Excellent service! Sandy picked up us and our truck in Duck Creek. Dropped us off at a Cedar City dealer. Then, he went back to the DC Airbnb to pick up our utv on the trailer and drove it to Kanab to store it for us!!! We were so very appreciative and made sure to give him a big tip. Thank you so much!

Always sucks to need a tow, but Ramsay's did a great job. Nick and EJ came out and were there quicker than I expected, and pulled my RV right out of the hole I got it in. Friendly as well.

Traveling in our homemade boxtruck rv and noticed our alignment issue had smoothed out the inside tread of one of our tires. They were able to get us a new tire installed right away. Awesome and quick service!

Stopped in to check the air pressure of my tires. First thing to notice is that everyone looks miserable here. Guy tells me I need to move my truck because it's blocking a door. (The bay was a pull through...not sure why they couldn't pull the car in the bay straight ahead). Tells me hell meet me out back and give me an air chuck and a gauge. Ten minutes goes by and dude never comes out. They must be the only gig in town. If you want unreliable service with a scowl, this is your place.

I didn t have any work done here, but, they let me borrow their grease gun as I was on a long trip and wanted to service the wheel bearings on my trailer.The shop was impressively clean and organized. Even the grease gun was clean.As an auto shop owner myself, I know for sure that an orderly work space reflects on the quality of work done in that space!Thanks guys!

Recommendation by sheriff after having a blowout on trailer, halfway between Page and Kanab. 40 minute to arrival to change tire and set me up with a new spare. $350Unfortunately this set me up as a lone female traveler with no place to go for the night in or around Kanab before dark. Was a very bad night, and u wish I'd just changed my own tire to save 1/2 the cost. Next day the brand new never used tire we put on blew out and this time causes trailer damage, making me wonder if pressure was checked on it. My fault too I suppose, but well it was a very nice man, but not an ideal fix for me.

We came on a Saturday with some problems on our back wheel, Nick and his team took us in and fixed our car so we could hit the road again. We really appreciate the fast and amazing service from all the team. 5 stars!!!

These guys were so amazing helpful. They came in after hours on a Sunday to help us out!!! Thank you!!!Separate Review - They saved the day again loaning me a tool so I could go back to the trailhead where I had a flat. I was able to get my tire changed. THANK YOU!!! AGAIN!!!

Ramsay Towing was a lifesaver and offered us one of the best customer experiences in a long time!After 30 days of being on a road trip across the country, our car broke down 20 miles outside of Kanab.Our driver Nick went above and beyond to help us get back to Kanab and was so patient with us as we figured out where we were staying, getting our things from our car and figuring out a plan to get our car repaired.Dakota was also so helpful in getting our car towed again to a mechanic shop more than 80 miles away.We would recommend Ramsay to anyone needing a tow or car serviced in the Kanab UT area.Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

Thank you, Jake and team for getting me in during a pinch! First time in hundreds of miles on the North Rim back roads I got a flat just as I was getting onto pavement on FR22. Jake got me in, was honest and kind and quick and didn t over sell. I ended up replacing two tires to keep things balanced and he had me on the road for the rest of my trip in about an hour. This was a very busy day before a long Labor Day weekend. I Went back for additional advice on a check engine light and he was super helpful.

Answering the phone after hours? Agreeing to have staff available when the Service Center is usually closed? REALLY. Ramsay Towing & Service rescued our vacation and made our drive down 89A (again) well worth it. Our friend walked nearby to grab a coffee and we already had our new tire; their service is fast! Thank you for the great service.

These guys are GREAT!! Daughter had a flat tire near Pipe Springs which has zero cell service. She was able to text me, I called Ramsey and he contacted AAA and got someone out to her asap. And he called back to let me know. It was great knowing they were on the call. Went above and beyond to help out daughter and her worried parents!!

Long story short, the auxiliary alternator on our Winnebago Ekko caught fire while we were driving through Colorado City, AZ. Nick contacted us through AAA about a tow. While we ultimately didn't need his services, Nick nevertheless provided sound advice and reassurance over the course of five phone calls extending into the next day. Thank you, Nick, for your patience and concern.

