Store is very organized, and the gentleman at the counter that helped me was very kind. It was a little off putting as the rest of the workers were complaining about deliveries and yelling across the store to each other. But I got what I needed quickly, and at least the employee who helped me was professional

Spent almost $200 and they wouldn t put my new battery in or put my windshield wiper on. I should have gone to Auto Zone in Kaysville. They always help me. Thought to support a more local business. Next time I ll go to a auto Zone.

This is a very small store and not well stocked for common parts. Staff was friendly, but had to look up or call someone else for every question we had.

These guys know their stuff. I'm an accomplished car restorer, but if I dont know the answer to something, Manny does. Love these guys.

Went to this store to buy thermostat for my car. Was given wrong thermostat and wrong seal. Went back someone other gave me right thermostat and seal. Then I asked the guy who gave me the wrong one - why? His answer was "because that's what I do".

I use NAPA all the time. I m close to the Layton store, while smaller, they can order from other store and usually have my part in a few hours.

Had the fluids for car care in stock at a reasonable price. Did not need any repair parts. Very friendly staff, know where things are located.

For our purposes, this place was great. My daughter ran out of coolant on the freeway. She drives an Audi that takes special coolant. They didn't have it out on the shelf, but when we asked at the counter they had some in back. It was a little more expensive, but you kind of expect that for anything that's specified for Volkswagen or Audi.

I buy most of my parts here. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and quick to help. The parts always fit, and are accurate. Expect to pay a little more for their premium parts. But that costs comes with great quality and durability.

They charge $6 a FOOT for 3/8 trans hose where Oreillys charges $2.6 for the same exact stuff. Screw these guys. When the women didn t quote be first and tried to charge me $70 for 12 feet of house then told me I have to pay for it because she cut it.

My husband was trying to return a part that was not working, they gave him the worst time about it. They belittled him about trying to return it. Sad that their customer service is so bad. Will not be returning here in the future, also will be telling everyone I know how bad they were in this situation. You lost good customers today.

I went in looking for a specific part for my motorcycle battery. They said they don t sell them separately, only with a battery. Then the manager decided to pop open a battery and give it to me. I love this store

7.28.21I ordered online at napaonline.com. pickup at 175 North Main, Layton. They had a buy three items get 20% off deal. I believe it ends 7.31.21. Check online for items that are valid.I went to napaonline.com. register for free, so your info is on ther site. It makes it easier to check out, as with any site.I also got $5 extra off, because I'm registered.Originally I was going to buy the brake rotor and pads kit online, but they are delivery only, and 2 days out. It was cheaper with the kit, but the kit was not offered with premium items(premium pads and rotors). With the buy three deal, I got premium pads and rotors for same price as the regular pads and rotors offered in the kit.I got sick of the grinding noise on my 2007 Grand Caravan. I felt like the Flintstones. Preparing myself for total failure every time I pressed on my brakes. The grinding just started one day ago. I told my wife it was grinding. She said, "yeah, I told you about the brakes last year." Uh, I think she meant something else last year, not these brakes. It's not our primary vehicle anymore, now that 3/5 of the kids are gone, but it's still going strong, except the ac is out. It's a little warm, especially when it's 105 outside here in Utah, but it's better than walking. I just take it, and know if I get into any vehicle without ac, I can handle it.Woman at counter was really nice, she asked for my name and another guy said my order is sitting right there on the counter, ready to go. No problems.

This is my go to place for parts. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Price is mid range but with sales sometimes they beat the competition. I have never had a problem finding a part here or finding someone to coach me through what I am about to install.

After a 2 day search for a very specific antifreeze specification, these folks are the only ones that now have the product. Meets specification WSS M97B44-D.

Store owner/manager is rude and impatient with customers and staff. I ordered some tubing online as well as some other parts. When I never received a confirmation the parts were ready for pickup I called the store. I was trying to avoid visiting the store unless the parts were there, Covid 19 social distancing. Two of my orders were placed a week ago and I never got a response. When I called, the store didn't know how to look up the order numbers so I had to provide part numbers so the staff could verify they had the parts in their store. The staff said they were short on the quantity on the orders I placed a week ago. I said it's ok can I purchase what you do have? They said yes. When i stopped at the store to pick up the custom length tubing and my other online orders the staff said I had to order the 25' roll of tubing even though their website says it is sold by the foot. The staff looked confused and was hesitant to cut the roll. I politely said I ordered it online and it says the tubing is sold per foot. If it's I problem I can purchase it elsewhere. The owner/manager who was not helping with this order or was involved, jumped in the middle of the conversation and angrily said, I never said I couldn't cut it! It's not refundable.I kept getting looks from the owner/manager while his staff unrolled the length I needed and then began to cut the tubing with a hacksaw.I thanked the staff and apologized for the trouble, it's not their fault. The store owner/manager is not a people person and lacks social skills necessary for customer service.I'm a person who purchases a lot of auto parts often and always has a project going on. I restore older cars as well as work on my own vehicles. I speak with a lot of people at car shows and such. I definitely won't recommend this particular store to those I meet and won't hesitate to share my experience to help people avoid an experience like I had.I've been a fan of Napa auto parts but will no longer support the Layton Ut store. It would be much easier to purchase from Amazon, O'Reilly, AutoZone, Rock Auto parts, 1A auto parts, or several other parts stores that are professional and helpful. I was trying to support my local economy and my local Napa.In the future this store will no longer receive my business. This is not the first time I have had difficulty with this store. I've been patient and understanding in the past but this is the last time. The Clearfield store and the SLC store on 1300 south are much better.Buyer beware of this store owner/manager

This is an old school auto parts store. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. If you're looking for the modern super happy smiles all the time customer service, this might not be for you. If you're looking for a place where the employees know what they are selling and can always find what you need you've come to the right place.

I stopped here today to pick up brake pads and rotors and Damon went out of his way to help me with my purchase. I will always come back to this location due to the excellent service. Thanks Damon, you're awesome!

This morning my Explorer battery was dead. I had four kids who had to get places and an elementary school event to get to.I had to use a charger to start it and didn't want to turn it off until I knew I could get a battery installed. I had gone to two places who couldn't install it for me when I called Napa. Michael tested my battery and installed a new one for me. He rescued my morning when I really needed help and even helped me save some money. Thank you!

I started coming to this store when it was still Allco Auto Parts. Kim is always very helpful and knowledgeable-If he stops workng there, they'll lose a lot of my business!! I just wish NAPAs website was easier to use... I very seldom find what I need on it--if the store is open, I call them, if not, I go to O'Reilly's or Auto Zone.

Great service, employees are very helpful. Not rude like other parts places that act like you are putting them out. Dom carried my batteries out to my car. Thank you.

We had our 2006 Ford Freestyle fuel pump replaced at Walt's Service. They purchased the fuel pump from NAPA in Kaysville. The fuel pump was defective and after much frustration we took the car to the Ford Dealer who found the defective fuel pump and replaced it. That fixed the problem. Even though the defective pump was still under warranty NAPA will only provide a replacement and not refund the cost of the fuel pump. This was very frustrating . If NAPA had integrity and provided good customer service they would refund the cost of the pump

They had what I needed in new or rebuilt and found me a discount that saved me 25 percent. They were knowledge about alternators. Will use them in the future.

I had a good, quick transaction with people who knew how to find the parts I needed.Aside from pushing their own branded products (which is understandable from a business perspective) it was good.
