I came in for front bumper damage and the repair made it look like new. The repair was fast and I was kept updated the whole time. Ely was wonderful about reaching out at ever step of the process. They found extra damage that I hadn't noticed and fixed my radiator and a/c compressor. They even went above and beyond and vacuumed the inside of my car! I'm very satisfied with the repair and if I ever need more body work done, will be coming back!

The staff at caliber were awesome. After being rear ended they were able to get my vehicle in next day. Insurance had everything lined up and McKayla at Caliber made sure I was well informed the entire way. Car came back after about 10 days which included ordering parts and paint. Well within a reasonable timeframe and it looked like nothing had ever happened. Would recommend Caliber for any future repairs.

From the minute I walked in, until I picked up my car, I was treated amazingly. Ely and Jan were great: Jan was on top of getting the car rental and paperwork done and Ely sent text messages about all the updates, car parts, details of date changes etc. I would recommend you contact them for any kind of work you need. Phenomenal experience. They took care of my vehicle after I was rear ended, and though insurance covered it, I would have been happy to pay out of pocket for their services. Jen is incredible, she was there to support me from when I first called from ER; till pick up. Ely was a pleasure to work with as well, he was always prompt with updates and never left me in the dark. Both of them helped take a lot of stress and anxiety off my plate through the recovery of my accident. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this place, staff is amazing. Really helpful through out the progress of repairs send you messages for anything being done. After your repair is done car is turn into you like brand new, very clean.Shout out to Ely he knows his stuff really well and talked to me through out the process.

I went in for an estimate on some damage to my car caused by when my daughter side-swiped our garage. McKayla was great, I could tell she knows her stuff as she talked me through the process and pointed out things that I hadn t noticed yet. I wasn t sure if I wanted to go through insurance or pay out of pocket, but wanted to decide soon so I didn t have white paint marks on my dark car. She grabbed a technician and he buffed the white paint off my car for free! That was so nice. I will definitely be back.

Overall, not a great experience. The staff was friendly and easy to work with and when they made mistakes they fixed them. But oh the mistakes. We had been hit by another vehicle and the insurance of the other vehicle was paying for this repair. Farmers was the insurance and Caliber is a "preferred" shop for Farmers. The repair was fairly simple, we had shallow scratches on the rear quarter panel and bumper. The rear quarter panel scratches would likely only need to be buffed out and the bumper needed to be replaced due to the scratches and their placement.The first time we were called to pick up the vehicle the repairs weren't done satisfactorily. The scratches in the rear quarter panel were supposed to have been buffed out, but some of them were still there. Additionally, the bumper had been scratched during installation and hadn't been fully attached. They tried to buff out the scratch on the bumper at that time, but since the paint was new they rippled the paint and had to re-paint the bumper, so I was sent home with the rental car. Two days later when the bumper had been repainted I was called to pick up the vehicle the second time. While the vehicle looked great this time, before I was handed the keys the lead/manager person walked around the vehicle with me and during that time really put pressure on to give their shop a glowing review when I was asked for a review from Farmers, even going to far as to pressure me to say on the review that I didn't have to bring the vehicle back after the repair because while the repair wasn't done correctly I technically didn't leave the shop and have to return the vehicle. I found this pressure very distasteful at best. A quality repair shop wouldn't need to pressure you for a good review, especially when the repair wasn't great.After going through the "give us a good review" talk I left with the vehicle. As I turned onto the street I heard some stuff moving around in the storage area. I drove a little way and pulled into a parking lot, popped open the back hatch to discover that the shop hadn't reassembled the inside of my vehicle after the repair! The interior side access panels were still removed, the jack and tools were removed from their storage compartments and were all over the back of my vehicle. They had also broken some of the jack/tool packing foam that they had to remove to accomplish the repair. I went back to the shop, they were very embarrassed and put my vehicle back together. They also ordered me a new piece of the foam they had broken, which I will have to return to the shop to get once it is received by them.On the walls of the shop there is a poster outlining all the steps of a repair that Caliber does. One of the steps outlined is a quality inspection of the repair. This step was clearly missed a couple of times with me, much to my frustration and wasted time, making me think this "inspection" doesn't actually happen. On the bright side, the shop was very nice and owned their mistakes and fixed them once I pointed them out, but I shouldn't have to deal with those kinds of mistakes in the first place, and it certainly shouldn't be on me to point them out. If you're looking for THE shop that does amazing work the first time, this probably isn't your place. This is just your typical autobody shop that cranks out as many repairs as cheaply as possible and hopes the customer will accept it as is...and then pressures you into leaving a great review.Here's two stars for being friendly and owning your mistakes.

