Josiah did such a great job taking care of our blown power converter. He was able to trace it back to the resort's power source as it was wired incorrectly which ended up saving us from having to pay for something disastrous (the resort did a great job taking care of us as well). He then proceed to check the few spots around us to see if they were wired correctly, waited for the resort to fix the wiring and then checked to make sure everything in our RV worked properly. To say he is through and goes above and beyond is a gross understatement. His was the best service I've received from anyone ever.

I had my brakes fail and catch on fire due to the friction with the axle. Thank God, I was able to extinguish the fire quick with no body damage. Joshia came through quickly, replaced the entire Axle and Break Hub Assembly. He inspected the other 3 brakes and re-greased all axles. Got us back on the road safely and secured. 9hrs later we were back home safely thanks to Desert Monkey. Highly Recommended!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Josiah rescued us mid-trip on a Saturday in the middle of the holiday weekend. He met us in a Wal-Mart parking lot and worked on our rig for 4 hours in the 107F heat. He was friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He went to great lengths to repair a hydraulic part that wouldn't have come in for several days and I recognize that many people would not have gone to this level of effort. We were so happy to find Josiah - can't recommend enough!

Our motorhome stopped dead right in the middle of the street in front of our house. We pulled it off to the side but it was cockeyed. My goodness we needed help. We called Josiah, and even though it was a busy Fourth of July weekend he came on the fourth and got us off the road. we felt like the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him. and the best part is he is local i, not a company from elsewhere.

Excellent!!! I had some renters without heat in freezing conditions--Josiah to the rescue! He was prompt, professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. He had them warm and cozy before nightfall and the process was simple from start to finish. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of excellent service, which isn't always easy to find. Josiah at Desert Monkey Mobile RV is a LIFESAVER!!!! Best response, service, competence and attitude that I have seen from any repair service and we have owned 6 trailers and 2 motor homes!!! I left a message at 5:30 pm (they close at 6 pm) that I needed help when my slide out wouldn't open- and within 2 minutes I had a call back. After explaining the problem, he was on site in 10 minutes!!! He quickly troubleshot the problem with the slide out and fixed the complex H track and motor issue perfectly and much faster than I would have expected!! Talk about dedication- as he finished our job and was leaving at dusk, he mentioned that he had two more services calls for the evening! Thanks very much Josiah! We've been living in our Travel Trailer for almost 3 weeks. Everything was going well until Thursday night when our furnace decided it was done heating the RV. It would still blow but no heat. It's been below freezing most nights.A quick search online showed several mobile RV repair outfits. After contacting the top 3 listed, all of which seemed indifferent to our plight and no time for us up to 3 weeks out I decided to start going down the list. At this point I'm glad they were too busy for us!Then I called Desert Monkey and spoke with Josiah. He said he'd be happy to help and could be here mid afternoon. He called when he was on his way and arrived on time! He happily explained his fees. I agreed and he went to work saying it shouldn't take more than an hour.After accessing and removing the furnace he explained that it appeared the intake and exhaust were clogged with soot and/or carbon build up. A good cleaning and service should correct the issue.After a thorough cleaning and re-installation the furnace fired up but was still having trouble staying lit. At this point Josiah explained that the propane was plumbed with hard line and he was afraid it had kinked when he removed the furnace. He said he would need to re-plumb the propane with a flex line.After a trip to the hardware store and cutting, flaring the line and connecting the new flex line the furnace fired up and is now working as it should.At this point he had been working on it for more than 3 hours. Josiah explained he felt the kinked line was his fault. Not really but whatever and he only charged us for 1 hour as originally stated.Josiah is not afraid of work and is definitely fair. I would highly recommend him for any of your RV repairs.We plan on having him back for some more repairs to help make up for the potential lost revenue on this job.

Great service, very professional, answered all our questions and got us up and running right away. We had a cracked water heater tank and the technician by passed that so we had water, he ordered the part and came back and installed it. We were on vacation and he came right to our site to do the work. Priced a little high, but worth it as we neede the work done.

Oh My Mama! The fridge wasn't working and we were sweating bullets for the heat down in Zion NP. We were thinking about heading into town to find a store that sold ice blocks but also checked out RV repairs while I was on Google. I saw desert monkey RV repairs and saw all of these 5 Google reviews and figured he was a professional like myself. I called and left a voicemail on Sunday and was planning on toughing it out until he got back to work tomorrow. Utah is known for having a lot of businesses closed on Sunday. Josiah was here within an hour. He determined the problem as being the propane regulator because all the other propane systems were also having minor issues as well. He was professional and friendly and prompt at getting us fixed and back to enjoying our vacation.I didn't try anyone else so I can't really make a comparison but I am totally satisfied with desert monkey RV repair.Yes. I would recommend him to anyone!

We were having issues with an Atwood water heater which was cycling on but not lighting most of the time. He( I didn t catch his name) came out to our campsite at the appointed time and had our issue resolved in minutes. He answered all of our questions and had some useful tips/parts to solve a black tank issue - no extra service charge. Priced right, he was personable and obliging - well worth the money!Service: Electrical

Desert Monkey a Mobil Rv Repair arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem with our slide and started repair it. It was complicated cable replacement and required removing trim and even the shower door. Josiah was very knowledgeable and completed the repair in timely matter.

We had a problem with the furnace in our vintage truck camper that would have stumped most RV Repair technicians, as the furnace motor is tucked in a corner as tightly as a sardine in a can (or actually a couple of old buzzards in a truck camper). Josiah the Desert Monkey promptly and patiently diagnosed the problem, obtained a replacement motor and worked late on a freezing night to get us back on the road with a smoothly purring furnace to keep us warm for a very reasonable price. Much appreciated!

So if you are in need of help or a repair on your RV or Motorhome call them he came out of is way to help us when our roadside assistance could not come until the next day. Need help with our leveling jacks as they would not go back up. He got us fixed and up and running in no time. Amazing and friendly.

Had an RV emergency and some damage to take care of before hitting the road again. Couldn't leave where we were. Worse, a Friday afternoon. He came when he said he would, found us (not in a campground with an address), and found a creative solution to get us on the road. Did an EXCELLENT job.
