Hello There ; ),,,, I got my 2016 Porsche Macan Sport serviced and worked on at Shadetree Automotive and I must say I was impressed with the diagnostic and inspection they performed and then generated a detailed report that was providedto me . The report really helps me with organizing what and when I ll be needing to do to my car to keep it running it s best and keeping it's value up . This was included with my requested service and repairs. The trained and knowledgeable technicians that work there are top-notch, and their dedication to service and professionalism shows through their excellent work . I ve used Shadetree Automotive to service my vehicles on many occasions and this is an outfit that can be trusted .. Thanks again Shadetree Automotive!

Excellent service and great experience working with Shadetree on a used car I recently purchased. They paid very close attention to my concerns with my car and provided a super thorough inspection report. Very friendly staff, convenient after hours key drop / pick up and quick responses to texts and phone calls. Would definitely recommend!

Shadetree is AMAZING! They send you your diagnostic report and invoice right to your phone. In the diagnostic report you get pictures to support any findings. In the invoice they share the cost of doing any work that they are currently doing, as well as the cost of repairs that they recommended in the diagnostics but are not happening right now. Every person I came into contact with from start to finish was friendly and professional. Best part was that we got our car back before the estimated time date.

Great customer service and communication. Although it took the technician several days to figure out the problem with my car, I was in constant contact with them and they relayed very detailed information. My car ended up needing a very simple and easy fix. Unfortunately in the beginning it wasn t obvious where the starting point was to fix it, so multiple hours of diagnostics were required. Upon figuring out the solution, and how easy the fix would have been if they had started there, they let me know they didn t think it was fair to charge me for the several extra hours they took trying to diagnose. I really appreciated their honesty.

Shade Tree is quick, honest, and good at what they do. I have never had a problem with their service or repairs. They even offer a no charge warranty. Can t beat that. And the price was below my expectations. They were great. I can t say enough about how good of a job they do. Thanks Shade Tree!

I have used Shadetree Auto for over twenty years because they are very trustworthy and the best around. They are exceptionally friendly, thorough and always take the time to explain everything. They aren't pushy. The are very knowledgeable and I know I can trust them. Brian is who I call whenever I have a car question or problem.

We have trusted Shadetree with our auto repairs for years! They do a great job! They are kind, friendly, and whenever possible, they give us options. For example, we needed new tires recently, and the put quotes together in different price ranges. They clearly pointed out the differences between the options. We also had a belt replaced free of charge, because it was under warranty. I also appreciate that they offer personal touches such as loaner cars and courtesy rides to and from their garage when needed.

Guys went to extra duty to help me. On vacation and they pulled out all the stops. Russ kept me posted on progress and he and owner pulled in some favors to get my parts. I highly recommend them. I had them put new shocks and replaced brake fluid while it was there. They provide a detailed rundown on things that are good and things you might want to fix. Best place I've been to. Brought my 2004 Dodge Ram in for an overall inspection after neglecting most routine maintenance for a couple of years. Told them to fix whatever was needed. I was told wait for the inspection and we would go over the report. This was done in a timely manner. Everything that was found was thoroughly explained. What was good, what could wait, and what needed to be done. Had everything done. It was done on time and at a very reasonable price. Only surprise was how good their warranty is. I missed that part when setting up the service. Highly recommend. Great job everyone.

We have had mostly very positive experiences with Shadetree, and the thorough checking they do is invaluable. I love that I can get a report and approve work right on my phone, then pay for the work easily as well. They are kind and don t talk down to you (especially important to me as a woman, who has had many car repairmen do this). We will continue to bring our cars here for many years to come!

Great to work with. Might they have been more expensive than other shops? Perhaps. Was it worth every penny? Definitely. Great communication, clear and itemized quotes on work to be done, got authorization for all work, and then came in under the quote. They caught a bunch of stuff previously missed during repairs after an accident by my insurance company's preferred shop, so I'll be taking my cars here for as long as they're still in business.

These guys provided exceptional service. Very professional and highly recommended. I am the type that will give anyone one shot to get it right, with that being said they have earned my business from here on out. If you need hassle free service these guys are top notch. I will not let anyone else service my vehicle needs except for Shadetree. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Was looking for a new Auto Shop closer to home and came across Shadetree Auto. What a great shop!! Staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful in understanding what I wanted done on my truck. Great communication in let me know of any changes in the initial estimate. Truck runs great, will definitely come back and refer others.