Leaving my car anywhere with anyone was a very scary thought for me. A semi truck blew a tire three vehicles in front of me. It rolled under and flew up from underneath each vehicle before I hit it. I hit it straight on and thought I had enough clearance and it didn t do any damage when I arrived at my destination, I saw there was a lot of damage. I drove around both Layton and Kaysville getting numerous estimates. Typically I stick with small town, family businesses, I decided to just stop by Caliber Collision and give it a try. The second I opened the door I was immediately greeted, the most friendly, upbeat, positive smile I could ever imagine. As I began to talk with Jen, the receptionist , a mechanic also walked in and joined us. He greeted me and introduced himself as Ely. He walked out to my car with me, looked at everything and said he would definitely be able to get me and my car taken care of. We walked inside, Jen said all you need to do is just call your insurance agent and start a claim. After visiting several other places, I decided to stick with Caliber Collision . I felt like family being in there with them. I didn t have any concerns leaving my car. During the repair, I received several updates, some automated from Caliber Collision system, but mostly personal messages from Ely. I also received a couple phone calls from Jen, Just checking in, How are you doing, anything I can do for you? I couldn t believe how easy the system was and how comfortable I felt. I will even stop by just to visit Jen and Ely just to say Hello! because I felt like part of their family. I couldn t possibly say enough good things about them both, the business itself, the repair work my car received, and the comfort I felt during the whole process ! Thank you so much Jen, Ely, and Caliber Collision!!

Our experience with Caliber,our Service Advisor, Jessie Jensen and other folks on the Caliber team was way beyond 5 stars.They were honest and timely with their estimates regarding the length of time it would take to finish our car, and our car was finished 1 week earlier than expected.The service advisor who told us what to expect with the "job" was very knowledgable and communicated with us in a clear and cordial manner. It was easy to comprehend what he was saying.. It was evident to us that this was a man who truly had his heart and "whole" self into tasks of his career.When we came to pick our car up, it was parked in a very "show room" like manner....we had only a bumper to be fixed, but the exterior of the car truly appeard as though it had been painted anew all over. This was a pleasant surprise...we were not expecting the exterior to look this way. Then on the way home, we noticed that the interior of the car had been detailed to the max. We viewed this "rejuvination" of our car as going beyond the extra mile. Our car has never looked so good. We feel sad to say that we didn't acknowledge to Calibur how much we appreciated this detailing of our car at the time. It was just so unexpected.In our view, the work done on our car was the work of a craftsman, a work of art. Very Professional, great communication, and the job was done well. I would be giving them 5 stars if I had not looked in the back of my van and saw who ever vacuumed it out threw some cups with drinking it it in the back of my car. They were open containers with open lids. I did not appreciate that at all. But everything else there was excellent.

These guys are the absolute best car repair shop and so trustworthy and honest. I had taken my car to a different shop when my turn signal had gone out on one side and they told me I would need to replace the entire headlight and wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars to do so. This seemed wrong and excessive so I called Caliber Collision to get a second opinion. They got me in the very next day and once they looked at it, they told me all that needed replacing was the turn signal lightbulb. They had me in and out within 15 minutes and replaced the bulb for free, saving me hundreds of dollars. Awesome experience and I will use them for all car repairs in the future!Service: Electrical

Omg above and beyond, they explained everything so clear when there was questions, offered things they didn't ha e to that insurance should have covered to make up for insurance lacking, it was a wonderful experience

This is simply the best body shop I've ever worked with. Their people are kind, friendly and are excellent communicators. Kayla especially is a pro. Very first class. They made my truck look new in half the time I was expecting. I've done two repairs with them now and it's been a great experience both times. Thank you.

Original bid about 3700$ Final cost 7300$. Other shop bid was about 3500$ yet Insurance adjuster wanted me to go to Caliber. The work caliber did was okay, but way over priced and surprise, it's going to cost double what we told you.... Something shady is going on with insurance and shop.

They are absolutely the definition of professionals. Their work is definitely world-class, and I don't say that lightly. As an aircraft maintainer, precision and accuracy are critical in my work that translates into my home life as well. In dealing with my cars and toys; if it's worth doing, it's worth doing right. Caliber collision of Kaysville Utah understands that and their people do it right.

Jennifer and Ely made the process so easy and seamless. I was met with fantastic customer service from the very first phone call. I needed repair work done after a deer hit my car and they are by far the easiest shop I have every worked with. They kept me informed and up to date via texts and calls. My car got done earlier than anticipated when other body shops told me 2 months for the repairs. I asked to get a quote for some other non-related work and Ely gave me a quote no problem. The work that was done was flawless and now I'm going back to get other work done. They will be my forever body shop for any future work! Highly recommend!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Jen and Ely were so great to work with. I had some damages to my bumper and they were so quick to get me in for an estimate. Then i was given the estimate and brought my car in a few days later, and I was blown away at how quick it was for the repairs! Even with the heavy work load they have they were able to meet my needs and exceed my expectations. 10/10 would definitely bring any of my vehicles here to be taken care of! Went here a bit ago looking for a quote on for a repair. They quickly shewed me out the door with no info and just told me to use their website to get an estimate. So I did that even though it would have been easier not too but even after I did that I never received and estimate on my car. Very disappointing that s how they treat potential customers!

My daughter wrecked my car and Calliber was the preferred shop. The whole crew we interacted with was friendly and helpful. They gave us a timeliness and Eli kept in contact with me every step of the way. I actually found out my insurance was totalling my car through these guys before my insurance called me.
