I will forever come to discount tires, I ve been coming here for a few years now and they takes the best care of me.I m pregnant and I got new tires online plus the warranty, a couple of months ago. After that I took it to Les Schwab for an alignment. I noticed that the tires were balding and the cords were showing, Les schwab told me I didn t need an alignment. Well unfortunately that was not the case; I was in serious need of an alignment to the point where I could have had a blow out within the next week. For my safety and my baby, Dawson, Madison, and Dylan; helped with my tire situation, replaced all 4 tires, adjusted my alignment and sent me on my way. They even stayed an hour past closing to help! Just knowing I could trust discount and having that customer satisfaction is a huge appreciation! Thank you again! They deserve the absolute best!

Every single employee I encountered was fantastically awesome, nice, and super helpful. I was a walk in to get my rear tires balanced and was told I would not be able to get it started for an hour or so. I said okay that is not bad. Ethan the technician was COMPLETE with what I needed, at the time I was told my truck couldn't get in until. I wish this was my local Discount Tire but sadly I live 1,600 miles away. I love love love this location.

About 2 weeks ago we took my mom's jeep Cherokee to this location. There was a nail in the sidewall of her tire. The tires didn't come from discount tire, my brother had them put on but couldn't remember where. The tire had to be replaced. Madison is the most amazing person ever. She was so helpful with getting us taken care of even though we had never bought tires there. She treated us like we were their best customers. Thanks so much for having such amazing customer service. We will definitely be back when we need tires for our own vehicles.

I had a screw in one of my tires on Saturday. I went to Sam's Club (where I have a membership). After waiting for quite a while to get somebody at the counter, they went out and looked at my tire. He said it wasn't repairable because it looked like it might (emphasize might) be too close to the wall and I would need to buy another one. But he also said they were too busy today so I would need to come back another day (the next available appointment was Wednesday). I could try a walk-in on Monday, but that was the extent of my options. So I drove it across the street to Discount Tire. They looked at my tire and said they thought they could repair it. They got me right in, gave me an estimated time of completion (which was only 2 minutes off of their actual completion time), and fixed my tire free of charge! You saved me a couple hundred bucks today. Thank you Discount Tire!

My personal experience was fine. However, while I was there two other customers had issues including the wrong tires being put on without consent and not matching what was ordered and the other having tires installed on different wheels than expected. Check your order carefully. This could be a result of being very busy, but they were fairly dismissive rather than quick to correct the problems

This discount tire is excellent. Multiple times they have gone above and beyond, which has not always been my experience at discount tires in the past. Would highly recommend this location. Great customer service.

TPS sensors never was relearned from previous place , discount said truck is good and sent me on my way to Heber in a 24 ram 2500 with 29psi in rear tire with a nail in it , Waste of 45 min

Great place to have your bead lock rims installed for you UTV! We source a lot of tires from these guys! Mitch and crew are top notch! Excellent young guys that want to do the very best each and every time. They take pride in their work and it shows.

Dawson was great helping me with everything from my tires to my windshield wipers! He had great customer service and was amazing at helping everyone out despite how busy it was! I m very impressed with Dawson and would recommend Dawson helping you out with your tire needs! Thank you Dawson!

We use this shop for all our customers and us personally! They are quick and honest. Mitch has been one of the best managers I have ever worked with and I know that if I send one of my employees, customers, friends, or family down they will take care of them.

Typically I ve had a great experience at this location with my vehicles, but today I am not too happy. A year ago I put an 80,000 mile warranty tire on there and have 20,000 miles on it. Got a flat pick it over to get it repaired, however being so close to the sidewall they wouldn t fix it. They could prorate the tire. The tire brand new measures at a 10 and it measures at a six right now with one year of life and 20,000 miles. So in the end, I ve only used 25% of the tire, but almost wore half of the tread, but I should have 75% left. However, their proration would only give me back 30% of the tire, not 75%, but 30%. Explain that math to me?

Every single time I walk into this store, I have an amazing experience. Something simple as always opening the door goes a long way! I would hate to shout out anyone specifically since they are all amazing! They have always treated me right. They don't try to nickel and dime you like the dealership. I have spent thousands of dollars in tires here and they will forever have my business.

The crew here is awesome! My tire kept having issues and I wasn t sure why so I stopped by and they found a screw in my back tire. They took it out and fixed the tire. They did all this very quickly.If you are looking for new tires stop in and get some from Discount in Layton. You can always stop in for a free air pressure check. I d recommend this place to all my family and friends.

The warranty offered is simply not worth the paper it's printed on. They broke 2 hubcaps and wouldn't give any credit for 2 of the tires that tread separated after less than 5k miles. No integrity in this business. So sad

They are under staffed I feel bad for them they can't even answer the phones. That or I just came at the wrong busiest time of the day. My appointment was at 12 I arrived 15 min early and they haven't started on it and it's 12:30

Great service. They helped my with a warranty claim and took care of my car like it was their own. I had a bad experience at Young VW last time I had tires put on and this is a night and day difference. They are true professionals and know how to work on vehicles.

When I first purchased my tires here a while back, I had a flat by the time I got home and had to put a spare tire on to drive back and have it fixed.Today I had an appointment scheduled to rotate my tires. When I checked in they told me it would be over an hour before they even got to my vehicle. I get that Saturdays are busy, but if your appointment system is that far off then why do you even have it?

Updated - 3 years later and review still holds. Great staff. Take extra care of car. Reasonable price for winter tire change / mount / balanceThis is the only discount tires that I will ever go to. I tried going to a discount tire in salt lake near my work and the manager there tried to rip me off and sell me some tires that I didn't need. I went back to the discount tire that I usually went to near Walmart and they looked at my tires told me what situation they were in rotated them and replaced the one tire that did need to be replaced and gave me a great deal on it. They also are incredibly fast and give you a legitimate estimate of the amount of time that it will take for them to completed the tire change.

Amazing!!!!!!! My husband and I love going here. The work here is fast and the customer service is amazing. They said it'll take about an hour but it took them less than that. Thank you so much for the great job you guys do!!

Great place! Everything is done properly and professionally. I've changed TPMS sensors that I brought in and my car was ready in 45 minutes.
