We really enjoyed our experience with Action Auto and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a great used vehicle for a fair price!We initially came here just to "check the box" of looking at other cars before going after the one we initially wanted from another dealership. Cooper was super accommodating and attentive, even though we were in and out super fast. After we felt like we were getting scammed at the other dealership, we couldn't get back to Action quick enough! Cooper and Kevin were so awesome and helped us square everything away over the phone the same day.One thing I truly appreciate about this dealership is that they find you the absolute best financing rates, and let you do what you want with your money. I was absolutely appalled at the way the other dealership was handling things. For a literally identical car [same year, make, color, mileage, etc.], the other dealership was charging $1k more and the car was nowhere near as clean / in good condition as the one we looked at from Action. The financing plan the other dealership was trying to force us into was also making our payment over $200 more than what we ended up with at Action. Absolutely crazy, but I'm not sure how else to show how Action outshines traditional dealerships in comparison!This is a really busy dealership and you might have trouble in the parking lot / may have to wait a while, but I feel it is worth it for what you get out of it!Thank you guys for your honesty and service! We look forward to doing business again in the future.

Great experience with Action Auto! Our salesperson Trey was super helpful and helped us find the car that was right for us with a friendly, no-pressure approach. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and felt good about our decision. Chris helped us with financing and explained things well and worked with us so that we could be at the payment we were looking for.

Rosy Rodriguez helped me find the perfect hybrid highlander, she was very nice and patient since it took me a few trips to decide and she notified me when it was ready. Andre was very nice too. We will be going back to buy cars and refer all our friends

Micheal helped me purchase my Range Rover. He was quick, kind, and patient. He even gave my daughter and I his I phone charger to charge ours while we waited. This was the fastest car purchase I ve ever experienced!

From the moment we walked in we felt very welcome and greeted by Trey he made us feel very relaxed and at ease. He was so kind. Trey, who helped us get a car, guided us from beginning to finish and it was very easy! We walked out with keys to our new car! Best experience we have ever had at a car dealership hands down! We will be returning!

Overall, it was a pretty painless experience to get the vehicle we wanted! It did take a while, but that s not abnormal in a car buying experience. The salesman we worked with, Trey, was super kind and helpful to get us into the vehicles we wanted to try, and in listening to our concerns. The Finance manager was also very transparent, and helped me get to a price that I was more comfortable with. If anybody is looking for a vehicle, I recommend Action Auto!

We loved it here! Loved the organization, the efficiency, the positive attitudes of the employees, and we loved ROSI! I ve upgraded to my mom era and Rosi helped us upgrade our car and we are still in love. Definitely recommending her to anyone I know who s in the market for a new car.

David Lopez has a amazing to work with. Called us promptly when the car was done being detailed and had it driven to their Lehi location for our convenience. Loved the car and purchased it the next morning. He then got it washed again and put gas in the vehicle. The extra touches to his already great customer service gives him a 5 star!

Everyone was very helpful. They put the car we were interested in on the lift so I could easily look at the undercarriage. After our mechanic's inspection, they addressed the only two minor concerns he had . My experience at the Lehi location? A strong thumbs-up!

David helped us pick out a new car after my wife got in an accident. Very accommodating and even went the extra mile to replace our battery and fix a couple sensors that were not working before we purchased. No hassle, no unnecessary up charges. Just straight to business.

I went in today and was able to leave with a newer car! The process was very nice and they tried their best to get us out fast. David was super nice and very helpful with pulling out the cars I wanted to test drive. He was very patient and overall great service!!

Went to Action Auto to find a quality vehicle, met Trey and he was outstanding. Felt no pressure nor did he rush us into any decisions. We drove A LOT of vehicles until we decided on the one that was best for us. Trey was incredibly pleasant and easy to work with throughout our experience. Dylan made the purchase process as smooth as possible. Trustworthy place to buy a vehicle. Going to recommend this dealership to anyone asking!

I had the pleasure of working with Trey at Action Auto. From start to finish he's was amazing. He let me take the car on an extended test drive. Had no issues with having my mechanic look the vehicle. The car was in good shape and the entire transaction was a good experience. We just bought two cars from here. My wife and I highly recommend going to Trey! He was professional, personable, and very informative. He was able to help us every step of the way.On the financial side of things, Dillon made it a breeze to get set up with a credit union. I can't express how disappointed we are with Action Auto. We live in Denver but found what seemed like a great 2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid on their website for a great price. I was encouraged by all the good reviews, so we actually flew my husband out to Utah to buy the car. It supposedly had a "200 point review" that we believed, so we bought the car and my husband drove it 500 MILES back to Denver where we found out they sold it to us with a leaking break line. The mechanic here said it was too dangerous to drive so we had to pay $1000 to have it fixed and wait on a part to be ordered. When we tried contacting Action Auto about the leaking line, they originally communicated with us but when we asked for them to reimburse us the money (really just on principle that they had sold us a dangerous car we drove hundreds of miles!) THEY GHOSTED US. Good luck and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else but don't trust their "200 point check."

We came in just to test drive a few cars. We were greeted immediately and were helped to test drive some cars. That part was seamless and nice.When we came back, we said we were considering one of the cars we drove. They wanted to get our information . It ended up being the application for a car. That was not communicated clearly to us.They asked who we bank through, we told them. After leaving, we get notified that our credit was pulled through a different bank. I called back frustrated that we told them what bank we would get a loan through. The guy said he would tell his manager the correct bank and have the manager call us back.We later received notification that our credit was pulled through the correct bank. We never received a call back from the manager at Action Auto Not great customer service (outside the browsing and test driving).

