I ve been going to Hatch for years now. They have honestly been so good to work with, I ve had problems with a lot of shops over the years but I ve never had an issue with Hatch. They have worked on multiple vehicles of mine, my family and friends as well. Although they are always busy it s never a been a problem. Mark is such a good guy and a great mechanic, just don t ask for him by name . He s got enough going on I m now taking my diesel in for emissions, as the Davis County regulations have changed and I don t have to go to the Kaysville test site. If you ve ever taken a 7.3 Powerstroke to the county for emissions you know how stressful the dyno test is while feeling completely hopeless in the waiting room Thanks Will and everyone in the office also!

I've gone here for many years, and it's gone very well. They never overcharge me, and usually, they find the problem. They always are honest. 100%. This is more than I can say about most places. Advanced isn't very advanced. :) Egan wants all your money. Les Schwab wants to replace everything on brakes rather than just what needs replacing. These guys just fix what needs fixing and charge a fair price. I wish they would open on Saturday, but it's their business. If you want a good repair for a fair price, go to Hatch. Fair warning, you might want to make an appointment a week in advance.

It s been years since I first started coming here. I know it s not easy to a find a shop you can trust, and one that is honest with fair prices. Hatch is the place to bring your vehicle to when it needs repair work done on it. The work speaks for itself and if something is wrong, they ll make it right. There s a reason why they re always busy, and most of the time you have to schedule in advance. They are a great group of people!

I have to say, I absolutely love what Hatch's did with my truck. I know that it took them a while ( August to November ), but in their defense, I told them to take their time to make sure it looked great. The customs place on 193 quoted me 5,000+, and Hatch's did it for only 2,400. They installed new bed sides(old ones were rusted on wheel wells), and installed inner bed sides, installed my chrome accessories, and put my 4x4 badges back on. I absolutely love the way it looks. Great job, guys. Thank you.

THANK YOU for your wonderful service. I have been taking my car here for years and I will continue to do so. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, and their pricing is always fair. I NEVER feel like I'm getting scammed when I come here. Just today I brought my Hyundai in for a diagnostic, they said they drove it around and couldn't find anything and they didn't charge me. Although I would have been happy to pay for their time. Thanks again, you guys are amazing.

Hatch Auto is not the place to take your car in for mechanical work. I brought in my 2002 Acura RSX for a clutch replacement. They told me that it would be done by the next day, and then failed to communicate and I had to call them for information.They continued to find unrelated issues to my clutch replacement, such as engine sensors and timing. I told them that my engine had no issues prior to taking it to them, and they blew it off as low oil pressure. I had changed my oil less than a thousand miles before bringing the car to them.I decided after a week of their shenanigans to remove the car from their custody. I had to tow it out of the lot and work painstakingly on it myself to get the engine running. Once I did, I drove the car for about 300 miles before the transmission failed, and I came to find out that Hatch Auto left the transmission dry. It had no fluid at all.Hatch Auto is not a competent or honest auto shop. They have cost me thousands of dollars, they didn't make it right, they took far too long, their customer service is the worst I've ever seen at an auto shop, they didn't even give me a list of work done when they charged me with a work order, I'm surprised that anyone has had a positive experience with this shop.

HATCH goes above and beyond to take care of you! We got in a fender bender and Hatch was the only Repair shop that was open to working with us on a time crunch. We were out of state on a road trip for work and needed the car fixed over the weekend. Most other places said it would be 2-3 weeks before they could get us in. Hatch got everything done, probably working over time over the weekend just to accommodate our schedule. They were extremely thorough and so personable! I would recommend them to anyone! We are very satisfied with the outcome and so grateful for a shop who listened to our needs. Thanks Hatch for the amazing customer service!!!

Hatch is the best. I will admit, sometimes they are on the unorganized side of things, but they have saved me so much money over time. I do not have the best driving history and occasionally I hit things. They are super affordable when it comes to getting my car fixed. I recently had a teenage driver hit me and they were able to get my bumper fixed within the week. Super happy with them and their service.

We have had Hatch Auto Body do body work on three cars this year alone! Our daughter backed into a parking garage post: our son scraped his door on the stone by our garage door, and an old crack in my rear bumper finally blew out all the way, and needed replacement. In each case, Hatch did excellent work for us--even my dad (a car guy since the 40's) was super impressed. Morgan was so considerate, helpful, and informative as we worked with him toward the best outcome for each vehicle. We got accurate estimates, scheduled the repairs, and they were always completed right on time, and to estimated cost :) Perfect!

The guys at Hatch did a nice job on our car, but the customer service end was a little rough. When we dropped the car off on Monday we were told it would be 3-4 days. When we had not heard anything from them by Friday I called and was told it would not be done until Monday. Monday when we called they told us it was all done but then someone in their shop scratched the door so they had to repaint. Long and short of it we were with out the car for 9 days. When we picked up the car all they offered was an apology. A couple calls during the process, to keep us updated, would have changed the experience.Service: Body & Trim

Hatch Auto Body just repaired bumper & fender of our 2001 Bonneville and it looks beautiful. They got it in within one day of estimate and completed the work in timely manner - true you their word it was done by weeks end and looks as good as new and at best price! They are great to work with and treat you well. If I need auto repair again I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this family business.

