Their detailing team is AMAZING! I had two of my Subarus cleaned up by them- and I was blown away!My Outback had been detailed by another guy twice before, and he did okay, but after Fast Track finished it made that older used car with almost 200K miles look BRAND new! Even the black marks on the seatbelts were gone, and every smudge or speck on the headliner! Their platinum detail is the way to go for a complete, full overhaul.And my WRX (130K mikes) was so stinking beautiful when they detailed it for me to put up for sale, that it made it twice as hard to do so. There s nobody better!

Had my truck in there for routine maintenance. The following week my upper control arm & ball joint failed. Reached out to Blake thinking it was work related to my alignment. Upon further investigation the ball joint failed causing the damage. Blake sent a tow truck to get my truck to the shop. He ordered parts & worked with extended warranty to ensure it was covered. Once the R control arm arrived, Blake discovered the L control arm seized up. He ordered this replacement as well. He once again ensured this too was covered under warranty. Blake I m sure was doing his job but he went above & beyond to ensure I was taken care of. He also got me into a rental vehicle. I highly recommend Young Fast Track. & ask for Blake.

Went to fast track for a oil change and fuel filter swap. Service was completed in a reasonable amount of time, however I wasn't impressed with the video up-selling additional services, in my opinion the engine air filter and cabin air filter replacements are not worth what they were charging. Additionally after the service, the fuel system wasn't primed and was hard to start, none of the service life percentages were reset and the old oil service sticker was crumpled up and thrown on the floor of my vehicle. When I take my vehicle to be serviced by a dealership I expect a certain level of attention to detail that I don't feel I received, especially when paying a premium price.

I took my 2018 Camaro in for regular maintenance. Everything seems to be fine but shortly afterwards I had a major break failure. I've been told they can't see it when they check the breaks....Yeah,right. No guys, I'm not coming back.

An oil change will take 1-2 hours even if it s not busy. I ve brought my car in multiple times and it s ridiculously slow every single time.

This places is great. Always treating us like family. Jaden was really great. Was super friendly & was very informative. Her customer service was over the moon even after I was snippy with her. I know no excuse but it was 7:30am. For that I am sorry. When we buy a new car it will be from Layton Young Chevrolet it will be because of Jaden & her team. & we will continue to bring our vehicles to be serviced from them.Services: Tires, Oil change

Jaden Murphy was incredibly friendly and provided great customer service. She was very efficient. I appreciated how she explained the services that would be done and what to expect. In addition to my initial oil change and inspection, I had to have some more work done on my car that was urgent; she helped me get something scheduled for next day.

I have owned my jeep now for 6 years and always taken it to fast track to register it. Austin was the manager originally and always helped me out. The new manager clearly doesn't know what he is doing. I say bring Austin back. I have been going to fast track since March to try and register my jeep. The first test failed because of an exhaust leak. After I fixed that the second test failed because of some codes. When I took it in yesterday 5/24 to see if I had fixed the problem they said they couldnt run the test because I had straight piped my jeep and it was missing 2 catalytic converters. I tried to show them where it was and explained that the only new pipe I put in was the one they told me to fix because of the leak. the manager told me his tech was new so he is unsure why I've never had any problems in the past. It was the same tech that has worked on my jeep multiple times. So now because I've fixed a leak in my exhaust pipethat they told me to fix they won't run an emissions test because they think it's straight piped. I'm not even a mechanic and I know that my jeep isn't missing any catalytic converters. I will never be going back to fast track. I took it to burt brothers and they ran the test just fine. They have definitely lost my business and my recommendations.

Helpful staff that keeps you informed about your service. Nice waiting area with complimentary popcorn, coffee and hot chocolate. Vending machines available also in waiting area.

I have been having car trouble for months. I took my car into jiffy lube, grease monkey, and nothing changed. I brought my car here and the team had me taken care of within 5 minutes. They have a solid team. Definitely would recommend.

We recently had our car detailed at Fast Track and they did an awesome job. Rachel was fabulous help, very professional and kind! We were able to get in quickly and are extremely happy with the results. We will definitely bring the rest of our vehicles here for future services.Thank you again Rachel. I think "Fast "Track" is an oxymoron. We had a scheduled appointment and had to wait 10 min to even have an employee acknowledge us (maybe if I were a man it would have been different?) If we're in the middle of a pandemic, maybe we should schedule accordingly to avoid overcrowded waiting rooms.Between this experience and the salespersons at Young Kia, I'll pass on any Young businesses. No thanks.

