of winning the Powerball and should consider a different model. With waning confidence and little hope I contacted Ken Garff Porsche of Lehi. I was put in touch with Craig Madsen. Immediately he assured me he could acquire one for me. Skeptical I paid the required deposit, hoped for the best and waited patiently. In April of 2016 Craig contacted myself with the good news that I had made the allocation list and would be receiving the car.Through the build planning process Craig was readily available to give honest advice, based on his extensive experience, about the numerous options and help myself avoid unnecessary costs available for this model. In July of 2016 I seamlessly picked up the car and drove it home. Overall this was the best car buying experience for myself hands down. I highly recommend Ken Garff and wouldn't hesitate purchasing another car them.

Sean at Porsche Lehi has always been so helpful. He was great when we purchased our new Cayenne and continues to be helpful. Both Porsche and Audi dealerships have earned our business and will keep us coming back. The service department was also extremely helpful and timely with our first scheduled maintenance and the guy in parts is hilarious.

When it comes to customer service and communication this place is the worst place ever. I paid $1200 for 2 oil changes as Xavier told me, and I double checked and he said after 10k miles I will bring the car it won't be any charges. Any how when I came back they said we don't have anything in the system for you, luckily I still have the invoice but then he says ooo we don't do that thats just 1 time service. The oil change is $390 or what ever. Excuse but me Why you did tell me all this from the beginning and why you had me pay $1200.I think you guys need to learn some customer service from Porsche Salt lake so far they are wayyyy wayyyyy better then this location
