Matt and his team are amazing! I recently got divorced and was trying to take care of my car alone for the first time. I got very ripped off at a shop in American Fork. I felt very discouraged! My brother in law told me about Matt. He has been amazing to work with! He fixed my car and my daughter s car. He is honest and his work is great!! I tell all my friends about Matt and one call auto. It s so great to know there are still honest good people in the world!

I feel like you spend a good amount of time searching for the right mechanic for your car, pricing things out and then hoping it s the right fit. Well, this is the right fit! I priced out multiple places for new brakes and rotors on my car and they came in almost $500 LESS than any of the others that I had it priced at. They also got it done same day and changed the oil for me. I am so glad we found our new lifetime mechanic! Thanks all!

They provide great customer service. I trust them to do honest work at a fair price. I had them take a look at my car that another shop said I needed brakes, Matt at One Call Auto checked the brakes and they were fine. I have all my auto work done here now.

I was stressing so much about one of my windshield wipers not moving, my online research saying the fix could be a couple hundred bucks I did not want to pay, and the dealer being outrageously expensive, but One Call Automotive Repair was the most reasonable price quote for diagnostics, and setting up an appointment was easy. Then it ended up being just a loose bolt so they fixed that for me and didn t even make me pay I don t even mean to say this so people can expect anything free, it just really means a lot to me when people are kind, honest, and generous, especially to women with car fixes! Overall it was a quick and easy trip and especially for my stressful week I m so grateful and relieved this was an easy load off my shoulders.

Matt & his boys are honestly such lifesavers. I trust them with my car, as they have always been so honest and helpful to me and my boyfriend. They always make an effort to squeeze me in. They are reliable, quick, easy to work with, and personable. I moved away from the Lehi area, but still continue to go to One Call Auto (:

Fair price, honest, and excellent work. Matt was very friendly, as well as upfront and honest about pricing. They had the best prices out of all the shops in the area for brake pad replacement and rotor resurfacing.

Matt is absolutely the best!! Honest, trustworthy, and always a job well done. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and he has become my go-to for all mechanic needs. I have another mechanic I ve used, but they re far away. So glad to have found these guys who are closer and great! The first time I went to their shop, I asked for help getting my license plate off because the screws were too rusted. They did it on the spot, free of charge. I went back with something more serious and they replaced my alternator really quick, told me of another problem, but said I didn t necessarily have to have it fixed right then! No pressure, honest, fast, and reasonably priced! Thanks!

Amazing service! We came here to get an inspection for a car we were about to buy. They were extremely thorough, friendly, and ended up saving us close to $3k in repairs we hadn t recognized beforehand. Highly recommend!

Matt went above and beyond for me. I hit a rock with my car and blew my tired initially. He allowed me to bring it to his shop after hours and the next day was working on it. Come to find out, it blew my tire and broke my wheel. So I had to get a new wheel and a new tire. After I got the new wheel, he went to replace the tire and realized that it actually was the seal that broke and not the tire itself. So we were able to use the same tire and why this matters is, he purchased a brand new tire for me but never charged me for it. Just used the same tire as it was still good and told me not to worry about the other new tire. Didn't have to pay a restock or anything. Just took care of me. Above and beyond is you ask me! Thankful for this team at One Call Auto.

Brought my Nissan Armada family car in as the whole car was flickering and wouldn't even start. We were stressed thinking it would be a huge issue. Matt figured it out within minutes and had a brand new battery in it within 30 mins. I couldn't believe how fast it was. It was exactly the battery and the car has been running amazing with no issues since then. Thank you guys!

Many months ago my husband brought his wobbly/shaky Prius in to be looked at, expecting to pay through the nose to have it fixed. It was a simple issue with an even simpler fix - and they didn't even charge him for their time. These guys are hands-down the most honest mechanics we've ever dealt with and we'll patronize them in the future.

One Call has been great to work with. Nobody likes to get their car repaired but when I do have a problem they respond quickly and get the repairs done fast. I ve used them for the last 5+ years and trust Matt & his team. I dropped off my Ford Ranger to get it looked at. Even though they could not provide the fix I needed, they were great enough to take a look and give me recommendations for where to take my truck to get fixed without charging me anything. Definitely going back for other maintenance and repairs!

My previous trusted mechanic retired and I decided to call One Call Automotive Repair based on their Google Reviews and they didn't disappoint! I am very satisfied with their service. They are honest and provide fair pricing. They explained exactly what needed to be done and why, and they never tried to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. In fact, to save me money, they recommended I take advantage of a recall and have the dealership fix one of the issues they found instead of charging me for it. They are professional and completed the work within their estimated window as well!There was a very minor billing error that they caught after I paid, and they immediately contacted me once they found it for an immediate refund. You don't find that kind of integrity every day. This is a great shop! I recommend it to anyone. We got a used car and added a warranty that has a 25 day waiting period. The truck wouldn t start 4 days after buying it as is. One Call got us in next day and even fixed the problem within 2 days. Other shops said they can t even look at it for 10 days.They thought it was a bigger problem but they looked again and figured out it was just the starter switch. They kept us informed and when we called with anxiety they were very kind and gave us all updates.The cost was reasonable and service was great.Thanks One Call!Stefanie and Mark

Took my car in for some noise and a broken HVAC, and they ran a diagnostic, fixed everything in less than 12 hours and gave me an itemized bill. My car is now running really smoothly and I can tell a huge difference in the way it drives! Thank you One Call Automotive Repair!

They do a really good job of getting you a fair price for a good job. I had to get my rack and pinion replaced, and then my wheel realigned and they were able to do it on the lower end of estimates I got from elsewhere. Highly recommend!Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Just picked up the ol mini van and as always One Call does a killer job. Best auto shop in the world! Matt and the crew have the best service, great communication, always honest and direct about estimates, and they always deliver on those estimates. Love this place. As long as we keep our lemon of a mini van we ll keep going there.

After replacing my rotors and brake pads there was a new thumping noise when pressing on the brake pedal. I called them back the next day and they were happy to have me bring my van back in to double check everything. It took two more visits and them replacing the rear rotors again to fix it, but they resolved the issue without making me feel like a "squeaky wheel" customer. (Apparently one of the new ones was warped right out of the box!) The rotors were covered under a warranty, and they did NOT charge me for all the additional labor to get it done right. They then followed up with a quick text a week later to check on us and make sure everything was still good with our van!We brought another (new to us) vehicle in to One Call Auto requesting a new battery (because the dealership has just told us that it needed a new battery) as well as a whole inspection for any other needed maintenance. One Call confirmed the battery had already been replaced and was, in fact, relatively new. (The dealership was lying and only wanted an official dealership battery installed, rather than the new after-market battery that was installed.) One Call is honest and, after confirming that the new battery passed its test just fine and not finding any other issues in their inspection, they didn't charge us a dime! It's RARE to come in to a shop requesting something be replaced and have them look for any other possible work to be done and not have them take advantage of you. Other shops may be tempted to "find" several things that may or may not actually be needed just so they can make money.One Call offers honest, reliable work with great customer service!Service: Brakes

They did a great job on my pilot. The owners and staff are all very knowledgeable, and kind. They were great at explaining what they were needing to do, and helping to get me onto the schedule on days that worked best for me. Pricing is great, and really have no complaints. Highly recommend for any repairs needed, they are awesome.

Best auto place in Lehi. Trustworthy, good prices, and work done in a timely manner. Good auto places are hard to come by. They ve worked on 3 of my vehicles and I never leave the shop upset. The owner, Matt, is very willing to give you tips and actually show you what s going on with your car. Can t say enough good things!!
