Super impressed with Dent Master with both their customer service and repair work. We had two cars hit while parked, one which resulted in the whole bumper coming off. The second was an accident where the left turn driver pulled out in front of my son and hit the side of his car. All repairs were done in a timely manner. Great updates and communication from the shop. They were great to handle the insurance part of the repairs. Very impressed with their shop.

Highly recommend Dent Master!! They did a great job on fixing the dent in my door, and in a timely manner! They also cleaned and detailed the interior of my car, and it was a mess! (I have 6 children) my car seriously looks and smells new!! I feel like I owe them a detailing fee, as well Thank you Dent Master!!

No one likes accidents especially when you are traveling out of state. I had a rush hour accident on I-15 and pushed the front bumper into the radiators and condenser and couldn't take the vehicle 500 miles back home for repairs. A friend of a friend recommended I try Dent Master to repair my truck. I called and they picked up my truck the same day. The next business day, they had an initial estimate and prepared to order parts. Travis was the primary contact for me and he was awesome. Despite some parts issues due to factors outside their control, he kept me informed of progress and everything was done in a very timely way. When I went to pick up the truck, Travis was obsessing about ensuring every detail was right. I was TOTALLY impressed with everything--quality, communication, customer service, friendly staff, timeliness. Zero complaints. I highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repair.

I've had work done at 3 local shops lately and Dent Master was the best. They kept us posted on progress, were finished when they said they would be, and quickly fixed a small issue after we picked the car up. Highly recommended!

Do not go here!! They did a repair on our truck, then it started to leak through so we took it back. They said it was not under warranty so they just gave us a discount on the 2nd repair and said if this did not work it was warrantied. It started to leak again and now they say they will not honor the warranty because they have a new owner. They also said they destroyed all the old records, and this is standard practice, which it is not, so there is no proof of what was said or done with our truck. But they contact us all the time with advertising for the business. Guess not everything was destroyed!

I got my first quote from these guys and I was not impressed. I needed a small dent pulled out so my car would be usable and they wanted to charge $500 or $600. The same job cost me under $200 at a place just up the road.

Took my truck here to get it fixed after an accident and they told me the frame wasn't bent. Took it to another shop and they told me the frame is bent and showed me exactly were it was bent. Would not recommend these guys. There also seems to also be bad communication between the desk workers and mechanics as they were telling me completely different things and yet neither of them were right.

Exactly one month after my van was towed to the repair shop after being damaged at the car wash, I m driving it home! THANK YOU for a fantastic repair job and thorough cleaning of my van, Dent Master. They replaced the damaged running board, which was no small feat, matching the new paint with the older paint of my van. Plus, they cleaned the van inside and out for me. I do not recommend this body shop at all. I went to ask for an estimate for my car repair and I was served by Ana, a very rude and unprofessional person. She had no patience to explain the costs clearly and she spoke to me in a bad way. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her and not a customer. If this is how they behave to give an estimate (which is not free), I don t want to imagine how they will treat me if I am not satisfied with the work. I definitely would not trust leaving my car there to be fixed. I suggest you look for another place where they treat you with respect and honesty.

I have now used these guys multiple times for repairs. Every time has been a good experience. Their pricing is fair and they do what they say they will. That may not sound like a big deal, but having used many other shops over the years for fleet repairs I can assure you that is. These guys are consistently good.

I have been going to Dent Master as long as they have been in business. The team there is friendly and provides excellent customer service. They do quality work as well and stand behind that work. I brought my car in for PDR (paintless dent removal) when I came in for a quote no appointment was needed. They were able to quickly take a look and give me a rough estimate at that time. The official estimate was sent via email that same day just a couple hours later.When I brought the car in for the work they were friendly and had me on my way in just a few minutes.When I came to pick up my car the work that Justin did was amazing. We had five dents and some were in some difficult areas to remove. Now you can t even tell they were there. I highly recommend Justin at Dent Master if you have any need for PDR. I will not go anywhere else.

They will not honor their warranty, "Lifetime Guarantee" means nothing which means honor means nothing to them. Work that they did about 1 year ago is cracking and coming off. All kinds of excuses, as to why they wont warranty it. Bottom line. THEY WON'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. I contacted management via email with my complaint, no return email, no contact, nothing. No concern for YOU\US the customer at all.Service: Painting

My wife's Acura MDX suffered a small gash in the passenger side door a year ago from road debris. I recently contacted 5 auto body shops in the Lehi and American Fork area to bid the repair, stating I would pay for the repair myself and not use insurance. Their bids ranged from $900 to $2,600.I decided to use Dent Master since they were the $900 bid, and their shop and equipment look solid. A couple of the higher bids were by shops that looked questionable. The remaining two bids were by large, modern shops, but their bids were frankly ridiculous.Dent Master did a terrific job! Their work was flawless, and their customer service was good. I would definitely trust them again with my car, and I'll recommend them to family and friends. 0 stars. WORST customer service and experience. Travis in particular, lacks the capacity of having any professionalism with the additive of not having any knowledge of how to run a business. All employees are very condescending, especially the guys to women whom have more knowledge about cars than they do.

I was in an accident end of November. Despite supply chain issues, Dent Master fixed a very messy dented driver side and rear end, a bumper that was ripped clear off, and some serious scratches in 30 days. The price was very fair though the insurance covered all but my deductible. The work was absolutely flawless. The new painted area and the untouched area are identical. I amsure they put a new clear coat across the entire car as the whole car looks like it got a new paint job. I could not be happier. Excellent service and great people. I had a GREAT experience last week at Dent Master. On Thursday afternoon I took my car over to see if my broken bumper could be repaired. Frank looked at it and gave me several possibilities in fixing it. He was very honest and straightforward with what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. I asked him if it could be prepared quickly as I had a trip soon and needed it in good shape. He said to bring it in the next morning. I brought it early the next morning and left it. They called me that afternoon to let me know it was ready. It was a very impressive job and exactly what I needed AT THE PRICE I LIKED. What great service. All the employees I encountered at Dent Master were fantastic, genuine, and nice. I HIGHLY recommend them. My only regret is that they don't do mechanic work.

We had such a great experience with Dent Master, after one of our renters damaged our RV. They made sure the entire process was transparent and easy for us, by working with our insurer to obtain supplemental funds to fully cover the cost of repairs, so that we had no out of pocket costs, and communicating their progress on the repairs. My Son wrapped my car around a metal pylon at my office parking structure, nothing about this situation had me happy until I reached out to Stephanie and the team at Dent Master. They provided a very accurate bid based of off descriptions of what happened and photos I sent. Anticipating it would take a while to have the work done I was planning alternative transportation when I found that the work could be completed in 3 business days. Great Price, Exceptional Workmanship, and even better Customer Service. I will certainly refer Dent Master to any other parents that have issues with 16 year old drivers.
