Our battery went out and this was the best O'Reilly's location for us. They checked our battery and alternator for us for free. They even installed a new battery for us. All the workers were very nice and knowledgeable

Some times going to the auto place just to find out they charge for diagnostics. Get the diagnostic out of the way by going here. They let you use the diagnostic machine and find out what's going on with your car. Nice!

I picked up an air filter for my car at another store. That filter was not the right one. The website said this store has the correct one. So I came to get. I got there and again, it was not the right one. The employees were kind and helpful. I don't blame the store for the corporate website having the wrong info. The store is a good store. Would recommend.

They had the starter I needed in stock for my granddaughters 2004 Mercury Sable. Lifetime warranty and it works great.

Tina and Avery not only get parts in a professional and timely manner but have always been able to find parts of all kinds. I work as a mobile mechanic, fleet maintenance, and personal projects. I ve always been able to either get the part I need or I ll know when it will be here or where I can go pick it up. This Oreily is my first stop every time. When picking up from other stores, they make sure eyes are on the part(s) so I ve never been on a wild goose chase.

Good store for auto parts. Lots of parking. Extremely difficult to get out of the parking lot because of heavy traffic area.

I had a great experience at the Lehi location. Armando answered the phone and answered all my questions about the parts I needed and even let me know there were two sizes of rotors for my car. When I arrived at the store about 10 min later, he had already discovered which of the two sizes I needed, I assume by doing some additional research after we hung up.I was very impressed that I did not have to go to another store or go home and remove the rotor to make sure that I got the right size. Thank you much to O'Reilly's and a big shout out to Armando for his effort!

My daughter had problems with both of her brake lights. I only noticed because I was following her to bowling. The two young men working on Thursday Dec 1st at 9pm were very helpful and knowledgeable of the lights she needed. What should have been a 5 minute job turned into much more as the previous lights had melted the plastic. They had the tools to borrow that I needed to complete the job.

Armando was super helpful with figuring out which fuse I needed to get my charger working for me. Installed it and the other tech there was helping another customer install a battery. Guys are awesome to be so willing to help their customers. Highly recommend.

These guys were so nice. They went the extra mile to find a part for my car that no one else carried in the whole surrounding area. Huge shoutout and thank you to these guys in a stressful situation.

Reliably have most common parts for all makes and models. What they don't have in stock they can usually get by the next day (if not later that same day). Parts are equal to OEM quality

I was assisted by this wonderful employee, Miguel at store #3117 in Lehi. I was so frustrated, not knowing where my receipt was, so I could get my warranty. After over 30 or 40 minutes, he continued to politely reassure me that we could figure out the problem. He reminded me that my mechanic might have records for the purchase. Sure enough, I was able to recover my warranty!!! Thank you so much Miguel!!!!!

Have been going to this location for many years and usually I get good service, but unfortunately, after this recent visit, I'm not sure if I'll ever go back. During this visit I received prompt service at the counter (I was their only customer in the store when I arrived), but unfortunately that's the only good thing about this visit. The employee (I won't name names here, but I do know his name) who helped me was not very friendly, and acted like he didn't care that I was there. I was the one asking all the questions to try and narrow down what I needed. He never offered add-on sales, never made any recommendations, barely made eye contact, never smiled (even after I tried to make small talk with him) and worst of all he never thanked me for my business....even after spending $150!This employee is very poorly trained, should not be in front of customers, and obviously doesn't value his job....which is a shame when right now there are so many people without jobs. I have dealt with fast food workers that are ten times better than that guy at helping people, even if they may not be as knowledgeable. And if this wasn't bad enough, none of the employees were wearing masks to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, which is rampantly spreading in the county. This location obviously doesn't value their customers or their community. They are not the only auto parts store in the area, so one would think that they would be doing everything they can to keep and earn business...not turn customers away. All they had to do to keep my business was be friendly, act courteous, be engaged, and thank me for my business. It was that simple, yet they failed miserably. If management reads this, hopefully they will take action, because I'm probably not the only customer being treated poorly. Training, coaching, and follow up are critical in a customer service and sales environment.

Great service! Armando was so helpful and kind. He helped me find the right windshield wipers and even helped me to install them. I appreciated his help more than I can say. This is a great location and they always have everything I need.

Nope never again. I understand I am a young woman but I know what I need for my car. I went in to go get breaks and I was told that they wouldn t get it for me until I called my dad to make sure that s what I needed. And when I told them no and to get the part I need they questioned me. I am smart. I ve changed my breaks before it s not hard but I would like to get the parts I need with out feeling degraded because I am a woman.

I was looking for information on how to recharge my AC. They were helpful by looking up which refrigerant I would need and then showing me the correct items.

The two times I have been into here they have been extremely professional and helped me so much. I had the pleasure of working with Glyde today as he helped replace my battery and properly diagnose what was going on with my car! He was great to work with and made me feel confident in his diagnoses. I was very happy with the simple fix and solution and will be going to them always in the future.

The employees at this store are very friendly and helpful. I needed to change the spark plugs in my ford. They were helpful in getting me the best deal possible on the plugs and all the right tools. When one of the plugs broke while removing it, they helped me find the proper tool to extract the broken plug and ordered the tool in for the next day, then called me when it arrived! Tanner was very helpful and professional in all my dealings. I definitely will continue to use this Oreilly location!

My Pilot's battery was giving me issues and so I drove over there to make sure it was actually the battery and not another issue. Sure enough, my battery was dead. I enjoyed the fact that they did not try to sell me on the most expensive battery, promising me amazing results. They kept it clear and concise and let me make a non-pressured decision. I ultimately did buy the higher end battery because this is the vehicle my family drives in. I will continue to go here to get all my automotive needs addressed. The store was clean and everyone I talked to was helpful.

A friend of mine told to visit O'Reilly, because i love Autozone. However I've had an Awful experience since day one at this particular O'Reilly location on Main st. The girl is always working on her car in the back of the store. I also saw and heard the other young kid being rude and dry to his responses every time they asked him a question. And get this! The other O'Reilly stores ( went to all Lehi/American Fork locstions) they all said negative things to about this store. So im never comint back to O'Reilly im general. This location ruined it. Autozone it is!

I've always had great experiences at other locations of this chain. However, the last two times I've gone to this particular store I was helped by the same employee who is, for lack of a better word, inept. She moved at the speed of a sloth and had the knowledge of a kindergartner.

Nice employees, but new ones lack knowledge about inventory, but won't give up, unlike other places I've been. That says they hire carefully. At Home Depot I noticed their refurbished tools had snow all over them and an employee was outside when I passed. I mentioned it to him and his millennial response was, "That's not my job."

Excellent. Absolutely genius. Especially the service I received from their top agent Tansen Wolfe Hopkins. I have not ever had a better experience from any auto parts professional in my 51 years. Thank you Tansen.

I needed a new battery for my car and Ricky Alvarado treated me like I was family. I pass 3 auto parts stores to get to Oreillys in Lehi but Ricky makes it worth the extra drive. I highly recommend this store!
