I was panicking when I broke my car key in the lock, but Chase was so helpful and came out to make a new key. He was super knowledgeable and I really appreciate the help. Cannot recommend enough!

I would recommend Jensen Locksmithing to anyone! Phil was so friendly! He got here within 30 minutes just like he said he would on the phone. He unlocked my car quickly and made it look so easy. Not to mention, he didn t charge me an arm and a leg to do it! Call them for any of your locksmithing needs!

Oops my keys missed my bag and ended up on the seat! So grateful that Phil was able to come up to Springdale and help me after dark. He came out as quickly as possible and got me on the road in no time. I appreciate that the price was fair and he was so friendly. Hope I won t need a locksmith around there again, but if I do, I will definitely be giving them a call.

I needed a set of keys. 7 total. He told me to take individual pictures of the keys and send them to him, and he would get me a price in 10 min. I took the time to do that and sent them and no return text. I retexted him to ask what the price is. No response. again I texted and again no response. I would say find someone else that wants your business.

Professional and lightning fast service. We were locked out of our car at Zion NP after hours, and thought we were gonna be stuck a long time. Phil arrived in just 15 minutes and got us back on the road in no time.

I locked my keys in my car in Zion Visitor Center Parking lot and the Ranger couldn't get them for me. Good Sam was taking forever so I called Jensens and Phil showed up in 10 minutes and got my keys out super fast. I was so excited & happy! I went & told the Rangers at the station to refer people to them! He was so nice, I just wanted to hug him! I highly recommend!Service: Car lockouts

These guys were the best! It was a Sunday and I tried calling every locksmith in Cedar City, with no luck. The guys at Jensen had a real person who answered the phone and even though they don't normally serve the Cedar area they happened to have a guy in town visiting his family and he showed up within about 20 min and got my door open. Highly recommend this company! They were fast and efficient and went above and beyond to help me. Thanks Phil and Kelvin! You guys deserve an A+ for your service! We rang Jensen Locksmithing and got through to chase at around 8:30pm saying we were locked out of our car, he said he could help us and that he would be 90 minutes. We waited for a while and then he updated us to say he was an hour away. Another 90 minutes went by, we rang him to get an update to which he said he had vehicle troubles and would be another 30 minutes. we then texted for an update to which he said he couldn't come because we were 3 hours away, so he lied to us the whole time and left us stranded in the middle of the night and kept us waiting for around 4 hours, what a waste

Fantastic service. We were locked out of our car late at night in the middle of nowhere. Philip was able to find us very quickly and even let us sit in his warm car while he opened the door to our car. Very quick quality service from a genuinely nice man. Scott was awesome! He was super kind and got to our car exactly when he said he would and we were in our car in no time!We had been locked out for over an hour and we had actually called 3 other services before calling Jensen Locksmithing. When Scott answered the phone he was willing to help right away! Family trip saver! We accidentally forgot the key to our cargo carrier on a recent family trip. Seven people and no way to access our luggage. We called at 9:00pm. Phil was kind, fast, and very reasonably priced. We soon had a working key and were back on track for our family trip. Thank you for making what could have been a disaster into a minor hiccup.

Called Phil about fixing our front door latch that was busted. He had a full schedule but was returning from a job at a remote campsite and said he would stop by and take a look at our problem anyway. He arrived in about 1/2 hour and fixed the door latch in a jiffy before he went on to his next job. We are sold - Phil Jensen will be our go-to locksmith for life! They really made me feel like a priority! I gave them a call and Scott and Kerry showed up at my house minutes later. They made me two new keys for my truck in under 10 minutes and were extremely helpful and friendly! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Just purchased 2 new fob keys for my Charger, called up Jensen Locksmithing and within an hour Scott shows up and about 20 minutes later I have 2 new fully functioning key fobs and new cut key inserts. Very happy with this service, very professional and very friendly and polite. Hopefully I won't need to call a locksmith any time soon, but if I ever do or if I ever run into someone that needs a locksmith I will recommend Jensen Locksmithing! I lost my car keys a week ago and wasn't able to find it. The dealership needed me to tow my car there to make new keys and we are an hour away. So I was so excited when I learned that Jensen locksmithing will come to your house and cut and program new keys. We are 45 minutes away from La Verkin and Scott said it's not a problem. Scott arrived in the time frame that he promised, offered me multiple options for the new keys, quoted me on prices and completed work in a timely manner. Very nice and professional person. I'm very grateful for the job done and for the willingness to travel out of town. I highly recommend Jensen Locksmithing. My neighbors knew of my misfortune with the keys and saw Scott's work van parked by our house. A few of them mentioned that they should get a second key for their cars/vans/trucks just in case. We had the most excellent experience with Jensen Locksmithing. They came within thirty minutes of calling and were persistent on getting our very tedious Honda Civic unlocked. They were out in hundred degree weather for an hour but had a great attitude. I would definitely recommend them. A great price with very friendly people.

I call Jensen Locksmithing anytime I need a copy of a key, if I have locked myself out of my car or office or simply if my door handles are giving me trouble. I have always had the best experience with them. What a wonderful experience! I had the pleasure of working with automotive locksmith specialist Scott Cooper who came to our home in Kanab, Utah and provided replacement keys for my vehicle. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Jensen Locksmithing. They were fast, easy to deal with, dependable and trustworthy. Not only did they help me quickly get my keys out of my car but they also hooked me up with a sweet key faub so I have an extra one to use just in case. I would recommend this company time and time again for the help that they gave me in that difficult, frustrating situation.

Nothing worse than arriving at your destination and finding you have lost your key to your motorcycle. While Jensen's was unable to unlock my tour pack they directed me to someone who could. And then the next day they contacted me again to ensure that I was able to get into my bike. Thank you so much for your friendly caring service.

After flying into Vegas and headed into Southern Utah, we realized we forgot a key to a padlock. We needed a locksmith to cut a key to code. While approaching town, called Jensen and had a key ready for pickup within 15 minutes, and we continued on our way! Very helpful and accommodating!

We came home at about 10:15 last night to find that we had accidentally locked ourselves out of our home. We called Jensen and Phil came over and was able to get us into the front door in about 1 minute. That was wonderful itself but the best part was how kind and friendly he was to us. GREAT customer service in a frustrating situation. Truly made the frustration disappear and it turned into a positive experience because of his attitude. And the cost was surprisingly very low for calling him over late at night. We couldn't have been happier with the outcome and the cost.Mary Peery

Wonderful service!! Usually you call a locksmith when you have an emergency. We didn t have an emergency, but he came just as quick! Phil was able to quickly get into a broken lock and replace it and had the lock we wanted in stock. We will use him again!
