We will definitely be taking our car back with the knowledge to talk with Brayden first. Had a bad experience at first with a 3 hour service taking over 8 hours, and then charged almost double what we were quoted. Brayden was great to work with in the end and was apologetic for the wrong doings.

Don t value their customer s time. They set a schedule the first time we were there very early only to be told that the parts are not available, mind you they schedule this days before. The second time they had a power outage my husband wasted almost 3 hrs of being there, they re-scheduled us for March 16 and today someone sent us an email that it was cancelled. My husband called and the guy who answered sounded like he was awaken from his sleep, he is very vague with the schedule, yold my husband to come at 8am for a schedule of 10am. How hard does scheduling is???? When we bought the car we were helped by Andrew but after buying yhese people dont care about their customer s schedule. So disappointed !!!

While, I d like to increase my previous rate to four star. As my car indeed drives more smoothly after the maintenance. But still, do not like the mismatch: website says 600,000 mile maintenance is about $700, when you made the appointment. And then wait for about a month, finally get there for the service, they told you it is $1100. And they are reluctant to explain why the mismatch exists.

Do NOT use the Young Kia Service Department. They have continually shown us poor attitude, lack of communication and respect. We have had the displeasure of working with Larry N. multiple times and on every occasion he has been condescending and unprofessional with us. On our most recent visit today, when we addressed his attitude and the overall lack of communication from their team he told us point blank to go to another dealership instead of accepting the feedback. Sad to see this level of unprofessionalism from a well-known local group.Credit where credit is due: the sales department has been nothing but professional and welcoming (as they should be) in our limited interactions with them.
