My local mechanic suggest Advance Auto Parts over other parts stores. This Advance Auto Parts seems a little bit dingy in the lighting and the staff could be a little more educated. But they were overall helpful and they had the parts needed

This sounds so silly but these people treated me like family. My battery died a half a mile away and Bob gave me a ride back to jump it, totally felt like my dad was helping me out. Brittney chatted away with me a she ran complete tests just to be sure I was going to be okay. Turned a stressful morning into a miraculous one. Grateful for good, honest people.

Great customer service. Can't find a good motorcycle battery on their shelf, from Ogden to Provo. Best deal on a Motocraft TPS, but had to wait two days.

Love how the store hrs say they close at 9:00pm and they are always closed around 7:00pm, and no one answers their phone. really frustrating when you can't relay on a store anymore that I've been going to for years. Time for me to find someone else.

I always have a 5 star experience at Advance Auto Parts. This visit was no exception. The service was simply fantastic. I was in and out fast. The price was half what I expected. The service was friendly and helpful. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience. This is how and why some brick and mortar stores will survive.

Needed someone to test my battery, as it had died on me multiple times. Went into Advanced in Layton and was kindly helped by Gino Angelo. After conversing with this fine man as we were replacing my battery, I learned that he s been in the auto part business for over 40 years. He was kind, professional and willing to help me do it right. He shared that he also served in the Navy right after Vietnam, and I mentioned my dad was also in the Navy and was wounded. After we finished the job, Gino gave me a military discount because of my dad s service. Gino is the BEST !!Thank you!!

This is my go-to place for auto parts. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, great service, and quick delivery of special order parts. They took the time to find the right solution for me for a specialized oil filter, by checking and cross referencing their catalogs and available brands. I had previously checked with at least 4 other parts stores looking for a filter meeting my specifications, and none were able to find one. Advanced Auto Parts did, and had it in stock for me the next day. I highly recommend them.

Today was the first time I had ever been to Advance auto parts store. I do alot of repairs on my vehicles myself so I go to the auto parts stores quite frequently. I needed some wheel bearing parts for my Camaro and Joey, the assistant manager, was very friendly and knowledgeable and got me exactly what I needed to finish the job. I was impressed. Thank you Joey for your help and thank you advance Auto parts. From now on when I need parts or materials for my vehicles I will be trying advance Auto parts first.

Incredibly helpful. I'm used to waiting around for my turn with a parts person at the other chain parts stores. I went on a Saturday afternoon and had 3 parts guys help me get the right size and thread lugs and they had them in stock. Great energy in that place.

Gino helped us out tremendously on our motorhome. I can't thank him enough. He has a vast amount of knowledge and a great attitude. In fact every employee that passed by said hello and were very friendly. They let us do all the repairs on the parking lot. Highly suggest making this store your new go to. Thanks ya'll!

Probably the best experience I've ever had at an auto store. Even though I'm young they were very respectful and kind. They offered the best price and gave the best service I've seen. It's the first time I've been to their location and I plan on returning

Great place, good staff and selection.Staff is good to talk to and funny. Plus many of them work on cars themselves so the have great experience. I have 6 parts stores within 4 miles. and this is my favorite

I have been going here for over twenty years with some of the same staff that whole time. Very knowledgeable. I challenge them with problems with anything from car troubles, lawn mowers, big trucks & farm tractors. They always find a way to help me with a solution!

The stuff they have in stock is fairly limited. The store needs to be updated pretty badly and have everything dusted and reorganized. The sales associates were friendly and helpful and made the best of it though.

Great service plus you can buy your parts online for a discount and pick them up right in the store. I have done this right at the counter after checking the part in making sure it would fit.

The manager here is extremely knowledgeable! Staff always willing to help you find whatever you need. This is my go to auto parts ! Definitely recommend going here.

Needed a new battery and stopped in early on a Saturday morning. They tested the battery and offered to just charge it for me to try to save me some money, but I opted to replace it anyways. They installed it for me, which ended up being a much bigger task than anticipated but they did it anyways. Will go back here next time I need auto parts.

Always good service. Even though i think the guy thought i was crazy getting diesel oil for my cherokee. Get on some forums. Its super super common.

Every time I have been here I have had to stand in line FOREVER. They tend to have some hard to find parts but I would rather go to Napa if I'm going to pay a higher price than AutoZone for those less than common parts.
