Very good experience, went to get some standard service done and the service representative saved me a ton of $$ on a set of tires for my Jeep. Looked at a plug in hybrid Wrangler and felt 0 pressure from the salesmen.

I feel like nothing can go right in this place. After buying a Jeep with them that was a pain on the butt to oil change brought my car for a oil change and coming back because it was leaking. Definitely they don t value the time of their customers. 2 hours the first time and now coming back again with my kids. I am a single mom and I also have a job, spending 2 days in this place.

We drove down from Montana because the advertised price on their website specifically stated that there was a -$10k "Young Discount" on the vehicle that we bought in addition to the Stellantis bonuses and rebates, but when we went in to the finance office to discuss pricing they said that "they didn't know anything about a Young Discount of $10k and that they couldn't sell it for that amount." even after I showed them the price for that VIN on the website. They stated that "Their marketing team down the street must have put that up there and they don't communicate with them on pricing." The website did not mention that the vehicle had been used as a loaner vehicle, but our Salesman (Tanner) did mention that during our test drive. After some haggling we were able to arrive at an acceptable price, and we did opt for the paint protection package. We pointed out a few scuffs in the paint and let them know that we would be picking the vehicle up in a little over a week. Working with Tanner was great, he communicated well, knew his product, asked us if we had any questions. I do recommend that they consider changing their current paint protection film provider from their current provider to CoaticLabs. Their current provider wrapped right over excessive wax that the dealer applied, and there were stretch marks a air bubbles. We actually refused the car and had them re-wrap the front to take care of the imperfections, which delayed our scheduled ceramic coat. CoaticLabs did our ceramic coat for 1/2 the price Young wanted for their provider to apply the ceramic coat (and they did an AWESOME job - would highly recommend CoaticLabs for PPF and ceramic coat). Overall, our rating is a 4 star only because of the service we received from Tanner.

Took my car in for an oil change before a road trip. 200 miles into it the service light came on. Thought it was weird they didn't add the sticker with the date to the windshield. I thought maybe they just forgot. Turns out they never even did it. Worst part, I paid for the maintenance package when I bought my car there.

Went in ready to buy a jeep over a week ago. I sat around for about an hour waiting for the sales manager so we could come to an agreement on the price. I had to go, and I made sure the sales guy had my number. Several hours go by, and I text the sales guy asking for numbers. Was given an excuse. A week goes by and never heard from them again.

We had a great experience at the Utah Jeep Store. Our salesman Kyle worked hard to get our lease traded in and our new lease set up. He didn't require us to sit for hours at the dealership to get the deal done. Our signing was done on less than 15 minutes. We highly recommend this location.

Thank you, to The Jeep Store! I had to have the clock spring replaced in my jeep. I was lucky to get Jake s professional customer service and he executed the repair in a timely manner and shared with me the unexpected cause. I recommend his mechanical care anytime!!! Thanks again!

Salesmen was very friendly. But we there for 8 hours. 8 am till 4pm. They kept trying to up sale us into a price range we did not want to be in. Took forever on a car detail (all eight hours, does it really take eight hours to detail a car?) And when they brought it out there were marks all over the car. Then they tried to get us into a lease. We did not want to lease a car we wanted to BUY a car. I would avoid this store and go to another keep dealer.

Test drove a jeep post test drive they told me it was sold. Did another test drive on a jeep next door couple day later same jeep that I wanted was still there they told me the buyer "backed out" tested it one more time 2 hours before close they told me we would look into a trade the next work day go in jeep is sold.screwed me out of it twice for what we all feel they were reserving for a friend. The salesman were very short with me and ignorant honestly. I've been in the jeep family for awhile so I was excited to go to a jeep store only to be treated poorly and feel disappointed in the way things were handled.

I loved buying my newest vehicle from the UTAH jeep store, the salesman named Tanner helped me choose the perfect car for me, and also treated me with a drink! Wow! I will definitely be returning for my next trade in!!
