Alex at Euro Rehab is great to work with - very professional and attentive in his responses. Highly recommend these guys for any parts needs for Audis. Good people and fast service. I bought an RS7 motor from Alex and the process was very easy and painless, as opposed to most parts resellers.

They sold me a door for $500 that was full of bondo and paint cracks that was not in the description. They damaged my door while packaging it and when it arrived to me destroyed they told me they couldn t help me. I opened a claim with eBay and it was not paid. Aaron on the phone was 0 help and had no intention of helping customers. This is a disgusting untrustworthy business. I hope this review saves at least a few people the total headache and money/time I wasted. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEIR EBAY ACCOUNT IT IS ALL SUBLETTED JUNK FROM ALL OVER THE COUNTRY

Called in store to order a part. Was told to give them my personal info so they can call me back while he run to go see if they still have it in stock. Call hrs later just to get a oh, I haven t looked at it yet . Lmao what a joke

Originally ordered a part from their EBay store. Called and spoke with Aaron to see if I could pay to expedite the shipping. He was able to help me and even sent me a confirmation so I could track the order. Service exceeded my expectations, got the part fast and my car is now up and running again. Appreciate it!

Bought a rebuilt A4 Allroad from Alex - very good experience! Had it for nearly a year now without any concerns at all. They went out of their way to meet my needs and offered a quality vehicle at a very fair price: what more could you want? Highly recommended.

I recently bought a replacement door for my RS4 and had it shipped up to Toronto Ontario. Shipping was done by YRC Freight and Gateway Customs Broker to clear it. The door was well packaged in bubble wrap and card board as well as an enclosed pallet. It was also easy to get all the information i needed prior and they also helped me out the price as well! Thanks for the easy sale and I'll be sure to look you guys up for more parts.

Alex is great to work with and knowledgeable about Audi's! I would definitely recommend buying parts and or if your in the market for an Audi I would recommend buying from Alex. If I had any questions he was quick to respond and helpful in every way. I bought my daughter a rebuilt Audi from Alex and I couldn't tell where the car had been in a accident! He and team did an amazing job! Thanks Alex!!

Purchased a used VW Sportwagon from Euro Rehab. Excellent price and after driving it heavily for 2 months, I can say this is the best used car and easiest process to purchase a car I have ever had.Since they also sell parts from used cars it appears that if the used car isn t in excellent condition they part it out, otherwise they sell the car - great deal for them and even better for folks looking for a used car in excellent condition at a great deal.I now tell my friends to check here first for a used car and will buy my next car from here again. Highly recommend!!!

Purchased used auto armrest from seller on eBay. Corresponded on-line (documented) with seller prior to purchase and asked if it was exact part number I provided on-line correspondence. Seller answered Yes ; part wasn t what I had exactly specified. Part arrived damaged even though nothing disclosed in pictures or description. Seller claimed it must have popped out (during shipping?). Left neutral feedback for seller on eBay saying: Questions not answered clearly and part arrived with shortcomings which not disclosed . After checking my feedback on eBay a couple of hours later it wasn t displayed on seller s feedback anymore!? eBay representative Blake in a phone call on December 18, 2018 said seller called in to ask eBay to remove my feedback which Blake admitted was valid but removed due to human error but cannot or will not restore because of eBay policy regardless how or why it was removed.

BUYER BEWARE: They still ain't shipped my Audi parts and i paid months ago when i called & spoke to Alexa (he is the owner so he says) he said that i did not update my address and that it was just too late for me because the refund period has expired! So i never got my parts and i don't get a refund? That's stealing! What a bunch a crooks and loosers!