Do not make an appt they will take forever and make you wait anyways. I had an appt waited an hour and after one hour when I went up to tell them I would have to leave they still hadn t pulled my car in. They then informed me they didn t have my oil filter and were trying to locate one. I would have been more understanding if they had just informed me of what was going on. Also what is the point of taking down all my vehicle info when I called to make the appt if they didn t even have my oil filter??

I had gotten a flat tire just before I was supposed to head out of town both of which were pretty stressful. The lobby was busy, but everyone all the employees worked through it with ease! They were beyond friendly, so kind and professional. Rachel Dixon helped me and she even stayed after her shift to make sure my needs were met. I m Completely grateful for her help she kept things calm and collected while keeping the ball rolling. I ve always recommended Fast Track, but today I ll definitely RAVE to people to come here! Rachel is amazing! I went to Fast Track for my oil change and tire rotation included with the purchase of my vehicle. She made everything easy and fun. She made sure I was comfortable. She reviewed everything with me from the notes the techs made and even walked me out to my car since I was the last appointment and no one was there. I have later gone back for the same service and she was NOT there but she still made sure I got the appointment I needed (to work with my new jobs training schedule). When I went in for my service, the guys working inside were not as friendly and did not review the service with me. I had to ask what everything on the paperwork meant. It was boring and impersonal. I REALLY like Rachel! Keep her around!!!!!

I had my oil changed here and decided to do it myself the next time because I normally do the oil changes myself. Only reason I didn't do it myself last time is because I had a new engine put in my tahoe and chevy wanted an authorized service center to check and change the oil 500 miles after the new engine to check for any metal shavings or anything. Well this time when I went to change the oil I noticed the filter was bent and my socket would not grip the filter to get it off. Obviously that's an issue. Reason I am giving 5 stars is because I called them and let them know about the bent filter and how I could not remove it and my tahoe was stuck with no oil and a bad bent filter on Jacks in my driveway. The manager stood behind their work 100% he sent Trevon from fastrak out to my house and he handled it quick. Also installed my new filter as well as the plug. No charge. Service like that is rare now a days. I will always trust and recommend this place because of it. Trevon also deserves a raise amazing job and thanks for standing behind your work.

I got a coupon for a free oil change for a friend who bought a new car from Young Chevy, and I have to say my perception of the company has been improved much by this interaction. I had some negative experiences way back in the day that tainted my preferences about the Young Group. But the folks running the Fast Track Service dept made a great impression!! All the service advisors were very professional and friendly, Blake (I think his name was) when I checked in, set proper expectations of the time it would take to get it done, seeing as they are suddenly down four technicians, but made sure to keep me updated as they worked through the line of vehicles and made sure I was comfortable in the waiting area.Honestly, based on the number of vehicles that were already there, and the short staffed position they were in, that it would have taken a LOT longer to get my truck through. But from the time I walked in, to the time I was driving out, it was less than 90 minutes!! I will definitely be coming back for future services of the regular maintenance stuffs. Took my car in for routine maintenance of an oil change and car rotation. 2 days after, the engine light went on and the car was making noise. Took the car back for diagnostics and Blake and team was excellent at making sure to figure out the problem and getting it fixed. Turned out that the engine light and the noise was the same problem and the Fast Track Tram got my car up and running in no time. The best part is that it was covered by GM and i didn't have to pay for the repair. I've been taking my car to Fast Track since 2016 and I will continue to take it to them as long as it takes. Came in for an Oil change and they found that my Tacoma needed an alignment and new Serpentine belt. Austin took care of me and was very professional and helpful. Entire thing took 2 hours and they gave me a free token for the car wash around the corner. The price was reasonable. Thanks for the great service.

I've taken the car I bought from Young Chevy here for service several times because the service was complimentary. The first few times my experience was sub-par, enough so that I wrote a couple emails to them about my issues, mostly dealing with scheduling system mess ups and poor communication between sales and service.However, this time I showed up and the experience was completely different. Almost instantly after taking my name, Rachel pulled up my appointment info and service histroy and was knowledgable about everything I needed. Perhaps they started looking through their appointments ahead of time. Not only was I treated well, but every other customer interaction I witnessed while waiting for my vehicle was respectfull and helpful. I hope Rachel is working every time I need to service my vehicle and this trip led to re-think my plan to stop taking my vehicle here for service after my complimentary visits were used.
