I would recommend Egan Automotive to anyone. They were very communicative, extremely thorough with their initial assessments, and very timely. We also had an issue where one of the parts they replaced was faulty, and they rectified the issue very quickly, were apologetic about the part being faulty, and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. I can honestly say it was the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic.

I have been a long time customer of Egan automotive and started going to Over the Top for my motorcycle. Last spring I took my bike in to have it serviced. My fork seals were leaking onto the front breaks so I paid to have them replaced. I had started hearing from people that they have had some bad experiences from Egan Automotive who is also associated with Over the top, so this year I took my motorcycle somewhere else for service. It s only been 10 months since Over the Top replaced the seals and less than 150 miles and they are leaking again. When we contacted them they wanted us to bring it back to them to fix. But I had already taken it somewhere else because a motorcycle is something that you need to be able to trust your mechanic to do correctly. And obviously it either 1 wasn t actually done. Or 2. It wasn t done correctly. So they basically told us we are out of luck. I ve gone to Egan for years and paid literally thousands of dollars to them for car repairs but I ve been hearing a lot of stories that they charge people for work and don t actually do it and my safety on a motorcycle is way to important to not be able to trust that they will do the work and do it correctly. I do not recommend taking any of your vehicles to either of these locations.

To Everyone that is looking for a shop and a crew of mechanics that are Totally Professional, Knowledgeable, Kind, and Honest. Egan is the place! First, I don t give reviews, but in this case I ve decided to do so because of the great work they did to my truck and my wife s car. If you re like me and skeptical about having anyone work on your vehicles, I don t blame you. I been burned to many times! I try to do as much work on my vehicles as possible do to dishonest shops and high prices. I gave Egan a try because a friend recommended them, and I m extremely happy that I did. Do Not waste your time or money going anywhere else. DON T take your vehicle to a dealership. Egan is better than a dealership. Second, Egan is cheaper than any dealership and they care about you. They truly try to take care of you! Jason and the guys at the front desk are totally Professional and very knowledgeable about what they are doing. They are willing to hear what you have to say. Thank you Jason! I brought in a 2013 Ford F150 with an electrical issue and had a hard time finding someone to fix it. My Thanks to Rob and Dave! These guys are true mechanics! They located the problem and fixed it. They saved me tons of money. Also Thank you Dave for doing an inspection on the truck and fixing the transfer case and all the other issues (front upper and lower control arms, tune up) on my truck. After getting my truck back, I gave them my wife s 2010 Mercedes C300. Thank you Rob for fixing the oil leaks, the front axle and a tune up. The car runs better then it ever has! I would like to Thank Brice for the hard work that he does in the shop and giving a helping hand and his expert advice. I know there are a few others in the shop that helped and thank you. If you have concerns, your skeptical about anyone touching your vehicle. If you need expert advice, knowledge and wisdom. Remember Egan! Want a truly, amazing, caring, professional shop! GO to Egan! I ll be sending all my vehicles there and I have more. I live in South Jordan and will be returning to Egan automotive again from here on. Thank you Egan! Thank you to all those who are at Egan. Egan s was awesome! I was recommended to a transmission place in Ogden and after calling 4x over 3 days and leaving a message I never heard back. My in-laws recommended Egan s. Egan s had dealt with the issue I was having several times, gave me a rough estimate and had me up and running in 2 days. Everyone else was weeks out and didn t have the expertise. Their prices are competitive and their communication and customer service is top notch. I was very impressed with how professional and fair they were. I m a huge Egan s fan now!

We love Egan! We trust them with all of our cars. Jason helped us enormously when he worked directly with Kia to get us an entire new engine at no cost. And he didn t charge us anything for his time to get it all worked out! They ve earned our business for life!

The heater stopped working on my daughters car, and every repair shop was booked out weeks. EGAN was able to work me in and get it taken care of in a timely manner. They were very friendly, and they had great communication on ordering parts and the timeline. I definitely recommend these guys.

These folks have been helping me with my vehicles for years. The latest experience was another great example of good customer service. They got me right in and out, disagnosed the engine troubles quickly and had me on my way the next day

They were awesome! I came in for a 3rd opinion because two different tires stores in town were telling me different stories. The staff at Egan were very helpful and knew what they were doing. They even took me into the shot to show me the problem so I knew they were telling the truth. They answered all my questions and were very helpful and kind.When I actually had the work done. They were quick. When I picked it up they were so fun. The guys at the front desk were joking with me and made me smile. I left a happy customer!

Recently took my car in for routine maintenance. Asked them to check out the suspension. The manager and senior mechanic provided some good feedback and recommendations on what I might be feeling with the suspension. Really like the virtual inspection reports they send.

The Egan team are awesome to work with. Jason is usually very helpful in telling what needs to be done and Robert has tons of experience with European cars. My cars were very happy with the treatment they received!

Take your car here.. I stopped going to the dealership because I was sick of getting robbed. (Like the Seinfeld- like I would really get my car fixed at a dealership). Honest people at Egan. And they actually fix your vehicle in a day or two! Crazy, right! I ve been here for brakes, and suspension. Both times were excellent.

I m not sure I have ever had a better experience with vehicle repairs as I did at Egan Automotive in Kaysville. I will be a customer for life there for sure.My Jeep needed some love with the engine. When fixed out a/c system for Hyundai Santa Fe. Cost of service seems fair for the level of expertise and thoroughness. a/c system blows cold, runs quieter.

I took in a truck for a pre purchase inspection. They did the most thorough job of looking the vehicle over that I've ever seen. They helped me see things that were wrong with the engine that most mechanics never would have seen. I highly recommend using Egan Automotive. Sooooo honest! Thank you thank you thank you!

I ve been taking my vehicles to Egan Automotive for a few years now and I ve always had great experiences. Not only do they provide excellent customer service and VIP treatment, they also provide me with highly detailed information and communication about the service needs of my vehicles and professional recommendations to resolve the issues. I also feel that I can trust them to do the job right the first time without any problems. Plus, I have felt that I m treated fairly and that their service costs are quite reasonable. I was very pleased with my experience at Egan Automotive. I made an appointment for my car and they were ready to work on it right when I brought it in. I have had experiences with some of the major dealerships where I d made an appointment, took the car in and then the dealership basically held the car hostage , for sometimes up to a week, before they were ready to work on a simple repair. Egan Automotive kept me informed with text messages letting me know about their diagnostic work and the progress on getting the repair work done. The repair work was done in a very timely manner. This has been one of the best experiences that I ve ever had with an automotive repair shop. I was totally impressed and satisfied.Services: Electrical, A/C installation & repair
