Service is great and the people are very, very helpful. They stand by their work and are honest, not always something that goes hand in hand with mechanics, but these guys know their stuff. Love the work they did on my Jeep!

This shop is awesome, they have everything I need for my out door adventures. Tires, wheels, lifts, cargo sets, lights. They do a vary good professional job. On all the electronic set up you will never see any cable, they always put perfection in all there work. The salesman are always helpful on finding everything you need for the perfect and safest replacement. Customer service is there #1 goal. They not just do off road vehicles, they do air, repair, and all size vehicles. All vehicles are treated with care, test drove, and locked up ready for customers pick up. There is also same day tire and replacement, alignment, and other minor repairs. Stop by the shop on Saturdays during the summer hours and they have hotdogs and chips, and lots of other activities, like car shows, swap meets, or just a open showroom.

They did a great job upgrading my truck. Kevin was very professional and helpful. Parts arrived within a few days of ordering, they got me on the schedule the day after arrival, and had the leveling kit, tires/rims installed in a day. Truck looks great! Thank you.

Unfortunately my Jeep was worked on by two other shops, including dealership, before taking it to FB s costing me thousands and never fixing the suspension issues (including causing new issues). FB s worked hard to find and fix at the best price possible. They ve earned my business.

Fat bob s do bad workmanshipBad customer service they can promise you a lot but they don t care ones you step out of his shop you basically lose your money. I Ben waiting 4 months to get my truck fix but never received a call back from them

Have had suspension work done on both a new Tundra and a first gen Taco. They ve been great both times. Recommend getting in touch early though because they are consistently busy.

Marc is the man!! I ve ordered my lift kits for my 4Runner and Tundra through them and have always felt they have been great. When I wasn t sure what to get for my 4Runner, Marc was very good about not trying to sell me way more than I would need, and being very easy to work with. When my Tundra needed some pretty hands on work, I knew I could trust FB to get the job done.Marc has built a trusting relationship to where if he told me I needed something on my vehicle, there is no doubt. If you are looking for a place that will take care of your pride and joy without the shade tree tactics, FB is the place, and Marc is your guy!

FB s did a great job replacing shocks, struts, and tires. They even got bodywork done after an accident happened to us and my 2008 FJ looks . Big up to Bill for another great job

An honest review. I changed the first review because it was a review about the side of the freeway with duct tape. Fat Bob's and Zac (service writer) made things more than right by going above and beyond what was expected to fix the problem by knowing what work I wanted done in the future. They trimmed the bumper by putting a Viper cut on my 4Runner, which they knew I wanted, while also noticing my tires were rubbing the body mount, so they fixed that too and restored my faith in coming back to Fat Bob's for the rest of my build on this 4Runner. If they don't have a Fat Bob's sticker, I'll have one made so when people ask, I'll have a story for why I have a sticker and why they should shop there. Thanks for restoring my faith by going above and beyond and actually listening to customers and their reviews.

I worked with Mark over there at fat Bob's garage. I brought my truck over to the shop and had Mark look at it so he could order me shocks for it. Needless to say, once I was installing the shocks. I noticed that the front shocks he had ordered were not correct and did not fit my truck. They had to reorder the right ones because it was incorrect. Waited around for about a week.Finally gave them a call and they said that my shocks were there. I wouldn't recommend going in there and taking your truck here to order any type of parts that you're installing yourself because you could just get it wrong yourself and then deal with it that way instead of having to deal with them.

Fat Bob s is awesome! I was referred to Zac the sales guy there from another satisfied customer and Zac is a stud - he is very friendly and fair and accommodating; so were all the staff and mechanics I encountered there. My truck looks sick and in the 3000 miles I ve put on it, the one minor issue that I just barely had was more due to the fact that my 2022 frontier is a brand new model and one of the first few they ve done and they were super cool about adjusting a wire that wasn t their fault - they didn t charge me anything and let me come right in the next day. High-quality workmanship and great products and materials - they re just awesome people and I have been very satisfied with everything! Plus look how sick my truck looks!

