I've been to this location twice now, and both times I was pleased with the technicians thoughts and work performed on my vehicle. I recommend these folks to anyone who has Hyundai or a Genesis as well. Had my engine tuned up and it's runner much smoother, cleaner, and I'm sure the car appreciates it. Two thumbs up.

Great experience with Import Auto. I have had a couple different services done with them now and was impressed with their professionalism, pricing, and promptness. I have yet to find another shop that is as fast and helpful as them especially when it comes to luxury/foreign shops. They fit me in same day when I got my appointment date confused and were honest about the servicing my car needed and didn t try to up-charge me or find things to diagnose just because. Thanks guys! Really appreciate you.

This company is absolutely amazing!! I took my car in to have it checked for a check engine light which would always go off by my appointment time! After the second time of this happening, Brian reached out to see how things were going with the vehicle and offered to keep the vehicle at no charge to further determine what the issue would be! Long story short, their team was able to pinpoint the problem and fixed it! They could have told me anything was wrong with my vehicle but they were honest and charged me a fair price! My vehicle is fairly new and my family has been the only owners! It is still under warranty and I could have easily taken it to the dealership for repair but unfortunately, the dealership located in this area is not as qualified to repair/inspect vehicles as I would have thought (maybe just my experience)! Import Auto Clinic staff were always kind, helpful, and handled things with professionalism! I will continue to take my car to them for my service needs and I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Great service. Prices a little high. But I guess that comes with owning a BMW. They replaced my coolant supply line and coolant reservoir and sensor for $1000. I like the convenience of them being in Layton so I don t have to go to the dealer. They have great communication and always text and call.

Import auto clinic worked on our 2012, Volvo XC 90 it needed spark plugs as well as ignition coil packs.. Through the entire process they communicated and kept us in the loop, as to what they were doing and why they were doing it The car was done within three days . runs like a champ...We live in Cottonwood Heights (45 min drive) to their shop in Layton For us it s the small things and fair price that matters.. we will continue taking her vehicles to them MG

Good guys who know their stuff. Willing to educate me on some of the stuff I wasn t aware needed to happen with my mini Roadster, which is always appreciated. Went the extra mile to help me try and figure out an issue, which they didn t have to do.

They took time to diagnose and fix my old BMW x3 thats nearly 20 years old. It had major vacuum leaks due to its age. Fix one leak and find another one type problem The Repair was completed in a timely manor and the vehicle has never ran better. Communication was honest and straightforward. Would recommend to anyone with a BMW or other Euro car having issue.

Had my engine and transmission mounts replaced. They got me in the next day, and worked through lunch to get it finished quickly so I could head to my meeting. Top quality job. Made all the difference. Highly recommend!

Amazing job shout out to Brian, Edgar and the shop dog. Wonderful service, updated me on condition of vehicle without having to ask, helped me out a bunch and hooked me up with some nice quality parts/work for a great price. Would recommend taking your foreign here if you aren t trying to break the bank!

I ve been taking my vehicle to these guys for about 3 years and they ve always done a great job with fixing whatever needs to be fixed. I m pretty particular with keeping my cars in top shape and Import Auto Clinic is the best!

Went in for a quote about a month and half ago on my minivan and the quote was extremely high. Went to Toyota and had it done for LESS. I took the quote they gave me to the dealership and they were going to charge me more hours. Don t recommend this place.

We ve been here twice, once when AAA towed our RV here and this time for an oil change and cabin air filters to be changed. Both times super friendly and got the work done quickly.

This shop has been fantastic! We had a lot of trouble with a 2011 Audi we purchased and they have been nothing but helpful. Super transparent with the issues and work that needed/needs to be done. Told us what they would recommend doing right away to get it in drivable condition and what could wait so we knew where the budget should be. We weren't able to go ahead with the work right away and they had no issues. I cannot recommend them enough for imported cars! So helpful, friendly, kind and understanding!

I took my Highlander to these guys for a thermostat replacement. They were friendly, efficient, easy to talk to and pressure free. I feel so lucky to have found them and will take my vehicles to them for many years to come! Thank you for taking care of me, and at a reasonable and fair price!!

If I could give 6 stars I would. I've worked with many auto service businesses and this is one of the best experiences I've had. They communicated very well with me, always giving an update on repair. I was quoted a price for the repair and even though they ran into issues during the repair and it took them longer, and more man power to complete the job, they stuck to their price. They didn't come back to me and add to my bill. I felt they are very honest and I wasn't worried about upselling. If you need service, I'd highly recommend them.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement

VERY VERY professional work done nothing but pure quality here wouldn t go anywhere else period! Very reasonable with prices especially for the quality work done to my 350z!! Brian at Import Auto was upfront and personal. His professionalism and obvious mechanical knowledge and shop-know-how helped my experience in dealing with some difficult decisions for my VW. He was kind and honest from the beginning on a lengthy phone call with lists of questions, to in and out the door with three separate repairs. I recommend dealing with Brian at Import Auto Clinic because his quotes were direct, accurate, and honest and he treats you as an equal. The auto-work was done very timely, and he personally called me on any concerns, questions, and possible delays.
