I live in Las Vegas NV and found a truck on CARFAX that was located that Hamilton Motors. I took a chance and asked about it and I received an answer in minutes of sending the email. Curtis was professional and straightforward. Every question I had he answered or was able to get that information to me. I even FaceTimed him to see the vehicle. Later I wanted to see the undercarriage and he was able to send me a video to see it. I loved what I saw and he offered to send the vehicle to St George to their new dealership so I could see it in person and pick it up. Probably the best buying experience I ve had with a vehicle. Great job Hamilton motors.

We loved our experience with Hamilton Motors! We found a blue civic that we loved, it was beautiful! The car buying experience with Paul and Curtis was amazing. It was a very laid back experience. We felt that they were very transparent with us (which says a lot when talking about used car salesmen!) I had a specific car I was looking for, and Hamilton motors had it. They took a trade-in from me and gave me a very good price for it. They were more than fair on the price of the purchased car and were never pushy. This was the best experience I ve ever had buying a car. I was in and out, including a test drive, in less than a hour. I would recommend them to anyone!

Thank goodness for people like Curtis and Paul. There are still great car salesman in the world.They went above and beyond to help me with the recently purchased car from them I just fell in love with and no other dealership was willing to offer a great price and work everything out over text etc.They kept their word and through it all of the ups and downs its fixed thanks to them and their mechanic's.Its working great!!I do appreciate all your help. I will be referring my family and friends to you for future automobiles purchases!!

AMAZING! Curtis was clear and quick to get me the car ready!! I had gotten a car from Carmax and it turned out to be a lemon so I returned it and needed a new car immediately. The process was smooth and exactly what I needed! This was my first time getting a car on my own and I couldn t recommend Hamilton Auto more!! Will be coming back here for any future vehicles!!!!

Buyer beware!Do not purchase from this dealership. They are dishonest will not tell you the full truth on what you are looking too buy.Per the car noted below. Come too find out they sold the car with a 2011 Odyssey engine, never mentioned it had a completely different older and model engine, with over 180000 miles on the engine. They will not take responsibility for their actions. These kids are just trying to make it through these rough times. This dealership doesn't care about their customers, only making a dishonest transaction.11/23 Won't put my daughter or son in laws name. Will say they just purchased a 2014 Honda Pilot, which has over $2300 in issues to fix. You all basically told them it's not your problem. They are a young family struggling to make ends meet. You all knowingly sold them a car with many issues.If I could give this group a zero star I would. Selling cars which they put a temp fix on to last a few hundred miles after purchase. Then too tell the buyer oh well you must have caused it. Even when another mechanic confirmed it was a temp fix. This group is a true blue shady used car lot. Make sure you have the car checked out by your mechanic, and some sort of 30-45 day warranty. Buyer beware with this group.

PLEASE READ. This review is going to be long but worth the read if you re considering buying from Hamilton motors. We bought what we thought was a 2014 Honda pilot back in September. Less than a week after purchase the car was having issues. Thankfully we paid for the warranty because the car has been in and out of the shop countless times since then. Even with the warranty we ve had to put $2,000 into fixing our car less than 6 months after buying it. After being sick of not having answers we took the pilot into the Honda dealership to have them look at it and were told our 2014 Honda pilot has a 2011 Honda odyssey engine in it. The car we bought was supposed to have 74,000 miles on it, when we ran the VIN of the engine it actually has 176,000 miles on it. When my husband called Hamilton motors to ask them to make it right he has been met with defensiveness, avoidance, and no responsibility taken by them for selling us a car that was not the car we paid for. In fact it is worth $15,000 less than what we paid for it. My husband is a hard working, honest, kind man that does all he can to provide the best living for our family. We became sick of driving run down cars and decided to take on a higher car payment just so we could finally have a car that wouldn t be in and out of the shop. Imagine our disappointment to find out the car we purchased is worse than any car we had before. Hamilton motors has yet to make this problem right and continues to push us off. We are sick to our stomachs realizing that there are people out there that don t have any sense of integrity when they wrong others. This isn t a simple we bought a used car you get what you get type of situation. We ve purchased used cars in the past that have used car issues and dealt with that. This is beyond that. ONCE AGAIN, the engine in the car has over 100,000 miles MORE than the odometer read, is only worth $5,000 when we paid $20,000 for it, NONE of which was disclosed to us.

I needed to sell our company vehicle so I went Hamilton to get a bid. They gave me a great price and were very welcoming. Paul helped me through the process with a great attitude and timely updates. The paperwork was extra difficult for Paul and his team because it was a corporate listed title and there were other challenging details to sort out, but they were able to help me through all of it and did it rather quickly! I was very please with the outcome and I'll go back again next time I need a personal vehicle.