Trey and Tony are super great! They truly look out for your best interest and help you anyway they can. I felt like family when working with Trey and Tony. Trey went out of his way to give me a ride to the shop, made sure the car was ready to drive off the lot and made sure the tank was full. Tony did everything in his power to get me the best deal possible. I really appreciate the lengths they went to help out. I will be recommending friends and family to Action Auto Utah!

Definitely recommend coming down to Action Auto (Lehi) and getting connected with Trey. We have known Trey for 2+ years. He was so professional and kind and was great at communication with getting us set up. Action Auto had exactly what we needed. We were able to find a 2019 toyota Highlander, with incredibly low miles at a really great price! With his help. This will be an amazing new car for our family. Would recommend to family/friends.

I bought my car from Action Auto just over three years ago. The buying experience was mostly smooth, but now I wish I had thought twice about buying from them.I knew the company sold salvaged titles and when my dad opened the hood of the car you could see there was clearly some work done. When we asked them what the car had been through all they told us was that it had hit a deer and it only damaged the front end.A little over a year ago a small crack appeared on the right rear bumper. It has grown significantly and when my husband took it to get some quotes on getting fixed they said it would have been from a previous accident and that it had been worked on and it was not done well.The lowest quote we received was $931.22 and that would only cover a Bondo repair, which is what it was previously repaired with and they said it would likely not hold long term. The quotes range from $931 to almost $2,000+. They said they wouldn't really know how extensive the damage was until they took the car apart and that it could be even more once they actually saw the extent of the damage.During my ownership the vehicle has not been in any accidents that would have caused this damage.Hearing that it was previously fixed, I knew that it had to have been from something that was not disclosed to me when I purchased the vehicle. We asked point blank about what the car had been through and the company deliberately did not disclose everything that had happened and were dishonest with me to get a sale.I personally know others that have had the same experience where the company has not disclosed all the pertinent information about the vehicle they intend to purchase. A friend of mine had damages to her car that cost thousands in repairs that they didn't disclose to her beforehand and now I am facing the same dilemma.My friend bought her car at the Orem location and I bought mine at the Lehi location, so it seems to be a company wide sales tactic. Read the lowest reviews that my friend and I are not alone in this experience.If you choose to buy from Action Auto (which I would not recommend), I highly suggest you demand a full vehicle history before committing.

Trey and Andre were amazing to work with! I loved every bit of this transaction. Start to finish they were so kind and helpful, there was no pressure, they answered all my questions and provided for the time I needed to really think things through and feel great about my car purchase. We had such an amazing experience with Steena! She didn t apply any pressure, but she also really wanted us to get what we wanted. It s a busy place, so they must be doing something right ;) All the cars have clean titles as well, which is so reassuring. So excited to drive my 2022 Toyota Corolla!

I went this past Tuesday to trade in my old car. Couldn't have asked for better service! David helped me out on the sales floor getting me set up with the car I was looking at. This guy went so far as to dig it out of the snow himself so I can test ride it.I then worked with Dillon getting the loan all set up. Just another great guy. I can tell he truly cares about the people he meets with. I helped walk me through everything, warranties, rates, term lengths etc. He voiced what he felt was best from his own experience but at the end of the day all the financial decisions were my own with nothing forced on me like I've seen with other big dealerships.I got my first car from these guys years ago, I enjoyed there service so much I came back for my trade in, and couldn't be happier that I did. They really took so much stress out of my experience.

I loved coming here! I had previous looked at cars on their website, which was super easy to navigate! Then, I came in and the crew was super helpful and not pushy at all which I very much appreciated, especially since I knew what I wanted! Shout out to Coby Salazar! He helped me test drive my new Subaru and get it all ready for me even during a crazy snow storm. Andre Mendes was super nice too and helped me finalize everything and gave it to me straight! A great, easy and quick experience! These cars all seem trustworthy and the crew want to make sure you re in good hands!

Applied for a loan with them, don t hear back for 2 days. I called them and said they can t make the deal work out and offer no solutions. Ran my credit and left me at that. Although it s nice to talk myself into a buying a car rather than the sales person but just to leave me hanging is also weird. Maybe if another sales and finance guy helped me out it would be better.

Please do your due diligence before purchasing here. They never disclosed any of the damage to the cars. Since we purchased a car here, we've had to replace wheels since they were oversized, fix quite a few exterior issues including the gas cap, roof rack and have had a few transmission issues.

Rosi was awesome on the sales side and Andre on the financing. Rosi made everything very easy, even picking me up from the airport in the car I was interested in. Andre made everything happen fast on the financing side. One of the easiest vehicle purchases I've made. I'll be in touch with them again the next time we need a new vehicle. And the car has been fantastic as well. Great experience!

Gunner and the team at Action Auto were great to work with. No high pressure. He was willing to meet me at the Lehi location after starting at Orem. They helped me to find exactly what I wanted, which was hard because they had such a great selection of Honda s and Toyota s which is what I was looking for. No stress, no pressure, no hassle, just honesty and a great selection for great prices. I m happy to be the owner of a 2020 Camry

Test drove a 2023 with 13,000 miles felt and sounded like it had already been through the ringer. Just walking through the lot every car here seems like you were going to be overpaying, minimal effort, put on dealerships, part to maintain the cars and make them Presentable. I would ratethis as a high-risk purchase. If you decide to buy a car from them absolutely go to a mechanic or get it looked at before anything they may look nice in the pictures, but these are not good cars. staff was friendly and nice typical car salesman.
