Best shop in Utah hands down. Nobody is going to have better attention to detail than Jordan. You can tell from the work that he has done, that he truly cares about the customer and the customers experience. I send all my family and friends here for top tier work.

Jordan was so great to work with, he found the part we needed and gave us a quote. Turns out they didn t actually have the brand he quoted so he used a more expensive brand but honored the original quote. Work was done quickly and well. We ll definitely be coming back!

Jordan at Apex Auto is a premiere example of professional customer service and high quality work in the auto repair industry. I have taken 2 of my vehicles to him for repair over the last 2 years. He is honest, demonstrates timely and great communication and above all, fair. I have traveled from out of state to use his services and I will continue to do so in the future! Jordan runs an extremely solid operation at Apex Auto. He exemplified superior customer service by providing me with pertinent updates and gave me the best quote out of the 20+ shops I called in the area to have the water pump and serpentine belt swapped out on my Camry. There s a reason why his shop is the only one in the area that has all 5 star reviews. I would recommend his shop to anyone, and plan on returning in the future. Thanks a ton Jordan!

Not many shops have a good understanding of how to correctly align lifted vehicles. Apex Automotive did a great job getting the alignment dialed in on my lifted 2019 Toyota Tundra using my provided specs. The truck drives great! They also use state of the art Hunter alignment equipment.

I've been coming to Jordan with Apex Automotive since he opened his shop. Now, my kids take their cars to him. He's always been very reliable and dependable in his bids, and quality of repairs. I especially like how thorough he is, as we make decisions on repairs together; what needs fixing right now, and what we could 'watch.' Sometimes my budget is a factor in what I can get done. In those situations, I REALLY appreciate a reliable and honest mechanic, and that's Jordan.

Jordan is not only a fantastic mechanic. He is extremely honest. I could be happier with the work he did on my F-350. Jasper transmission & new high pressure oil pump. Jordan is now the only person I trust with my truck. I highly recommend Apex automotive!

Jordan was great. He was honest regarding the necessary fixes, extremely efficient, and friendly. He got the work done faster than his originally proposed deadline, and communicated incredibly well. I haven't seen oil spots in my garage since visiting Apex. I'd recommend Apex Automotive to anyone in the SLC/Bountiful/Layton/Ogden area.Service: Engine repair

I recently had a knocking/growling noise in my car and my friend recommended that I go to Apex Automotive. I called them to see when their next availability was and they actually said I could stop by that afternoon to have them scope out what the issue was with my car. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by a gentleman named Jordan, who was also the owner. When he put my car on the lift he quickly found out that I needed a new wheel bearing on the passenger side. I was hesitant on what the price would be, but I was able to call around and Apex Automotive beat all the prices near by! This was literally everyone in the Layton area and even better he said he could have it done by the next day, he just had to ensure parts were available. I didn't have wait or get "scheduled in" like normal automotive places! I also appreciated Jordan's honesty that my car was leaking heavy oil due to needing a new head gasket. I found out it's a normal problem with Subaru's that reach over the 100k range. I definitely plan on having him replace it asap! Seriously, I will never will go to anyone else in the future. You don't see this kind of honesty or customer service anymore in the mechanic shop industry.... I highly recommend! 5 STARS FOR APEX!

Jordan rocks! I had my Focus up there for a wheel bearing last week and he kept me updated every step of the way and he even had it done the same day. His labor rate is awesome too compared to all the other shops in the area

It is rare to find honest mechanics and Apex is a rare find. Jordan will let you know the truth about your vehicle, give you the best prices and not try to take advantage of you like lots of mechanics do. I truly appreciate the service

Excellent promo service and right to the job! Came in to get a high idle RPM diagnosed and repairs. All options were made available quickly and the issue was repaired for a fair price and in the same day. I will be back.