Love love love this place! It was my first time buying a car so I ve heard all the horror stories about it but this was an AMAZING experience! Curtis and Paul are so friendly, not pushy, answered my questions and helped me get my dream car! It was easy, quick and they were so helpful. They replaced my windshield for free right away, they gave me a dealership car for the day, and took my old car as a trade in. I ll recommend them to anyone. I honestly felt like family. Even after buying the car they ve still communicated with me and been super helpful!

Very happy with the experience we had at Hamilton Motors. Paul was very helpful, personable, and genuine- no pushy sales tactics. We felt very at-ease and even like we made a new friend. They generously replaced the windshield before we bought it. The car runs super smooth and the interior is very clean. Very happy with this experience.

I should have read the reviews. I tested our car out before buying it. I made double sure that I didn't detect any issues, checking everything out. The car seemed fine except the driver side door wouldn't lock when pressing the lock button on the key fob. No big deal. They said they would fix it, along with a strange noise that they said they could hear. Well, I picked it up after they fixed the noise, and suddenly the RPMs were running low. Then, a few weeks after they said that they fixed the lock, it's not working again. So, like others have said, they must have done a temporary fix. It really bothers me when I feel like I've been had. This company has many one star and two star reviews. There's a reason for that. The salesman are kind and they seem honest, but I can't help but feel like maybe they're not.

Got a used 2017 Honda HR-V there 4 years ago. it's a smaller dealership, nice husband and wife. Won't try to up sell you or change the paperwork on you. Will go back again for my next car from them.

ReviewIn September of 2023 I had bought a 2021 TOYOTA RAV4 from Hamilton Motors, and it's a decision I have come to regret. I had spoken with them over the phone regarding my dissatisfaction and disappointment the day after Christmas 2023 and have yet to hear from them. As a result I leave a review to tell my experience with them so far as I feel I have been neglected and not taken seriously despite me being incredibly patient with them.The only "pro" I would give them is that they are fairly friendly, easy to talk to but with that I believe they were extremely deceptive and neglectful on addressing some pretty big issues that the car had. We would have appreciated if they would have been honest and upfront with the work/repairs if any was done on the car prior to putting it up for sale. You know transparency in the name of safety, especially when you have a family and kids.To start off, they had repeatedly told us that the car was "clean title, clean carfax", which come to find out was not true. I will take responsibility on my half for not verifying that information. Maybe that's me believing that good people were still honest people.Within the first three months I've had to take the car in to my local Toyota dealership for issues that should've been addressed prior to them selling us the car. The radiator fan was broken, the condenser was severely damaged, and the throttle body was damaged and needed to be repaired, so far. It seems like they only addressed the cosmetic flaws and neglected to fix the mechanical flaws of the vehicle, which the Toyota dealership had also commented onConsidering this was again, a 2021 TOYOTA (surprising right ?)we were all surprised at this outcome and quality of work that was done. Thank God I bought an extended warranty as this has alleviated a little stress but not all. The customer service from the warranty company has been great so far, a "pro" in our situation. But even then I've had to pay over $800 in deductibles/ parts and services not covered under the warranty ($2300 total in work done). As a consequence I've had to go through the stress of not having another car because it was in the shop for a total of 3 weeks, during the holiday season. As stated earlier I had contacted them to discuss my experience. Hoping to get reimbursed and compensated for the trouble I've had to go through with the car. I was told that the owners were out of town for the holidays but that they would contact me soon regarding my situation. I was also told "there's always a risk in buying used cars", which to a degree I take responsibility for, but for the other side of that coin, but I do feel like since they had the carfax, they knew the car was in a prior accident, there should be a responsibility on their behalf for the integrity/security of the car. From what I am being told, they take their cars into another shop to have them "check" their cars and give them an oil change, which to me it seems like they're negating any responsibility on their behalf. We didn't realize it at the moment but even the horn wasn't working, cause who ever checks to see if the horn works because you always expect it to be working right? You don't expect it to be an issue but it's been an incredibly annoying thing to have been dealing with. The horn for me is evidently clear of how much they truly neglected the repairs that needed to be done, prior to the car being sold. At this point it seems they disregard my dissatisfaction and discontent. I won't ever consider them again when I'm in the market for a car nor will I recommend them to anyone of my friends and family.I don't mean to sound rude but I am beyond disappointed in how this whole experience has been for me and my family.

