Amazing service! I had to have my alternator replaced and they found a way to make it less than asking price. On top of that they mis-quoted the hours of service to take 2 hours and it ended up taking 4 hours yet they still only charged me for the original quote. They were very friendly and more than willing to help. I ended up saving about $400 by going through them while maintaining quality work!

This was one of the best oil change experiences I have had in a long while.This car had been loaned out, and was seriously overdue. They replaced things that needed replacement and still did it in less time than having my wife's car done last week, somewhere else. Manager was awesome !!!! A12

We ve taken our car here a few times now For oil changes and I had a headlight replaced. They re always quick, very cheerful, and I feel like they re honest. The prices have always been lower than I anticipated once it s time to pay.

I Got in quickly and left quickly for an oil change today.I was surprised however that no one called me up to review what services I wanted other than the initial pulling in the lot. I thought I would be called up and have a discussion. That didn t happen.I guess that they just saw my grease monkey sticker and did an automatic repeat of my last visit.The worker just told me the dollar total when I saw that my car was pulled out of the garage . He didn t offer any specifics on how the oil change went or any warning signs they saw. This surprised me because earlier that day I had discovered that my car was almost completely out of oil! They didn t make any comment about it or even tell me what they put in it. ( it was $90 worth of something)I asked them if they looked up my sticker for reference which he replied a simple yes .I appreciate the efficiency today, but I like to be communicated with before they start on my car and I like to be reviewed on what they did to my car when I leave. Thank you for the review opportunity .

We ve been coming to grease monkey lehi for years! We take all of our cars here. Fast and friendly, never had a complaint! They also will top off all of your fluids for free in between oil changes.

We have always gone here to get all of our oil changes, and have always loved it. It has gone downhill now and it didn t even look open inside. They took my car back, didn t communicate with me or ask me what oil I wanted, and then charged me a lot more than other places. This is so close to our house, so it s a bummer that we will have to drive further to get better service.

The workers at this location are some of the most kind, transparent, hardworking, happy, and easy-going people I have ever met. I ve been to this Grease Monkey three times since living in Utah and they are always EXTREMELY respectful and do the best oil change/services I ve ever had on my car. 6 stars of if I could.

The service was OK but not very personable. It used to be a great place to get your oil changed, but that has changed over time. I laughed and all of a sudden heard a rattling noise underneath my car so I stopped and looked and there is a cover that protects water and stuff from splashing up on the oil pan and they had left out bolts and because of that it got bent pretty good. I went back and they did try to put the bolts in and I m driving it now and it s notrattling but that bottom piece of metal the cover got bent up pretty good and he tried claiming that it was because the bolts weren t there. When I went back and he fixed it, he happened to find all the bolts and put those in so they were just being lazy.The reason I used to go there is because the service even though they were more costly, but with their service being mediocre at best and their lack of attention, and actually messing up my plate in the bottom, I will not return to this location

Wonderful experience today. There was not waiting for an emissions test and it only took 10 minutes. I chose to get my sticker at the register and it went smoothly and quickly. Thanks for the efficiency and polite and attentive employees.

Within the this last year I had your company do an oil change on my car and they did not put the oil plug back on right and my oil leaked for quite some time, so I had to have my mechanic fix it I came to complain about it to Grease Monkey and I was given two free oil changes, one I used about four months ago and then today 12/29/23, I came to redeem the the second one and they rejected it but did give $25 off. However since your company cannot honor your word I will never use your services again Loyalty and honesty is very important to me so I will be taking my business elsewhere Thank you

Out of all the grease monkey locations I ve been to this one always exceeds my expectations they do a phenomenal job. The service here is always the best I ve ever gotten compared to anywhere else I ve gone to get an oil change. They are understanding and willing to work with you and your needs here. I would recommend coming here and only here if possible for an oil change.

Was promised 3 free oil changes because I stayed 8 hours waiting for them to change my oil. I could go into so many details on that. Was promised 3 free oil changes. Was really happy about that. Called it even.Came for my second free oil change today 11/21/2023.Was told by the new manager they can t r this they could give me a 35 dollar discount which was 15%.I understand new management coming in but this is a corporate store.It should be easy but because the last manager didn t do it right now I am stuck with a promise that can t be fulfilled and 15% off deal is nothing. I could have gotten a website coupon for more.