Real solid place, I was looking for a good mechanic shop I could trust since I m kinda new up in Layton, a Google search made me choose these guys. I got a trans flush and a full synthetic oil change on my 211 vw. They apparently are very skilled in doing the work. After I took the car home she felt great and noticed a tremendous difference upon acceleration. Thanks Shade Tree. Came again for some control arms and basic things, these guys truly are amazing and know what s going would highly recommend them especially if you have a Volkswagen of any kind. Shout out to DJ who helped take care of everything. They also give a very detailed report and are very accommodating.Services: Transmission, Oil change

Shadetree Automotive truly cares about their customers. Their focus is not only to correctly repair the vehicle, but to ensure your are happy with everything.Shadetree repaired many different issues with my first-gen Mini Cooper. They have BMW experts which gives me the reassurance they understand these crazy, little cars.Even though I had to take it to them multiple times, they stood by their promise to make it right and to make sure I m happy with the results.

Amazing service, got my brake and transmission fluid flush and staff was extremely helpful, courteous and insightful. The inspection they perform was in depth and thorough. I normally work on my own car but didn't have time to knock out this maintenance. They even picked me up as soon as my vehicle was ready! I thought their prices were reasonable for the work performed on my car and I'll probably use them again in the future.

We've had the pleasure of taking our vehicles to Shadetree Automotive for nearly 20 years, and I must say our experiences are always outstanding. When we contact Shadetree, whether in person or over the phone, we are welcomed by friendly, knowledgeable, and patient team members. They take the time (EVERY TIME) to listen to our concerns and provide their expert advice.Shadetree uses a Digital Inspection system that provides a comprehensive overview of our vehicle's health based on a scoring table. The scoring table categorizes what is urgent, non-urgent, and passed the inspection. The scoring table has helped my family understand what we need to do immediately, what we need to plan for, and how soon things need to happen.Tyler C. helped with our recent repair on our 2010 Ford Escape. He kept us informed throughout the process, being transparent from start to finish. Everything went exactly how he said it would, and the total cost was exactly what he said it would be, no surprises.Thank you for taking care of our family!

Had a great experience at Shadetree automotive. Technician was thorough and the platform they use to show you pictures of the problems and what repairs are needed or suggested was very helpful. Russ was competent and great to work with and everyone seemed honest and I didn t get the feeling that I was being pressured into necessary repairs or being ripped off. Little pricey but good workers deserve good pay. Definitely recommend them and I will be returning to use their services

Great overall experience. Brought my sienna in for a check engine light diagnosis that Toyota couldn t figure out. These guys trouble shot it in no time. They lay everything thing out on the table and will go as far as you want. Definitely will be a returning customer.

Shadetree is awesome. I took my Hyundai Tucson in for a diagnostic test. They gave me an itemized list of everything they found on the test which I greatly appreciated. Then they went ahead and advised me on what they thought was the critical fix. They finished the repairs in record time and even saved me some money. Their staff was very friendly and courteous. I even received some delicious cookies. I definitely recommend them.

I ve taken my car here twice and had great service both times! Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. I honestly can t speak highly of them enough. They even provide a free ride after dropping off your car and when you need to pick it up, so no need to Uber or arrange a ride! 10/10

This place is great. They have thought of all the small details and touches that really make a business stand out. They are fast, efficient, work with insurance, are transparent, and provide many hassle free amenities like shuttle service when dropping off your car, snacks and beverages while you wait, a kids play room if you need that, and many more. We are happy to have found our mechanic for good.

Took my Van to get looked over because it was having some problems with leaking oil and needing a new thermostat. They let me use a loaner car while mine was in their shop so I wouldn t be left without a car which is amazing. The shop is clean and they have snacks, cookies and drinks available. There is also a little play area for kids which is a plus for me. All of the guys there are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I was helped by DJ and he explained everything that my van needed with me. They were done with my van a lot sooner than expected. I highly recommend them.

Every experience I have had with Shadetree Automotive has been great! All the staff is so friendly and willing to answer your questions. Their service is quick and reasonably priced. They are the only place I will take my car because I know that I will get great service and my car will be well taken care of!

I took my truck here for a check. They created a neat report (sent to my phone) with all the checked points divided by Passed, Fail and priority. They noticed a couple of safety issues and recommended me to address them as soon as possible. Because of the severity of them, they were able to fix my truck in 1 day.Highly recommended!