Best car buying experience we have ever had! Absolutely no pressure from Curtis. He helped us get into a car we loved and worked with us to be sure we were comfortable with the payment rather than trying to talk us into something we couldn t afford. He had the carfax report for the car we wanted to look at up and ready when we walked through the door and went through it with us before we made our decision.Now let s talk about how CLEAN everything is! I have never seen a used car so clean. Their detailing team is incredible. We bought a 2014 Scion xd and it looks and smells like we bought it brand new.We felt like we were working with good friends rather than car salesmen and are still so excited about the car we found at such a great price. Definitely will be going back in the future!

Complete 180 experience from my previous car dealership experiences. Curtis (the co-owner) was friendly, but also non-pushy about selling cars. He let me test drive the car without tagging along, which I like since I can have some privacy to discuss things with my partner as we drive. He also was fully transparent when it came to any repairs needed on the car and made sure to get it down in writing in the contract. Main thing he kept saying which stuck with me was going to a dealership shouldn t be a bad experience, but most dealerships make it one. If you want to go to a dealership that cuts the BS and sales tactics Hamilton Motors is your place!

Working with Curtis and Paul was so easy! They got me the best rate at my credit union and the best price for my Tacoma! They didn t up-charge an absurd amount like the big dealerships are. We came in at 5:30 on a Saturday (right before they were going to close) and didn t mind helping me out! Couldn t be happier with my experience and bought my dream truck!

This the easiest trade in I have done. Hamilton Motors were awesome at providing me with good information. The staff was all friendly. The car was extremely clean even though it was a used car! I love my new car! I would recommend Hamilton Motors to anyone looking for a quality car.

Very Excited for my new Truck. These guys were very reasonable, and easy to negotiate with. Got this Truck for a really great price and super happy with it so far. I liked that these guys weren't pushy like most places. The whole process felt comfortable and less rushed like the feeling you get at other dealerships. I would recommend these guys they did great by me.

They are very honest, sell quality cars, and even encouraged me to go somewhere else if they couldn't give us the best deal.

Best out-of-state car buying experience ever with Hamilton Motors on my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara.Curtis was great to work with and communicated efficiently. All the needed paperwork was streamlined and he was able to connect me with a car delivery hauler for an expeditious arrival.The Jeep did need some major engine work upon its arrival, but luckily it's covered through the manufacture warranty.Even an added bonus was a 7" touchscreen entertainment panel was installed. Not sure if its due to my mention of hoping the car had one and the disappointment expressed of the aftermarket non-touchscreen one installed. I'm thrilled with the above and beyond attention to detail.Will certainly check Hamilton Motors upon my next car purchase need and advise you do the same.

First off, this review has nothing to do with customer service everyone we had contact with was nice and helpful. Hamilton Motors is getting a bad review strictly on competence. My Husband and I traded in our truck for another due to our family growing and needed more room. To make a long story short the first week we had the truck a couple of problems occurred. The horn didn t work and the passenger door had an issue with the lock. Paul was quick to fix these issues and worked with us. Later the following week we noticed the temporary Plate date was written for the day we had purchased the truck and not 30 days out, Paul once again helped fix this problem. About two weeks in I noticed our credit Union had still not received the check to pay for the truck we traded in. When I called Hamilton Motors, they told me they mailed the check. After waiting a few more days Paul drove from Lehi to Murray to hand deliver the check to our Credit Union. We are now 2 months in and this morning my Husband driving the truck with the same tires Hamilton Motors placed on this truck blew this morning. While he was attempting to fix the tire, he then noticed there the tire jack and all the tools needed to replace the tire weren t in the truck. I'm aware that some vehicles can just be lemons, however I feel like these issues could have been prevented simply by having the vehicle inspected upon putting it for sale. I will not be doing business in the future with this company. We gave them as far as our knowledge a truck in good condition which they sold within a few days of it being on their lot.

I have had such a wonderful experience with Curtis, James, and Paul! They have all been so helpful and accommodating. Very transparent, informative, and genuine! They all take pride in giving their customers the best possible experience. Not only are they great at helping you find the right car for you, they do everything they can to make sure your car is in tip top shape. I bought my Camry just a few weeks ago, and it s been amazing! Being a 2017, it only has 27k miles, and it runs like new! I took it back in today so they could install a part that came in, and they also offered to clean my car free of charge! That made my day because it was already on my to-do list, and they are experts at leaving it in pristine condition not to mention NO EXTRA CHARGE! Would 100% recommend Hamilton motors to anyone/everyone! Great service, quality cars, and kind, personable, and detailed professionals who want you to have the best experience and car possible!