I regularly review my vehicle's service needs. I went in for a simple oil change, full synthetic. By the time I left, they were trying to upsell me on over $1,000 of additional work. These are services that are not recommended by the vehicle manufacturer at the current mileage of the car, such as "premium full synthetic," brake fluid flush service, power steering service, oil flush, air filter, radiator service, automatic transmission service, injector cleaner service, front and rear differential, manual transmission service (I don't have a manual transmission). When I politely said I just wanted the oil change, I was subjected to extremely high pressure sales tactics. A much better car maintenance business exists in very close proximity, who are much better. I would have taken my car there, but they weren't open as late on a Saturday. Next time, I'll wait. Oh, and by the way, I checked my oil level prior to the visit, they charged me nearly $10 extra saying that my oil level was low. There was no reasoning with them. They get you coming and going and are less than honest. Stay away.

Grease Monkey is my absolute favorite place to get routine maintenance work done. I also LOVE that I can register my car after getting the emissions done, no long wait time like the DMV. So happy to have one closer to home! Thank you Grease Monkey!

Maybe it's just growing pains with new employees, but they didn't complete the service as agreed upon. They put the wrong oil in and forgot to rotate my tires. The oil wasn't a big deal...I asked for Premium Synthetic, they put in Full Synthetic. And they ended up rotating my tires for free since they forgot to do so initially. It took a while but at least it got done. Unfortunately, when I got home I checked my engine and discovered that they didn't top off my fluids and there were splatters of oil on my engine in about 5 places. (I had recently cleaned my engine so I know they were from the oil change.)

I went to the Grease Monkey in American Fork after leaving the Grease Monkey in Highland because they didn t have the right oil for my vehicle. The American Fork store was amazing! I wish I had the names of those who helped me because they were quick, kind and didn t try to upsell me on anything. I will be taking all my cars to the American Fork Grease Monkey in the future.

I am very happy with the service provided here and with the facilities. The employees are very friendly and the waiting area is clean. It looks like they usually have soda and popcorn for you while you wait, but it is currently closed due to COVID. My emission test was done in under 10 minutes in a busy Saturday.

The were fast. But the person who checked me out applied high pressure up sales tactics through a manufacturer recommendation and it made me feel really uncomfortable I m going to look for a new place to do my oil changes.

They are quick and efficient! They never pressure you into any repairs or upgrades they always just present their opinion and it s so much less pressure than other places. I love the little kids corner, although the toys could use a bit of a cleaning. I do miss the soda machine but other than that 100% would recommend!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I am a women. Totally taken advantage of. They gave me 2 oils to choose from. Both were synthetic. Said it was recommended by the manufacturer. $100 later I think I was screwed. Probably won t be back

Came in for emissions. Failed me for a check engine light that ended up being a big exhaust leak at the manifold gasket. Nothing else. Spent 1,500 at a shop and got it fixed professionally. Brought it back through (nothing else changed with the car) and now they say I don t have a catalytic converter (I absolutely do). No consistency, would not believe me, they must not know what a catalytic converter looks like, made me pay for emissions a second time to tell me I failed a second time, not coming back.

They did not put the oil cap back on after changing my oil and now there is oil all over the engine and on my driveway and the inside of my car smells like oil.

My daughter went in for an oil change and emissions test. They charged her for two oil changes and two emissions tests-so double. They asked her if she wanted them to register the car for her, she said NO and they did it anyway. I feel like they were taking advantage of a teenage girl. Disappointing

First, want to thank Tyrell for his amazing service.Now to the review:Got a check engine light right before a 6-hour drive to Vegas (my home), found a nearby place and asked them to check the codes to figure out what was wrong.They showed me the device for me to verify the code, seemed that the coolant thermometer/sensor was malfunctioning.They took a quick look at the engine bay, figured out what they needed to do and how to do it.They do not usually do this kind of work, but they still offered to fix it for me. They said it would probably be $300 (parts and labor) and 1 2 hours of work.A few hours later I come back, turns out the last auto shop (Busy Boots in Las Vegas, Nevada) that did my coolant flush filled the car with the wrong coolant, causing thick coolant to clog parts of the car and prevent correct cooling. The problem was so bad that the car was at half operating temperature (90 degrees Celsius instead of 190).They flushed the system 3 times until it fixed the problem.I originally was told it could cost $300, I was fine with that, turned out to be $231, tipped $100 cash to Tyrell for the difference as he took a lot of time and effort to fix the problem, and also stayed after his shift ended to make sure that he could talk to me to make sure that everything worked out ok.Will definitely be coming back for oil changes and more as I know I will be taken care of with proper service and honesty.Highly recommend!

Quick service: they didn t try to sell me on extra stuff, respectful and they offer military discount of 25%. Big lounge to wait in, even has a kids area.
