Finding someone to trust your motorcycle repair to; is very hard, we search around for a lot of places, and we decided to try Over The Top Motorsports out. We heard all great things about them! We so decided to drop my Vulcan and my best friends GIXER off.We called and made a drop off appointment, they explained everything to us; and let us know what to expect, and gave us an estimate. Phone customer service was A+Once we arrived; they got us checked in really fast; and asked us our concerns; and they told us what day they should have everything done by. You can tell the check in guy knew what he was talking about. Check in A+The next evening we get a call and they say both my best friend's bike and mines were completed. A+ for the timely completion. The value of this was amazing, thank you!When I arrived to grab our bikes, he explained everything he did to the bikes and I paid. He told me when to come back and all the things I needed to know. He was very friendly and professional. All the staff I met the day of pick up were very knowledgeable and funny and I am definitely glad to have found a place to get our bikes serviced! A+Overall! A+We will definitely be back!Thank you!

I have been a long time customer of Egan automotive and started going to Over the Top for my motorcycle. Last spring I took my bike in to have it serviced. My fork seals were leaking onto the front breaks so I paid to have them replaced. I had started hearing from people that they have had some bad experiences from Egan Automotive who is also associated with Over the top, so this year I took my motorcycle somewhere else for service. It s only been 10 months since Over the Top replaced the seals and less than 150 miles and they are leaking again. When we contacted them they wanted us to bring it back to them to fix. But I had already taken it somewhere else because a motorcycle is something that you need to be able to trust your mechanic to do correctly. And obviously it either 1 wasn t actually done. Or 2. It wasn t done correctly. So they basically told us we are out of luck. I ve gone to Egan for years and paid literally thousands of dollars to them for car repairs but I ve been hearing a lot of stories that they charge people for work and don t actually do it and my safety on a motorcycle is way to important to not be able to trust that they will do the work and do it correctly. I do not recommend taking any of your vehicles to either of these locations.

Great shop to deal with. They know their stuff and they are very fair. I have been very happy with all the work they have done.

The service is excellent and the mechanics are great. My motorcycle was in and out of the shop in days - even with the necessary wait time of ordering and waiting for a part. I will definitely go here again.

These people are amazing at what they do and very knowledgeable and actually care about the customers and very great to deal with! I will bring all my power sports vehicles here EVERY time now!!!!

They have a mechanic that is a brainiac on bikes and anything recreational, he fixed my crf when nobody else could