Got off to a rough start with an install gone bad and it happens. As an update they made it right with me and worked with me on my personal situation and ensured me this was really just a one off occurrence. Doing the math they did compensate me fairly for my time and effort put into fixing the problem and I do appreciate that. I certainly believe that this may have just been a one off and will still probably bring my vehicle back for other maintenance needs if I feel lazy again. Good people.

Pictures show my side steps were being held together with duct tape as they had rusted though. Called for help from Fat Bob s and before you knew it, they had wheel to wheel side steps for my FJ Cruiser in stock and installed them super fast. Been getting my tires from them for over a decade and will continue to us them for whatever comes up. They re helping keep my 08 FJ running and looking like a champ

I have taken 2 of my 4runners to Fat Bobs Garage for full suspension, wheel and tire upgrades. I would highly recommend these guys for any of your 4x4 needs. UPDATE 9/21/23:I have to update my review . After all the issues, there was a miscommunication, Marc called me and took care me , he was very professional and nice to of me, at the end, my lights arrived on 9/18/23, and were installed next day 9/19/23. I did not have to wait longer for the installation. The lights look good, overall, they did an excellent job, I think it was worth it the wait. Marc was always nice to me, I will definitely comeback to the shop, I might have to buy some lockers . I highly recommend this shop and if you need someone to help you out, ask for Marc. He is the best. ..I went to the shop on 8/26/23, placed an order of some pillar lights and bumper lights along with a switch panel.I paid a total of $3200 including $1000 labor, but it has been almost 3 weeks and they still waiting for the lights and switch panel, 3 weeks waiting , I have called 3 times this week for an update, they said Mark was going to call me, still waiting for the call. When I bought this lights I told them I will need them ASAP because I had to go out of town off-road. 3 weeks then I will have to wait more than 10 days to setup an appointment for installation. I might have to wait around 5 weeks if they got the lights next week, then I will have to pay them $1000 labor for installation, to install 4 lights and switch panel they will charge me around 5 or 6 hours of labor..wow Horrible service, no communication, they don t really care about customers, they care about making customers spend a lot o money. What I think is ridiculous is that I will have to wait up to 10 days for installation once they get the parts , I have already wait 3 weeks, I hope the owner can do something about this, there are other shop out there that they will get all this done in 1 week. I decided to come to this shop because a friend of mine said good things about them, I am really disappointed.

The guys at Fat Bobs garage are great! I bought a brand new 2021 tundra and it drove really odd to me. With the recommendation by Bill I lifted the front 3 inches with their coil overs and a one inch out back. Once I drove it to work the next day it drove way better! I went from hating the truck to really liking the way it drives. I also had them put the amped electric steps on. They work great too. This is my second vehicle I ve lifted with them. And I loved the way they both drive now! Thanks guys!

Jon over at Fat Bobs has helped me since day 1. He is awesome, super helpful, and willing to go above and beyond for his customers. I started my bringing my Jeep Wrangler in when it ran into some issues and Jon helped me get it all fixed up so I could sell it and get my Toyota Tundra. He hooked me up with a new 7in. Fox BDS coil over lift as well as tires and wheels. I'm in love and couldn't be happier with all the work they put in over there to help me build my dream truck.

Had a level kit installed, and these guys were nothing but professional! Had the level kit and tires ordered and stocked within a couple of days. Was able to drop my truck off and they were ready to get the work done. Everything was done professionally, and their parts guys at the front counter were awesome to deal with! They helped me with future products for my truck and were clear on the warranty that I was covered under! I can t wait to deal with these guys again, and it was a top notch experience!!! I was also able to purchase an exhaust kit for my truck that was newly released for purchase, and the guys at Fat Bobs were able to find one available, and had it ready for pick in no time though tireless searching!

Ordered 2.5" lift and level spring kit with extended sway bar links for 99-04 jeep Grand Cherokee. Received confirmation email for my order the next day.Shipping is fast; Received my order within the week of order.Installed the springs and links the day after receiving them; exceeded my expectations.I recommend ordering this kit with the shocks and links. Don't waste your time. My Jeep rides better now than factory with improved ride hight.