Nick and his crew run a truly awesome shop, and you should just call them already. They were the referral that AAA sent me when I pulled a bonehead move, and they were friendly, professional, and communicated very well throughout the 2 day process of getting me and my vehicle to a dealership. Had to stop here on a cross country trip for a misfire on a Subaru in April of 2022. We showed up without calling in advance, and went to lunch. By the time we finished lunch they had already diagnosed and fixed the issue (cracked spark plug), with a new set of plugs and wiring. Paid a very agreeable price and saved us from staying the night.

Be aware of the very grumpy guy in the office. We got a flat tire during our road trip. Found this place and visited here. The guy seemed not welcoming us. ALSO every time I say something, he just SIGHS. He can t be that rude to a customer who were stranded in a middle of nowhere.Other workers there were nice tho

We were driving through and stopped for lunch, and realized we had a flat tire. Ramseys was great! They did an excellent job. We left a personal belonging and they were great to reach out to us and arranged a way for us to pick it up when we came back through town on a Sunday. Good, honest, helpful people, and the tire repair has been great!Service: Tire change

I have been telling everyone about the service I received over my vacation from this company. Saved my vacation after I never checked the status of my spare from my rental company when picking it up. Got a flat, they delivered 2 usable tires they had to my location in the middle of no where, and took my 2 flats back and replaced them - allowing me to complete my vacation while using their tire solution. - Swapping when I was done with new replacements. Amazingly fast service, great experience! Thank you all for your problem solving expertise.

Towing was excellent, fast, and reliable. I live a couple hundred miles away and was able to leave my vehicle there until I could come pick it up. I was a bit disappointed in the lack of service ability for major repairs, but they didn't charge me for anything other than the tow since they weren't able to really work on it. All in all, it is a good place for towing and light work

We were exploring Zion National Park on a cross country trip from Memphis, TN to San Francisco, CA. Our vehicle overheated just outside the park on Thanksgiving day. Not only did Ramsey's come pick up the vehicle and tow it back to camp for us within the hour, they also picked it and us up the following morning to tow it 45 minutes back to their shop and had us fixed up and back on the road in 2.5 hours. If I could give ten stars I would. Great service and expedient work.Services: Special vehicle towing, Long distance hauling

i was passing through from phoenix to slc and got a flat just outside of town. i managed to put my donut on, but broke two of my lugs off in the process. i putted back into kanab and stopped at ramseys, and they were not only able to fix the flat but replace my lugs and studs by getting a little creative (in a good way don t freak out)- they saved me from getting stranded and having to spend the night in kanab, bc we otherwise would ve had to order the parts. so anyway it all worked out and they definitely did more than they needed to. great jobService: Tire change

Unfortunately had a rental car tire from budget leaking air on my way to a national park. Customer service from budget was just horrible. I ended up driving to this place . They patched the tire in half an hour with a surprisingly reasonable price and I was on the road again! Staff was nice! Great job! You won t be disappointed

OMG!!!!! My cars battery decided to die close to the north rim and I was terrified! I was able to call them and the tow truck guy drove over to help me! He was the sweetest and a huge help. He was able to come jump my car at the camp ground. He also let me follow him to the shop since I was just out having a relaxing weekend from Colorado (so stressful ). Then at the shop they put in the new battery and one of my favorite things was they had a woman there! The price was beyond fair and they were so nice and took time out of their super busy day just to help me get back on the road. I am so grateful for the services all around and my car is working nice and smooth. THANK YOU once again! I will be taking this trip again and know exactly who to call next time.Services: Battery service, Battery

We are so pleased with the service we received at Ramsay Towing & Service Center. We were passing through town and had brake issues. They did not have the necessary part in stock, but they arranged for a courier service to pick up the part in St George (3-hours round trip) to get us on back on the road the same day. Thank you very much! We'd give them 6 stars if that were possible.