It's rare to find an auto shop that you can trust to be honest. Hatch is one of these places. We took my elderly mom's vehicle in for a complete service. It's at 105k miles so we thought we'd have them do the timing belt and water pump, too. We went to pick it up and the bill was a fraction of what we were quoted. Apparently my late father had the water pump and timing belt replaced a year or so ago. The mechanic noticed the belt and pump were both new and saved my mom a lot of her fixed income money.

Took longer than said. Car was in wreck. Had insurance. They charged insurance for alignment. Alignment wasn't done. I took it back and they tried charging me for the alignment that they never did in the first place and already charged the insurance for. Didn't reprogram my windows. Tried to charge me for a new tire when the tire wasn't ruined. The so called new tire looked like the old tire to me. Had my keys thrown at me because they were upset I was demanding not being charged a second time for the alignment that wasn't done the first time. I had to take my car back 3 times after it was supposably fixed and returned to me. They never kept me up to date or called when the car was done. I had to keep calling and finding things out. The original quote was about 3500 and they ended up charging insurance almost 7 grand. Things supposably got fixed that I didn't think we're needed because there was no damage. The car was in a 5 mph wreck. They use to be awesome and honest. Have used them many times. Things have changed. I wouldn't trust them and I definitely will never go back and will make sure no one I know goes to them and has to deal with the nightmare I had to deal with. I could go on but I won't. You get the point. Get your auto care needs done elsewhere. You will be happy you did.

My truck was breaking down and smoking on a trip through town and I knew I couldn't make it to my usual mechanic, and I had heard good things about Hatch on the Kaysville Facebook page, so I hobbled in there and they were super helpful. They got it right up on the lift (when other places I called said it would be a few hours before they could even look at it) and diagnosed my problem. The parts were ordered immediately and the work was done within a few hours of the part getting in. These look like down to earth, honest mechanics. It's only been one visit so far, but I already like them more than my previous mechanic, I'll definitely be giving these guys another try.

Love Hatch Auto Repair! We've had 2 cars repaired here, both rear end collisions. Both cars looked like new when the job was done. Doesn't look like there was a wreck in the first place. Cost was good for the job as well! No complaints here.

Took my car in to Hatch last week with an insurance quote. They were able to schedule me in within a few days. When i picked up my vehicle I noticed that the rocker panel was not seated correctly. Morgan looked at my vehicle and agreed with what I saw and took the car back into the shop for a quick adjustment. The second go around the car looked fantastic. I also noticed that multiple other paint flaws and chips had been touched up that I did not even bring to their attention on the opposite end of the car. MORGAN, YOU ARE THE MAN!

Hatch did excellent auto body work on my car and restored it into perfect factory condition after a serious accident damaged most of the front end.I would recommend Hatch Auto Body Repair to all of my friends and family, their technicians are highly skilled and they took really good care of me.

Estimate was half the price of young Chevrolet. Work was EXCELLENT. They had the vehicle back to me right when they said. What's more...they were totally friendly...not really what you expect with a shop full of men. Highly recommend.

Fantastic for Autobody work!! They came in $500 less than my insurance estimate so my repair didn't cost me a dime! They are always really busy but very kind and helpful. I will def return for any future work. THANKS!!

Of all the place's I have taken my cars These guys aren't perfect and they don't try to cover it up, All the work done on my cars from tire changes/purchases, emissions, minor and major repairs they have taken good care of my vehicles. I can't say that for Young's, Larry Miller, Burt Bros, I got the stories to make it real. I am satisfied very much so with the way they take care of me.

I owned my Honda Civic Type R for 1 month before a friend accidentally backed into the front, driver's side door. There was a significant dent, and damage to the paint. At my daughter's recommendation, I took my car to Hatch Auto Body. They restored the door to NEW condition. It looks perfect. I was very impressed by their quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail. The only drawback was that the repair took a few days longer than originally estimated. But you can't argue with the results.

We worked with Morgan and he did a great job. The finish work Hatch did was excellent. I hope not to be back, but will if I need to. I highly recommend this place and thanks Hatch and Morgan for doing such a great job.

Im a military spouse and leave it to as soon as my husband is gone on training for my car to act up! Not only did they recommend a great towing company to get my overheating car to their shop but they got the problem fixed way faster than they said they would. The price was reasonable and the staff was honest and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CHEATS!!!! They told me my vehicle would be done in 2 weeks after an accident and it has been 2 MONTHS!!! I tried to get my car out to take it somewhere else, but they threatened to charge me a huge storage fee for the time it had already spent there. I cannot believe how horrible this experience has been. Every time I go down there to check on it I find that they haven't even started, and when I ask to speak to the manager I watch him run and hide in his office while the other employees lie to my face and tell me he is not there. Please save yourself the headache and stay as far away from these people as possible!!!!