I've used Fat Bob's for multiple small to medium sized projects for several years. When the time came to do my dream build on an '06 LJ I knew they would take care of me and I was not mistaken. They absolutely nailed it on this project and I couldn't be happier! My service advisor, Wade, has been fantastic to work with. I think I'm a pretty "high maintenance" client, and he's always been patient and open to my ideas while helping me to make good choices for my vehicles. I like how all of the service advisors work together to share their experiences and ideas to help me get just the right setup for me. There may be other shops that are less expensive, but in the long run are they really? Get it done right the first time. Go to Fat Bob's.

Josh and the dudes at Fat Bob s took great care of me. They put a 2.5 lift on my new Frontier and also installed my Prinsu roof rack. I have been standing in my driveway basking in its glow. Guess I should go get it dirty now.

6 months ago Fat Bob's installed their "Predator Strike Force" 3" lift kit on my Tacoma. I can say that they do quality work! The lift is still performing great on and off-road. This lift kit rides excellent, if not better than the factory! Much better than other lifted Tacoma's I have been in. Fat Bob's also did some work for me on an F-150. On the F-150 they were willing to price match a competitors price on 2.5" Fox coilovers and always did a great job with installation. They are always helpful and friendly when I bring a vehicle in for work. 5 out of 5 times I will recommend Fat Bob's to a friend.

I heard good things about fat bobs. However my experience was nothing close to good. In February 2022 I had them install a lift on my truck that was 8 months old. While they were reinstalling the fender liner a technician decided to secure the fender liner with a bolt 3 times bigger than stock. That screw cut a wire in the wire housing and it shorted out one of the computer modules in the truck and it wouldn t start. Fat bobs were very secretive about all of this they wouldn t accept any blame and they just told me they had to take it to the GM dealer to have them take a look. The truck sat in the GM dealer for a couple weeks. I had to drive to the dealer and talk to them directly. I would recommend Young Buick GMC they were very nice and upfront with me. During the 2-3 week period my truck was being repaired by the dealer, I asked fat bobs to provide me with a car for transportation. They said they wouldn t because it wasn t their fault. I drove up to the shop and had to yell at them in person to get a loaner car to get me around for the 2-3 week period while Young GMC repaired the broken computer modules and wiring harness.I understand things happen and people make mistakes while working on cars, but fat bobs should have owned up to this and provided me with transportation without me having to yell at them in person.--update: @Bobs reply, LOL. Yes you were hiding what you did! Its okay just be upfront with your customers next time!

Had a leveling kit put on my F150 after being referred by a friend. They also installed my tires so I didn't have to go through two alignments. Super happy with the service. Just had my re-torque done, they got me in and out quickly which is super convenient for my busy schedule. Highly recommend these guys!

Nice enough guys but I don't recommend unless you live close and are willing to return for issues. I bought their vated suspension lift package for my 4runner. I drive this car low miles...around 5k miles a year with no off-roading. The bushings went bad twice. The first time they replaced with the same bushings. The second time I paid for an upgraded bushing. Now my alignment is off but I'm not willing to drive back for them to correct it. I'm done with FBG.

Just picked my Tacoma up and super impressed! I was very hesitant to lift my truck as I have never done it before. Travis was great to deal with especially as I called numerous times during the process as I was nervous about it. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Everyone at this business is polite and professional and I am very happy to give them my business.

I took my 97 4runner in to get a VATER ADJUSTABLE COILS lift kit, new 33" MT. tires and 18" fuel triton wheels I asked them to replace all the tie rods they called me to say the right control arm was bad so fix that to. OK IM $5394.89 ALL IN ( IT SQUEAKS LOADER AND LOADER I SEE THEY ONLY BOLTED HALF THE SWAY BAR ON AND Didn't GREASE ANYTHING SO I TAKE IT BACK THEY HAVE IT FROM START TO CLOSE AND ONLY PUT ONE BOLT IN THE SWAY BAR IT STILL SQUEAKS. HERE'S THE KICKER I USED TO WORK THERE I CAN SEE THE OWNER ONLY CARES ABOUT MAKING THE DOLLAR NOT CUSTOMERS HAPPINESS SAD DAY KEVIN AND BILL
