Incredible customer service! Sean went above and beyond to get me my credit card back after leaving it on the counter by accident. In addition to that, Sean was also super helpful in getting my warranty on some parts processed through. He made it painless and easy! Got my business from here on out!

O'Reilly is pretty good in general, but this location has great, knowledgeable staff that are helpful and patient. This is my second go-to location (only because of distance) but I never hesitate to make a visit if I need something. The staff is also sympathetic and helpful when I'm dealing with a fairly frustrating or difficult job. Keep up the good work!

Easy to work with. There were a few things they didn't have in stock (for my 20+ year old Honda) but they transferred for pickup within a few hours. I've had trouble getting correct things from Amazon lately. The descriptions were just plain wrong. At O'Reilly, you can touch it before you buy it.

Incredible customer service! A little over a week ago, my car started really acting up while driving down the highway, so I pulled over and into a gas station. After filling up on gas and pulling into a parking space, my car wouldn't start. Thankfully, this O'Reilly Auto Parts was just two buildings away, so my friend and I headed over there. Andrew, the employee who helped us, was fantastic. He consistently went above and beyond my expectations. Long story short, I ended up needing to get a new battery, and Andrew (/O'Reilly Auto Parts) was exceptional through the whole process, from diagnosing the problem to installing the new battery. I almost wish that I lived near Kaysville so that I could go to this store whenever my car has troubles. 5/5 stars, I highly recommend.

We had car issues on our way home from a 11-hour trip. They were so amazing to take care of us so quickly, you're having an issue with the alternator. They let us borrow a few tools and we were back on the road within an hour. So grateful for these guys and their kindness and efficiency

I was in the middle of a wild goose chase that Auto Zone sent me on (going from store to store for an item they had in stock ) when I passed this O Reilly. I decided to give them a shot and they had exactly what I needed. Chris was so helpful and even installed the part for me right there in the parking lot. I m so grateful there are still places with great customer service!

I had to replace my thermostat in my car recently and Trevor was super helpful and kind. He helped me get the right part and gave me some tips. I returned the next day after replacing my thermostat for some coolant and he remembered me and went out of his way to show me how to clear my check engine light now that the part is fixed. Trevor also helped my mom, even past the end of his shift, with her car battery last year when Autozone wouldn t help her. Great customer service! I highly recommend them!

Athan is a life saver! He did me a huge solid today and made sure I wasn t left stranded here. I needed a new alternator and he got me a quote, gave me a repair shop recommendation and went above and beyond after that. He was very kind and knew his stuff. He tested my alternator and explained the risks of driving on a bad one. Again, Athan was beyond helpful and took great care of me.

DON'T GO TO THIS STORE!!!I ordered a part over the phone and came the next day to pick it up. I then was told that an employee took my reserved part and put it on their OWN company truck, and they didn't have any parts for me.... If the employees are like this, I can't imagine what the management and ownership is like.

Great knowledgeable staff. They'll explain things about cars and repairs if you need it like me. Kept clean, lines if any short and quick. Jayson on Sunday mornings is my go to guy, he really knows his stuff. What he doesn't know, he knows where to find the answers.

Went to kaysville store after being told install error on brake pads and no warranty. Manager assisted and was able to clearly see there was a defect in the pads. Warranty granted. I will use this location from now on. Thank you for great service

Absolutely amazing service. I was shocked at how kind and helpful these good people were. They helped me through the issue I was having with my car and did it in a way that made me feel that they were truly interested in helping as much as they could.

Talked to JAYDEN about some coolant leaking from my minivan, he took the time to go out and see whats wrong, he found the problem quickly and after I bought a new coolant hose, he replaced the hose for me as well enabling me to return to work delivering meals.

Usually have what I m looking for, but nobody seems to know how to do a return. Every store I ve ever been to is able to look up an item with your credit card, but they need the exact invoice number? Come on O reillys. Get with the times or train your people better.

Great store. I've gone in there a couple of times and when I asked them a simple question about how to fix something that I new should be easy, instead of telling me how to do it, they came out and helped me with the repair. Awesome store with great employees.

I needed 16 lug studs but they only had 5 in stock. Its not an expensive part and it universally used so their stock should be higher. Oreily is nothing special for its customers!

The employees at this location are always knowledgeable and can usually point me in the right direction of what I need for my repairs.I went in for battery terminal pads. The associate pointed me right to them and I left a happy customer.

I had a broken belt on my old table saw. Unfortunately I lost the belt and had no idea what type it was. They where super helpful even though this had nothing to do with a car. They made their best guess on what might work and let me exchange the belt 3 times as I tried to figure it out. The saw runs great now and they won my trust. :)

Adam was super helpful! I have no clue about vehicles and he was very helpful and knowledgable about my vehicle. Was pleasant and very approachable. Did a check engine diagnostic and explained how the system works. Great service!
